Séjournez à l'hôtel Bamboo Valley et vivez plus que ce que vous attendiez ! L'hôtel est caché dans la vallée entre la mer de bambous de Nanshan et la source chaude de Yu Shui, entouré d'une forêt de bambous, privé et calme, comme si vous étiez au paradis. La conception de l'entrée des sources chaudes rend l'expérience de baignade particulièrement agréable. La piscine en pierre naturelle et l'eau chaude de la source se complètent, balayant la fatigue du voyage. Un merci spécial à la gouvernante Qian Liuping pour son service méticuleux - des suggestions d'itinéraire avant l'enregistrement aux salutations attentionnées quotidiennes, il a fait preuve de professionnalisme et de soin partout. Les plats du restaurant de l'hôtel sont également surprenants, avec des ingrédients frais et un goût authentique, et les spécialités locales recommandées par le majordome ajoutent encore plus de saveur. Qu'il s'agisse de l'environnement, des installations ou des services, il permet aux gens de ressentir la chaleur de « se sentir isolé dans les montagnes, comme à la maison ». Si vous souhaitez vous éloigner de l'agitation et profiter de la double guérison de la nature et de l'humanité, la vallée de Zhuxi est certainement le meilleur choix !

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Un séjour parfait, 100 % satisfait ! Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux au Tianmu Lake Yuhu Peninsula Hot Spring Hotel (天目湖御湖半岛温泉酒店). Dès notre arrivée, tout s'est déroulé sans accroc et avec un accueil chaleureux. La chambre était impeccablement propre, spacieuse et bien équipée, avec une vue imprenable sur le lac et la nature environnante. Les installations thermales étaient fantastiques : relaxantes, propres et un véritable moment fort de notre séjour. Un grand merci à 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (la majordome Zeng Yi), pour son service exceptionnel tout au long de notre séjour. Elle était attentionnée, gentille et a fait tout son possible pour que nous soyons à l'aise et que nous ayons tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Son professionnalisme et son accueil chaleureux ont rendu notre séjour inoubliable. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent une escapade paisible et luxueuse à Liyang. Nous sommes entièrement satisfaits et nous y retournerons sans hésiter ! Un grand merci à toute l'équipe et plus particulièrement à 曾怡 pour avoir rendu notre séjour parfait !

Nous voulons souligner le travail de l'assistante anglaise Angelia qui nous a soutenus tout au long de notre séjour. Elle était toujours disponible, elle aide à la traduction, recommande des restaurants et même aide à des questions de moins en moins quotidiennes. Grâce à elle, notre vacances était totalement sans stress et incroyablement confortable. L'hôtel lui-même était aussi magnifique, avec des chambres confortables et une grande localisation, mais c'est l'attention et le professionnalisme de l'assistant qui ont vraiment fait notre séjour spécial. Pas trop de nourriture occidentale au petit déjeuner, surtout de la nourriture locale.

Il est facile de se rendre en vacances dans un jardin avec soupe privée dans la péninsule de Liu. Je ne pensais pas que ce serait très pratique, le chaud était très confortable et les installations étaient bonnes. En plus de la chaleur de l'entrée, l'hôtel avait une grande piscine et une piscine extérieure, il y avait des zones de loisirs pour enfants. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est également bon, le petit déjeuner est servi, la nourriture est de la midi et de la nuit, beaucoup de plats sont des spécialités locales, la fameux soupe de poisson du lac de Tianm et un coupon de 100 yuan. Le passage de l'hôtel est le lac de Tianm (réservoir du fleuve Sha), les plats de pétrole autour des villages sont en pleine florence. Notre administrateur, le petit, a servi avec attention, a laisser chaud l'eau, manger, tout est bien organisé pour voyager. Merci beaucoup.

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by every detail. From the spacious, immaculate room to the top-notch amenities, it exceeded all my expectations. Room & Amenities: 10/10 -Bathroom Perfection: Loved having both a deep soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower, ideal for relaxing after a long day. The private toilet area added extra convenience. -Luxury Touches: Plush bathrobes and premium toiletries made it feel like a true retreat. Practical Comforts: The iron and ironing board were a lifesaver for attire/wrinkled clothes. View & Ambience: Breathtaking river views from the window—especially magical at sunrise and night. Serene and quiet, Perfect for uninterrupted sleep. Breakfast: 10/10 Huge variety of both Western and Chinese options (fresh fruits, eggs, dim sum, noodles). Highlight:The fluffy, made-to-order pancakes were divine—some of the best I’ve had! Service & Cleanliness: Spotless throughout-housekeeping deserves applause. - Staff were attentive and friendly, always quick to assist. Final Verdict This hotel is a gem, whether for business, romance, or a solo getaway. The thoughtful design, gorgeous views, and delicious breakfast make it worth every penny. I’ll absolutely return and recommend it to anyone visiting the area! Tip: Request a high-floor room for the best river views!

Les chambres d'hôtel sont très confortables et très propres. Toutes les demandes supplémentaires que nous avions reçues ont été traitées rapidement et avec soin, ce qui a fait tout le séjour insuffisant et agréable. Le parc lui-même est une destination magnifiquement conçue inspirée de la culture traditionnelle chinoise et du monde des arts et des fantaisies martiales antiques. Le paysage est étonnant, avec des environnements verts et paisibles qui font que chaque coin se sentait peintre. C'est une destination magnifique pour les familles avec enfants, ainsi que pour tout le monde qui souhaite connaître une combinaison unique de nature, de culture et de relaxation.

I absolutely loved the stay, i have stayed in multiple hotels all around China including Shanghai, Chengdu, Beijing, Chongqing and etc, but by far this hotel had the MOST comfiest bed. It felt like laying on a cloud. I actually booked a queen room with the bathtub in the picture and when I checked in, they told me that after renovation they only have a bathtub in the family room. We were okay with it but in a few minutes a staff came and showed us to our new room with a bathtub. They were very friendly, accommodating and understanding. Not to mention the room being super spacious, having a huge mirror, having a tv and an electronic toilet. The amenities were amazing. Likewise, the interior of the room was beautiful. The location is also amazing, there are many malls just outside including huge malls with international brands. The location is prime. This is by far my favourite hotel I have stayed in China and will stay there again!! Cant wait to go back

La chambre est très bien située et confortable... rapide et nettoyage et équipements de nettoyage... service complet... Vous avez passé trop de temps... est généralement possible et bon rapport qualité-prix... petit déjeuner et petit déjeuner... vous pouvez aussi avoir une bonne position.

Booked an hourly rate room due to a flight delay. Immediately upon entering the lobby a gentleman - presumably a manager - offered me a cigarette. Even though I don’t smoke I found this to be a sweet gesture and an unmistakable token of appreciation of my business. It was also quite fitting as the facility is in an industrial area about 2 km from Benniu airport. Check-in was quick and I was immediately impressed with the room. Shiny new building constructed last year in an otherwise tired Neighbourhood. Spaciously narrow room. There were two beds, one single and one double. I’m surprised I’ve never seen this configuration before as it would benefit couples travelling with a child. TV was huge, wifi was fast and although the air con dial was confusing to turn on it pumped out beautifully cold air. Robot butler was fast. I think they offer shuttle service to and from the airport but a Didi is ~10 RMB. I was not expecting much but this place left an impression even though I only stayed for four hours. Thanks to the staff and I highly recommend it if the location meets your needs.
