very comfy room and excellent service from the staffs! their own kitchen has pretty good local cuisine!

Une population très recommandée, super escomptée. Surtout recevoir notre sœur Jupar, très enthousiaste et honnête, nous l'aimons tous. La chambre est propre et propre, la forme de loft est très agréable. Vous pouvez voir l'étoile dans la terrasse la nuit et le soleil dans le jardin le matin. Une très bonne expérience de logement, je l'apprécie pour Jupar.

La première station de Xinjiang. Il y a des rêves. C'est très bon ici ～ La position du village est calme, je peux encore regarder l'étoile et l'air la nuit, le bois de la chaussure est trop chaud devant. La position est juste là, il est fini de jouer devant, derrière elle, un ensemble de bois de la chaussure réelle tranquille. Principalement, il est très proche de la tête et le petit paysage est délicieux sur la route. Les enfants aiment les deux étages de la chambre, surtout, le magasin est particulièrement enthousiaste. Après cela, je vis aussi dans le quartier de la scène de Penas et de Bahhaba. Pour comparer, le magasin est vraiment très enthousiaste. Les couples et les femmes sont tous des gentils hommes, la chambre est propre. C'est particulièrement bon, j'espère que nous nous reverrons dans un avenir plus tard, et que nous allons en attendre!

Our stay at Holiday Inn Resort Kanas Hemu was nothing short of exceptional. If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I absolutely would. What stood out most was the genuinely warm hospitality and extraordinary thoughtfulness of the team. From the moment we arrived, we felt that our special occasion was not jusy simply noted, but sincerely celebrated. That personal touch transformed an already wonderful stay into a truly memorable one with decorations and cakes prepared all in advance. A very special mention must go to William Shan, whose professionalism, attentiveness and heartfelt care deserve the highest recognition. William consistently went above and beyond, anticipating our needs and ensuring that every detail of our stay was handled with remarkable thoughtfulness. He and his team who create this kind of guest experience are a tremendous asset to any hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises William’s and his team contribution. The hotel itself is superb. Our room and the entire property is sparkling clean, comfortable and exceptionally well maintained. The buffet breakfast iss excellent, with a wonderful variety and quality that made each morning something to look forward to. On top of that, hotel provides free photography, cable ride to the mountain and grassland ski to complete a beautiful memorable stay in Hemu. Considering the level of service, cleanliness, comfort and overall experience, the value for money was outstanding. Most importantly, this was hospitality with heart. It is easy for a hotel to provide a clean room and a good breakfast; it is far more difficult to make guests feel genuinely welcomed, remembered and cared for. William and his team at Holiday Inn Resort Kanas Hemu achieved way beyond that. Future visitors: do not make the mistake of overlooking this hotel. A stay here is an experience you will remember, and choosing elsewhere may well leave you wondering why you didn’t stay here instead. One of the better lodge in the Hemu scenic area , its newly built with better amenities, free pickup from the terminal , walking back is also not far, a very quiet place to rest and take in the beautiful landscape. Room is clean and tidy with modern facilities, although there’s no Aircon , but the night is cool . Travel period is early June .

L'un des meilleurs groupes de personnes vivant est très bien. Tous les employés ont un service très bon. Les besoins du groupe sont réagi en temps voulu. Le pomme de terre, la soupe de soda, les boissons sont excellentes, le lit de nuit ouvert. Le petit déjeuner est fait, le goût est très bon, l'unique manque de beauté est que le salon double a un type de chambre, la chambre est légèrement petite, sinon le plafond Le son et la projection dans la chambre sont très bons, les produits de lave-vaisselle sont très aimables, le magasin a également envoyé des trucs intimes pour les décorer, le paysage est plus beau que la peinture, reviens la prochaine fois

The front desk staff, ShaSha, was warm, friendly, and attentive. She helped us with our luggage and proactively shared useful information about local attractions, along with tips on what to see and do in the area. Although the room was not very large, it was cozy and well-equipped with a washing machine, microwave, and a small sitting area. The décor reflected traditional Kazakh style, giving the room a unique and charming atmosphere. Outside, there was a wooden terrace furnished with a table and chairs, where we could relax and enjoy the view of the snow-capped mountains in the distance. There was also a lovely small garden right by the entrance, adding to the peaceful ambiance. One of the biggest advantages of this property is its convenience—the bus stop is located just outside the fence, making transportation extremely easy. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay, and I would happily recommend it to other travelers.

We stayed here for 2 nights. I booked this accomodation because trip.com indicated this is a non smoking room. When we got into the room we can noticed straight away strong cigarette smell. I saw an Ash tray in the room that was just used. To reduce the cigarette smell I opened the door and windows and put the Ash tray into a plastic bag and tightly sealed it. Prior to check in we had a problem caused by the luggage transfer staff at Kanas Lake and the lady boss was kind enough to fetch one of us again to the luggage release point at Jiadengyu car park station. Fresh fruits were supplied daily to our room. We are happy with that. The location of the accommodation was not near to the shuttle bus stop as compared to many hotels in the vicinity. The bathroom has no wall hook and towel rails for hanging clothes and towels. This makes bathing not easy especially in the cold autumn weather. Disposable paper bath towels was provided and it was uncomfortable to use besides being inefficient to remove water and moisture from the body. One of the lamps on the ceiling was not working. The curtain has a part that was dislocated and not fixed. Glass with no handle was provided and when it's filled with hot water it's difficult and dangerous to hold as you can drop the glass easily if you are not very careful. The elderly lady at the accommodation was very helpful and told us to use the common area chairs to put our bag as no luggage rack was provided in the room. The shower head in the bathroom was made of metal of inferior design and one of us burned our hand when bathing.

L'hôtel le plus cher où j'aie jamais séjourné pendant les vacances de la Fête nationale ! Cette chambre coûtait 1652 yuans. Difficile de blâmer l'hôtel, car tous les hôtels à Hemu sont aussi chers. Le design général était pourtant plutôt joli. Hemu était incroyablement populaire pendant les vacances, et j'ai dû réserver plusieurs jours à l'avance pour obtenir une minuscule chambre en semi-sous-sol. Dormir sur un lit de 1,20 mètre avec deux enfants, c'était vraiment exigu. Non seulement la chambre était petite, mais l'expérience a été désastreuse. Des chiens aboyaient sans cesse sous la fenêtre pendant la première partie de la nuit, et des voitures passaient à toute vitesse juste avant l'aube. Je n'ai pas fermé l'œil de la nuit. Le pire, c'étaient les toilettes : à chaque fois que je tirais la chasse, des eaux usées jaillissaient de la canalisation. C'était dégoûtant ! 🤮

Fantastic hotel close to the Hemu Jikepulin Ski resort. Note that this is NOT a a real ski-in, ski-out hotel that another reviewer has stated - it is not possible to ski directly to the resort. It is about 8-min walk from Cable car station 2 of the ski resort to the hotel, but there is a bit of a walk uphill (so I still requested for pickup service). There is drop-off and pick-up service to the ski resort but there may be a bit of waiting because the cars can get full quite fast especially in the mornings - this was during the Chinese New Year peak period. The room is spacious and I loved the big balcony and floor to ceiling windows which had a nice view. However my room was super far away from the elevator so it's a bit of a walk carrying my ski equipment walking in my ski boots every day. The room was way too hot to sleep in though! The thermostat in the room was 30 deg Celsius! No matter how I adjusted the fan, it was not cooling down so I often had to keep the balcony door open slightly otherwise the room was just way too hot. Breakfast is a feast - there is a huge buffet selection of vegetables, meat, fruits and others - it was my best meal of the day! The staff in the hotel are also all very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my stay there.
