Un séjour réservé à un service inoubliable - Mon New Go-To Hotel! J'ai été récemment à Hilton et l'expérience a été si positive que cela a mis en valeur ma loyauté. La chambre était parfaite. Le lit était étonnamment doux, offrant un sommeil vraiment reposé, nous avons désespérément besoin. La température de la chambre était facile à contrôler et toujours confortable. La pression de l'eau dans la douche était fantastique, et le niveau de nettoyage tout entier était impeccable tout était sans spot. Le petit déjeuner buffet était tout à fait fantastique. J'ai déjà séjourné à Hiltons, mais je n'ai jamais eu ce service bon. Je n'ai jamais regretté ma choix pour une seconde. Ce séjour m'a rappelé pourquoi les marques de confiance sont importantes. En raison de cette expérience, et surtout en raison de personnel comme LukYue qui va au-dessus et au-delà, le Hilton sera mon retour sur ma prochaine visite! Très, très recommandé

Nous avons emmené nos enfants en week-end. Ils ont été surclassés gratuitement dans une chambre familiale avec tatami, ce qu'ils ont adoré. L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine, de sources chaudes et d'aires de jeux pour enfants, ce qui nous a beaucoup plu. Notre femme de ménage, Xiao Zeng, a été incroyablement serviable et nous a livré tout ce dont nous avions besoin rapidement. On nous a même offert une voiture pour nous récupérer et nous déposer sur la pente raide menant à la villa. Ils nous ont même offert un cadeau avant notre départ. Seul bémol : la porte de la salle de bain manquait d'intimité, ce qui rendait l'accès aux toilettes difficile pour mon père. Une porte séparée aurait été utile.

Nous voulons souligner le travail de l'assistante anglaise Angelia qui nous a soutenus tout au long de notre séjour. Elle était toujours disponible, elle aide à la traduction, recommande des restaurants et même aide à des questions de moins en moins quotidiennes. Grâce à elle, notre vacances était totalement sans stress et incroyablement confortable. L'hôtel lui-même était aussi magnifique, avec des chambres confortables et une grande localisation, mais c'est l'attention et le professionnalisme de l'assistant qui ont vraiment fait notre séjour spécial. Pas trop de nourriture occidentale au petit déjeuner, surtout de la nourriture locale.

💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away. 💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park. 💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry…. ❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning. ❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud. ❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them. ❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car. 🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel. 🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole. I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

Un nouvel hôtel situé à 30 minutes à pied du centre-ville. Location magnifique près du lac West Tay. Allé à pied le soir et c'était une expérience serene. La diffusion du petit déjeuner est bonne et délicieuse. Le petit déjeuner et le café sont à l'hôtel avec un beau soir sur le lac. Je ne pouvais pas demander une meilleure expérience dans cette ville.

Le tout est toujours satisfait. Il est également amusant dans la ville de Liu Lake. Les enfants sont très heureux. Mais il est préférable d'informer les touristes à l'avance de la circulation avec des limites de hauteur. Pour éviter d'être informés que les enfants ne peuvent pas entrer, ils ne peuvent pas jouer. De plus, la famille des parents et des enfants devrait mettre les articles dont les enfants ont besoin dans la chambre à l'avance et éviter de chercher un service client. Pouvez-vous ajouter des bouquets après 9 heures de la nuit, sinon je ne mangerai pas de la bouffe. . .

The surroundings around the hotel is very serene and close to most tourist places though you still need a car to go round tianmu lake on Liyang No 1 road. I love the bamboo sea forest the best! I was not aware that the hotel I booked was mainly for family with Children! We have a room with dinosaur blankets!

I was so shocked by how big my room was for such a cheap price! The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom facilities were great. Very clean. The staff don’t speak English but it’s no problem as we could use translation apps. They helped me to order food on the delivery app. The location is quite convenient as it’s near to a metro station. I was really pleasantly surprised by this hotel and I would definitely stay here again!

Good Hotel with very good, clean room after renovation. Also the location is good (very close to the airport). It is designed in a modern way with many new high tech devices. I liked the room, but I wish the breakfast was better. Thanks.

One of the lady at the reception was a bit rude. I asked her what the shipping address is of the hotel for online shopping and she did not understand even with translator app which is not an issue at all. She thought we were trying to book a room. I guess she was unaware that we were already checked in and that we were guests because when we gave up and headed to the elevator to go to the room, she yelled at us and followed us and said something sternly. I then showed her the room card and she took it to inspect it, then returned it and said okay. It was one of the most unpleasant experiences with a hotel staff compared to all the other hotels I have stayed in, including Chinese hotels.
