Our stay here was nothing short of exceptional! The room was large, immaculate, and extremely comfortable, complementing the beautifully designed lobby. The owner was exceptionally hospitable and made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the ******* costume activity provided by the hotel, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Later in the evening, we relaxed in the outdoor hot spring, which was an incredibly soothing and wonderful experience. Dining at the hotel was another pleasant surprise. We had the mushroom hot pot for dinner, featuring impeccably fresh ingredients and a rich, delicious broth. The owner shared that ******* culture places a strong emphasis on food quality, often sourcing ingredients personally. Out of our entire six-day trip, this was undeniably the best and highest-quality meal we had. Breakfast was equally impressive, reflecting the hotel's careful attention to detail. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Given the outstanding quality of both the stay and the dining, the pricing is incredibly reasonable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Usually don’t leave reviews, but this hotel truly deserves one. The ambience was above average, very peaceful and relaxing. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and a heater was provided, which is important especially during winter. In terms of location, the hotel is very close to Bipenggou (less than 1 km). However, walking there after a full day of activities is not recommended if you have luggage, as it can be quite tiring. What really stood out was the kindness and hospitality of the owner. We requested a pick-up from Bipenggou, and the owner personally came to fetch us free of charge, and even sent us back again later. The owner was using his personal car, which is suitable for 2 people with 1 luggage, but may not be ideal for bigger groups or families with many bags. The owner was also very thoughtful and even asked whether we wanted breakfast the next day. Although we were unsure if the food was halal and therefore did not eat it as we brought our own food, the gesture itself was truly appreciated. The room was exactly the same as shown in the pictures, with a clear and beautiful mountain view from the window. Since it was winter season in Bipenggou, the room was quite cold as well, but a heater was provided to improve comfort. Overall, the room felt nice, cozy, and pleasant to stay in. Overall, 10/10 satisfaction for the room, service, and facilities. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay near Bipenggou.

Tout est parfait ! La vue est superbe !! Location OK, pas si loin de l'entrée.. rencontre le yak sur mon chemin vers l'hôtel 🤣 le propriétaire était vraiment utile aussi !! Elle m'a même donné du riz 😭 im a musulman et mon rte food oos et i tapao halal beef stew from chengdu et je demande au propriétaire si il y a un restaurant à proximité je peux obtenir du riz.. La douche est vraiment au ciel... il y a un chauffeur d'eau et puis nous avons l'air chaud dans la douche se sentait comme une saune ! ! 😭 avec temps froid son ciel à doucher là 😭😭 j'ai une petite fièvre ce jour et im mercieux j'ai réservé cet endroit

We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help, which really made a difference to our experience. While the English language barrier was sometimes challenging, using translation apps like WeChat and Google Translate helped us communicate and work things out smoothly. The outdoor facilities have great potential, and it would have been even better if the fireplace areas were lit and there were more drink options available in the evenings. Similarly, a slightly wider selection of food at the restaurant and during breakfast would really help cater to Western travellers. That said, the hotel offered a comfortable and pleasant stay, with excellent service and a lovely atmosphere. Overall, a great experience and one we would happily recommend.

Le petit déjeuner était agréable avec une bonne gamme de plats et il a été fait encore mieux avec l'animal résident qui vous accueillera à l'entrée dans la salle - mignon~ ! Il y a aussi des espaces pour explorer et une piscine de printemps chaude disponible pour les invités. La chambre nous abrite et chaude pour nous garder confortables dans le temps froid. Le séjour était très agréable.

Hotel is very beutiful, comfortable, convenient and super clean, Staff were helpful and nice. We got the upgrading room, big and warm with river views, staff also gave us a bath-foam and warm pads. Food all delicious, we ate chicken soup, steamed fish with soy sauce, and sweet and sour pork bones. Le personnel est très agréable et très agréable. The highlight was definitely the toilet the best I've seen in China, with a warm seat! Will definitely come back and highly recommend this place. 👍

Pendant notre séjour, il nous a fourni des informations détaillées et professionnelles sur les horaires d'ouverture des différents bassins thermaux et les équipements de la chambre. Chaque demande a été traitée rapidement et avec attention, ce qui a rendu notre séjour sans souci. De plus, son sourire constant et son attitude amicale nous ont fait sentir incroyablement chaleureux et accueillants, même par une froide journée d'hiver. Nous remercions sincèrement cet excellent majordome pour avoir rendu notre séjour aux sources chaudes si merveilleux, et nous avons hâte d'y retourner !

Le service de l'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé. L'hôtel est situé juste à l'intérieur du parc national et les clients peuvent conduire après l'inscription à l'entrée du parc, ce qui rend la visite beaucoup plus facile, car vous n'avez pas à prendre le bus de la navette du parc, qui conduise plutôt mal le long de la route. De l'hôtel, vous pouvez prendre vos propres véhicules directement aux sites de scène, en économiseant plus de la moitié de la distance de voyage. Les chambres sont très confortables et confortables.
