Great place to stay. The location is close to Jinan railways station and K88 neaby malls. The room and toilet is clean (no bidet). I chose the non-smoking room and the room is clear from any cigarette smoke. However, there are people smoking in the corridor at night and the cigarette smoke enters the room. For someone who’s very sensitive to cigarette smoke, it’s not a convenient place to stay.

I would like to extend my special thanks to Chu Yi at the Garden Road branch near Daming Lake in Jinan. As a foreigner on a solo business trip to China, when my phone couldn't connect to the local network, it meant I had no way to pay for anything. I couldn't buy food, couldn't get around, and was completely cut off from the outside world. I was filled with a sense of helplessness being alone in a foreign land. Upon hearing this, the hotel staff immediately contacted a nearby China Unicom service center where I could get a SIM card using my passport. The next morning, Ms. Chu Yi from the front desk, concerned about my language barrier and difficulty getting around, proactively offered to accompany me to the service center to help with the procedures. The moment my phone successfully connected to the network, what I felt was not just the restoration of a signal, but a profound sense of relief. This warmth continued throughout my entire stay: the housekeeping staff thoughtfully prepared a power adapter in my room; the restaurant staff enthusiastically recommended delicious and agreeable dishes during my meals. From Chu Yi's exceptional initiative at the front desk to the meticulous and warm service from housekeeping and the restaurant, your actions perfectly embodied the meaning of ”a home away from home.” This transcends nationality—it's all about heartfelt care. Jinan is a warm city, but Atour is even warmer. On all my future business trips to China, I will definitely choose to stay at Atour. I wish Atour and the wonderful Ms. Chu Yi all the best

L'architecture est relativement vieille, mais elle a toujours choisi de séjourner ici. Si la position géographique est bonne pour le ciel, l'environnement propre, le service décent et le petit déjeuner riche sont les plus réels de l'hôtel. Je l'aime beaucoup ici, c'est déjà le deuxième séjour N. La soupe de sauce spécialement recommandée pour le petit déjeuner, la poudre de riz faite, c'est très bon. Le personnel aide à se débarrasser de ses mains, et il a frappé un terrain!

L'environnement général est agréable, proche du Bào Tū Quán, du lac Dà Míng et du Hēi Hǔ Quán, tous à moins de 1,5 km à pied. En sortant, on tombe directement sur une rue piétonne. Le personnel est très serviable et a même offert des fruits et des snacks aux enfants. C'est idéal si vous voyagez avec des enfants ou des personnes âgées, en raison de la proximité. L'escalier menant au deuxième étage est un peu raide et étroit, il faut en tenir compte. J'ai aussi une petite suggestion : les toilettes et la douche sont transparentes, donc on se voit presque quand on se brosse les dents, se douche ou va aux toilettes, ce qui est un peu gênant. Il y a un parking souterrain, très pratique, même si dans la vieille ville, avec tous les sites touristiques alentour, il y a forcément des embouteillages. Dans l'ensemble, c'est quand même un bon endroit.

L'hôtel sélectionné cette fois n'était pas surpris! Le service de la sœur de la réception est très enthousiaste et le traitement du séjour est rapide. La chambre est décorée sans coloration, les produits de lit sont doux pour la peau et la peau, en tant que corps allergique, ceci est très ajouté. L'effet d'isolation sonore est également bon, dormez jusqu'au grand jour. La position géographique est également très excellente et le voyage est très pratique. Le petit déjeuner est riche, en particulier le visage de la viande est très bon goût. Le rapport coût-efficacité est super élevé, la prochaine fois que la ville viendra ici #

A nice place to stay, great location, very easy to get to the train station, bus ; the breakfast is of high quality, front desk staff are very nice. Overall very satisfied. Highly recommend this hotel when visiting Jinan.

This is the fifth time we have stayed at this hotel. Every time we go to Jinan, we always come here. Location is excellent - right on the beautiful canal and a short walk to both Daming Hu and the food street. The hotel service is excellent - quick check in, any request promptly dealt with. The cleaning staff were so friendly and helpful - my wife lost her watch in the room and the cleaner took extra time to help her look and find it. We stayed in one of the hotel's newly renovated suites - great facilities and amazing view of the lake. I would definitely recommend upgrading to one of you stay. Breakfast has a wide range of tasty options - recommend the freshly made jianbing and roujiamou. The restaurant also has an excellent evening buffet - for a very reasonable price you get a great range of food including seafood, hotpot and barbecue - an drinks are included as well. Overall another fantastic stay at this hotel and looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend this place!

Reception, location and room are great for the price you pay. My gripe is with the breakfast reception. We entered and told them our room number. Just before getting our food, the lady told us that someone has claimed the breakfast with our room number and we cannot eat here unless we pay extra for our meal. Even though I insisted we haven't eaten and we are the actual occupants, the lady repeated a few times that the breakfast has been claimed and we can't eat. Eventually she relented when I told her to take a look at my friend who is clearly a foreigner and insisted that she check the CCTV. I get that mix-ups are probably rare, but to immediately insinuate that we are thiefs who are trying to take advantage of (a pretty mediocre) hotel breakfast at an airport hotel is unbelievable. Especially given that my friend is clearly not of East Asian descent! It left a pretty sour taste in my mouth. I don't know why the SOP isn't to make sure that we are the actual guests and give us benefit of doubt.
