Great place to stay. The location is close to Jinan railways station and K88 neaby malls. The room and toilet is clean (no bidet). I chose the non-smoking room and the room is clear from any cigarette smoke. However, there are people smoking in the corridor at night and the cigarette smoke enters the room. For someone who’s very sensitive to cigarette smoke, it’s not a convenient place to stay.

Rooms: Good size room, 6/F partly refurbished (especially electrics, carpets), 4/F not done. They have an executive lounge but it is just a lounge, no benefits that you get in other hotels. Facilities: 2/F has pool tables, table tennis, card/mahjong rooms, gym; Floor B1 has a huge pool. All quite busy as they allow members of the public to pay to use. Breakfast: Good, some western options. RMB40/pax at hotel. Location: Perfect. easy walk to Daming Lake, Kuanhouli, Black Tiger Spring, shops. It is on the route of the Tourist shuttle bus which costs RMB5/day and goes to all the main sites. Frequent at weekends, less so weekdays. Restaurants: Lots around hotel. South to malls on Quancheng Road where there are lots of all you can eat hotpot and BBQ. Also south to Kuanhouli, the snack street and some good restaurants (Huixian Floor Restaurant). North is the famous Shandong restaurant: Kui Sheng Ju. There was always a queue so we went to a similar restaurant across the street from it. Also next to it is the Jia Chuan Min Guangzhou restaurant which is excellent. Service: We had a problem with the shower on 6/F as water pressure was very low or just cut out altogether. Initially we asked the front desk staff to sort it out but not much happened. Then asked the duty manager and he was very helpful and moved us to a suite on the 4/F. So if you have a problem, make sure you ask for some one in authority and the service will be excellent. Language: Mandarin only Will defintely consider again if we return to Jinan.

I would like to extend my special thanks to Chu Yi at the Garden Road branch near Daming Lake in Jinan. As a foreigner on a solo business trip to China, when my phone couldn't connect to the local network, it meant I had no way to pay for anything. I couldn't buy food, couldn't get around, and was completely cut off from the outside world. I was filled with a sense of helplessness being alone in a foreign land. Upon hearing this, the hotel staff immediately contacted a nearby China Unicom service center where I could get a SIM card using my passport. The next morning, Ms. Chu Yi from the front desk, concerned about my language barrier and difficulty getting around, proactively offered to accompany me to the service center to help with the procedures. The moment my phone successfully connected to the network, what I felt was not just the restoration of a signal, but a profound sense of relief. This warmth continued throughout my entire stay: the housekeeping staff thoughtfully prepared a power adapter in my room; the restaurant staff enthusiastically recommended delicious and agreeable dishes during my meals. From Chu Yi's exceptional initiative at the front desk to the meticulous and warm service from housekeeping and the restaurant, your actions perfectly embodied the meaning of ”a home away from home.” This transcends nationality—it's all about heartfelt care. Jinan is a warm city, but Atour is even warmer. On all my future business trips to China, I will definitely choose to stay at Atour. I wish Atour and the wonderful Ms. Chu Yi all the best

L'hôtel est idéalement situé, idéal pour visiter les attractions de Jinan. Les chambres sont très propres, dignes de leur classement cinq étoiles de longue date. Le service était encore meilleur, notamment celui de la responsable des relations clients, EIsa He Mengyao, qui s'est montrée très serviable. Elle a réservé une chambre à l'avance, nous a informés de la situation de l'hôtel, nous a donné des indications et nous a même fait revenir. Elle a toujours été attentionnée. Merci beaucoup. Je séjournerai certainement dans cet hôtel lors de mon prochain séjour à Jinan.

Même si les prix des chambres ont considérablement augmenté pendant la Fête nationale, le prix des chambres dans le magasin phare de l'Oriental Hotel ne dépasse pas 400 yuans, ce qui est abordable. Nous avons accidentellement perdu quelque chose dans la pièce. Merci à Mme Liu Huanhuan pour sa diligence raisonnable en nous aidant à retrouver l'article et à le renvoyer par livraison express.

La première recherche de cet hôtel peut être un défi car le lobby est situé au 19ème étage. Le ménage est un établissement de qualité, mais il est très bien placé pour vous aider à trouver des équipements de qualité.

La tante de ménage est très sérieuse et aide à passer l'aspirateur sur la moquette très propre. Elle a une attitude sérieuse et responsable et la gentillesse du superviseur de l'immeuble Merci.
