Situé juste à côté du lac Tianmu et à proximité du parc paysager du lac Tianmu, vous pouvez également louer une voiturette électrique et vous promener le long du lac ! L'hôtel dispose d'une source chaude ♨️, un véritable moment de détente ! Il y a aussi une piscine et un bateau transparent, parfaits pour prendre des photos ! Les enfants adoreront l'aire de jeux et les adorables animaux ! Parfait pour des vacances en famille !

L'environnement de la vallée de Zhuxi est vraiment génial, et nous sommes très satisfaits de la chambre. Nous avons même bénéficié d'un surclassement de chambre gratuit, ce qui nous a rendu très heureux. De plus, le forfait comprend également des billets pour la mer de bambous de Nanshan, le jardin Shanshui et les sources chaudes de Yu Shui, ce qui est également formidable. Les enfants ont adoré et il y avait diverses activités de bricolage. Notre majordome Ye Yong était très hospitalier, a fourni un excellent service et a pris des dispositions très appropriées. Il mérite d'être considéré comme l'hôtel de luxe le plus haut de gamme de Liyang. Je reviendrai dans le futur.

UUtilisateur anonymeNous voulons souligner le travail de l'assistante anglaise Angelia qui nous a soutenus tout au long de notre séjour.
Elle était toujours disponible, elle aide à la traduction, recommande des restaurants et même aide à des questions de moins en moins quotidiennes. Grâce à elle, notre vacances était totalement sans stress et incroyablement confortable.
L'hôtel lui-même était aussi magnifique, avec des chambres confortables et une grande localisation, mais c'est l'attention et le professionnalisme de l'assistant qui ont vraiment fait notre séjour spécial.
Pas trop de nourriture occidentale au petit déjeuner, surtout de la nourriture locale.

GGreat Traveller💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away.
💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park.
💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry….
❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning.
❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud.
❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them.
❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car.
🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel.
🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole.
I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

IInvitéThe surroundings around the hotel is very serene and close to most tourist places though you still need a car to go round tianmu lake on Liyang No 1 road. I love the bamboo sea forest the best! I was not aware that the hotel I booked was mainly for family with Children! We have a room with dinosaur blankets!

UUtilisateur anonymeL'expérience de cet hôtel est bien supérieure à celle prévue. La chambre est claire et limpide, les lits sont doux et confortables, et le sommeil est debout naturel.
Le service est attentif et souriant, depuis le séjour jusqu'au départ, la demande répond rapidement.
L'isolement sonore est très bon, la nuit est calme comme le bébé; le petit-déjeuner est riche, les plats locaux sont agréables avec les plats occidentals.
Les détails sont très utiles, comme le minibar gratuit, le contrôle de la lumière intelligente, le chauffage, qui est un port chaud en voyage.

IInvitéFirst thing you need to know is it is clean. Sheets changed. Room is clean. Comes with toothbrush, soap, water kettle, outlets to charge, and a desk.
The hotel has great amenities. The best part about it is the washing machine and dryer. 2 dryers. 3 washing machines.
No issues with hot water. You can take a long shower with no issues.
I'm a traveler with preference for only non smoking rooms or rooms that don't smell like it.
I turn in the air conditioning to see if it has any smoke smell coming from it.
My first room smelled like smoke but they were able to change me to another room without issues.
This is probably the best value hotel for a single room. The cost benefits are even better if you split it with someone else.
I had two room cards so I left the air conditioning on all the time. It was nice.
The middle rooms don't have a window so a shower may make your room humid.
The area around it is very great. There is a bunch of local food places and it's only locals not tourist.
The best place is a noodle shop nearby. Order a large beef noodle soup for 14 yuan and get a free noodle refill.
Be sure to turn on the exhaust when showering and you'll have to issues.

SSumaaaa._One of the lady at the reception was a bit rude.
I asked her what the shipping address is of the hotel for online shopping and she did not understand even with translator app which is not an issue at all. She thought we were trying to book a room. I guess she was unaware that we were already checked in and that we were guests because when we gave up and headed to the elevator to go to the room, she yelled at us and followed us and said something sternly.
I then showed her the room card and she took it to inspect it, then returned it and said okay.
It was one of the most unpleasant experiences with a hotel staff compared to all the other hotels I have stayed in, including Chinese hotels.
