SSyamiUsually don’t leave reviews, but this hotel truly deserves one. The ambience was above average, very peaceful and relaxing. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and a heater was provided, which is important especially during winter.
In terms of location, the hotel is very close to Bipenggou (less than 1 km). However, walking there after a full day of activities is not recommended if you have luggage, as it can be quite tiring.
What really stood out was the kindness and hospitality of the owner. We requested a pick-up from Bipenggou, and the owner personally came to fetch us free of charge, and even sent us back again later. The owner was using his personal car, which is suitable for 2 people with 1 luggage, but may not be ideal for bigger groups or families with many bags.
The owner was also very thoughtful and even asked whether we wanted breakfast the next day. Although we were unsure if the food was halal and therefore did not eat it as we brought our own food, the gesture itself was truly appreciated.
The room was exactly the same as shown in the pictures, with a clear and beautiful mountain view from the window. Since it was winter season in Bipenggou, the room was quite cold as well, but a heater was provided to improve comfort. Overall, the room felt nice, cozy, and pleasant to stay in.
Overall, 10/10 satisfaction for the room, service, and facilities. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay near Bipenggou.

DDelphinetang1Receptionists were friendly, helpful and always ready to help. The breakfast was nice with a good range of dishes and it was made even better with the resident pet that will greet you upon entering the hall - cute~!
There are also spaces to explore and hot spring pool available for guests.
The room us spacious and warm enough to keep us cozy in the cold weather.
Overall, the stay was very pleasant.

Parlez anglais Prenez soin des détails, donnez la plaque thermique avec mousse de bain pour plonger dans le tube aussi, très cool. Le dîner est très délicieux, adapté aux Thaïlande. Oh, si quelqu'un va, il rencontrera Nong Jingjing. Le chien mignon est également bienvenu. Le frère plus jeune est très calme, ne craque pas du tout, laissez-le jouer et la tenir. En conclusion, il est un très bon endroit pour rester.

IInvitéI highly recommend this hotel. The staff were super helpful and friendly, which made the stay even better. The room was huge and had a beautiful view. The heater worked really well and kept the room nice and warm, which was great. The dining room staff were also very kind and welcoming. They served the food and drinks nicely and always made sure everything was okay. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back again in the future.

Pendant notre séjour, il nous a fourni des informations détaillées et professionnelles sur les horaires d'ouverture des différents bassins thermaux et les équipements de la chambre. Chaque demande a été traitée rapidement et avec attention, ce qui a rendu notre séjour sans souci. De plus, son sourire constant et son attitude amicale nous ont fait sentir incroyablement chaleureux et accueillants, même par une froide journée d'hiver.
Nous remercions sincèrement cet excellent majordome pour avoir rendu notre séjour aux sources chaudes si merveilleux, et nous avons hâte d'y retourner !

IInvité這次畢棚溝之行選的酒店真的挖到寶了，體驗感直接拉滿！酒店離景區大門步行僅幾分鐘，自駕還有免費專屬停車場，帶充電樁對電車超友好，不用早起搶景區車位，遊玩出行太省心了。房間乾淨整潔到挑不出毛病，床品柔軟舒適，地暖+中央空調讓川西的冬日住宿暖意十足，拉開窗簾就能看到遠山美景，視野超棒。酒店的免費温泉是點睛之筆，玩了一天雪山徒步，泡個温泉瞬間消解所有疲憊，工作人員還會提前清潔換水，細節感拉滿。早餐種類豐富，餐廳的川菜和藏式氂牛肉味道正宗，分量也很實在。全程服務更是貼心，前台會主動提行李、推薦遊玩攻略，有需求響應也特別快。不管是衞生、設施還是服務都無可挑剔，性價比超高，是畢棚溝住宿的不二之選，下次來還會毫不猶豫選這家！

PPockyBackpackAt first, I booked a camper van, but the staff advised me against it, saying it was too cold during this season. So I changed to a room inside the main hotel building — and I’m really glad I did. The hotel is located right inside the national park, and guests can drive in after registering at the park entrance. This makes sightseeing much easier since you don’t have to take the park’s shuttle bus, which drives rather poorly along the route. From the hotel, you can take their own vehicles directly to the scenic spots, saving more than half the travel distance.
All room rates already include the park entrance fee. Personally, if I come back again, I would definitely stay here because it saves the hassle of taking the park shuttle. Overall, both the location and the rooms are excellent.
