L'hôtel est propre et confortable. L'emplacement est très confortable et très proche de la gare Jinanxi. Il y a aussi des restaurants autour du lieu. Globalement, nous avons eu un grand temps et nous resterons ici la prochaine fois.

We stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience. Pros: 1. The reception staff were very friendly, and check-in was quick and smooth. The room was clean and tidy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. 2. There is a convenient underground parking area in the building, and it also supports electric vehicle charging, which is a big plus. 3. The breakfast was generally good. It is advertised as European and Chinese breakfast, but in reality it is more Chinese-style. However, the food was still tasty and enjoyable. 4. Another big plus is that pets are allowed. A deposit of 300 CNY is required, and that’s all—no other complications. Cons: 1. The windows in the room were quite dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned for a long time, which affected the overall impression. 2. A more serious issue was the elevators. The hotel is located inside a residential building, so the elevators are shared with residents and staff. Even though there are four elevators (three were operating), we had to wait a long time at any time of the day, which was quite inconvenient. 3. Another downside is that there is no iron or steamer available. If you need to straighten your clothes, there is no option for that in the hotel. Overall: In general, the hotel left a good impression thanks to its cleanliness, friendly staff, and pet-friendly policy, but there are some noticeable practical inconveniences that are worth considering.

性價比非常高的酒店，高層 28 樓，住了 4 天， 大玻璃窗鳥瞰濟南東站區域，夜景很美，空間可以，非常乾淨，服務態度超窩心。離濟南東站 8 分鐘車程，非常方便。樓下有便利店附近 100-200米很多吃的。下次必須住這裏。注意登記大堂在 24 樓啊！

First time searching for this hotel can be a challenge because the lobby is located on the 19th floor. On the first floor, it looks like any normal apartment. Once you get past the first floor shock, what you get is almost full hotel vibes. The ”soft water” that they provided makes your skin feels smooth too.

L'emplacement est très bon. C'est calme et il n'y a pas de bruit quand on dort. Il fait très chaud et le service est en place. Les serveurs sont polis et gentils. Le petit déjeuner est également assez savoureux. L'employé de la réception, Xiao Liu, est chaleureux et attentionné. 👍👍👍

The hotel is conveniently situated 15 minutes away from the airport by the hotel shuttle bus, situated in an industrial area close to the airport. The hotel itself was great, clean, and comfortable, and had all the things you needed for a good stay and overnight quiet sleep. The room itself was great. I had some confusion when I got up in the morning to get the shuttle bus to the airport at 5.30 am But was told the only shuttle bus had left at 5 am! Why did someone not clearly explain this to me? Most hotels I have stayed at near the airport in the past, have shuttle buses every 30 minutes to the airport in the early mornings. I sought the help of the young girl receptionist to assist me in getting a taxi quickly. But she seemed annoyed that I had disturbed her early morning routine when she was only interested in completing her phone video game! And not helping me! Unbelievable! The girl receptionist said that the Hotel does not have a contact taxi service. I gave the receptionist my phone and she finally found a taxi service and I made it to the airport. My Chinese was not good enough to do all this myself. But overall, a good nights stay and a good hotel.

Cependant, sachez que la plupart des TGV desservent la gare de Jinan Ouest, assez éloignée des attractions touristiques. Je prends le taxi presque partout depuis cet hôtel, car la circulation à Jinan est chaotique et se déplacer à pied vers les sites touristiques avoisinants peut s'avérer éprouvant pour les étrangers. L'hôtel n'est pas proche du métro, mais je vous déconseille d'utiliser ce moyen de transport, car il ne vous emmène pas directement aux attractions comme dans d'autres villes chinoises et vous devrez vous renseigner sur les correspondances. Cela dit, il est accessible à pied (20 à 30 minutes en faisant attention aux scooters électriques et aux cyclistes peu aimables) depuis les attractions les plus intéressantes, comme le vieux quartier des affaires, idéal pour la photographie de rue. Si je devais choisir à nouveau, je logerais plus près des sources thermales, car je compte de toute façon me déplacer en taxi et ces quartiers me semblent plus animés. De plus, cet hôtel semble accueillir de grands groupes, ce qui rend impossible un petit-déjeuner tranquille. En voulant prendre un petit-déjeuner dès 7h, à l'heure du service, pour bien commencer ma journée, j'ai été surpris de voir la cafétéria bondée de touristes. J'ai dû attendre 40 minutes avant de pouvoir manger tranquillement.

La chambre est grande, le service est bon, même les enfants ont envoyé une pistolette d'eau, la position géographique est bonne, il est pratique de se rendre dans la zone de scène, il est très proche du bébé noir, il est très proche de la large, une légume à la porte de l'hôtel est pas bonne.

This is a wonderful hotel that I happened to be checked in because my original hotel told me that they do not accept foreigners. I have a student visa in China as I am studying in Beijing and decided to travel to Jinan/Qufu on a weekend. Out in the cold at 6 a.m., I reached out to Trip and told the customer service representatived named Russel about my problem. He was quick to help me out. Basically, he booked this hotel for me in exchange of the original booking. Vienna Hotel was far superior than the hotel I originally booked. The hotel wifi is fast, the room is clean, the bathroom is exceptional, and the lobby does not smell of cigarette smoke. I love the front desk officers for checking me in at 9 a.m. They must have noticed how tired I was. The hotel also has a dining area for breakfast. The booking I had did not come with free breakfast but you can pay extra for a decent breakfast with a variety of dishes to choose from. This hotel is not within the city center though but it is close to a subway stop, only 8-10 RMB for a Didi ride. On my second day in Jinan, I left most of my things in my room to head to Qufu, the birthplace of Confucius. I was confident that my things are safe in my room. My two-night stay here really gave me time to rest and relax. Would I stay here again? The answer is a definite ”yes!”
