Our stay here was nothing short of exceptional! The room was large, immaculate, and extremely comfortable, complementing the beautifully designed lobby. The owner was exceptionally hospitable and made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the ******* costume activity provided by the hotel, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Later in the evening, we relaxed in the outdoor hot spring, which was an incredibly soothing and wonderful experience. Dining at the hotel was another pleasant surprise. We had the mushroom hot pot for dinner, featuring impeccably fresh ingredients and a rich, delicious broth. The owner shared that ******* culture places a strong emphasis on food quality, often sourcing ingredients personally. Out of our entire six-day trip, this was undeniably the best and highest-quality meal we had. Breakfast was equally impressive, reflecting the hotel's careful attention to detail. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Given the outstanding quality of both the stay and the dining, the pricing is incredibly reasonable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Le centre de l'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. En termes de localisation, l'hôtel est très proche de Bipengou (moins de 1 km). Cependant, marcher là après un jour de pleine activité n'est pas recommandé si vous avez des bagages, car il peut être assez fatiguant. Nous avons demandé un rappel de Bipenggou, et le propriétaire est venu nous chercher gratuitement, et nous a même renvoyés plus tard. Le propriétaire utilisa sa voiture personnelle, qui est adaptée à 2 personnes avec 1 bagage, mais peut-être pas idéal pour les groupes plus grands ou les familles avec de nombreux sacs. Le propriétaire était aussi très réfléchi et même demandé si nous voulions le petit déjeuner le lendemain. La chambre était exactement la même que celle qui se trouve dans les photos, avec une vue de montagne claire et belle de la fenêtre. La chambre était très confortable et confortable. Globalement, 10/10 satisfaction pour la chambre, le service et les installations.

We are so glad that we picked this hotel. The hotel is stunning. We arrived late and were glad that hotpot was available in the hotel restaurant as it was freezing cool outside. We enjoyed our dinner in the beautiful restaurant. Our room was stunning. The beds were super comfortable. The heater was great. No issues with the room temperature. We slept like a baby after a two and half hours journey from Siguniang. The young staff members were helpful and attentive. Our experience in this hotel has exceeded our expectations. Sadly, we only stayed a night. We would love to revisit. Note: The hotel is only a few minutes walk away from the Bippengou scenic park entrance .

We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help, which really made a difference to our experience. While the English language barrier was sometimes challenging, using translation apps like WeChat and Google Translate helped us communicate and work things out smoothly. The outdoor facilities have great potential, and it would have been even better if the fireplace areas were lit and there were more drink options available in the evenings. Similarly, a slightly wider selection of food at the restaurant and during breakfast would really help cater to Western travellers. That said, the hotel offered a comfortable and pleasant stay, with excellent service and a lovely atmosphere. Overall, a great experience and one we would happily recommend.

Nice and comfortable hotel. Hot spring is very nice with 4 pools available. Breakfast has variaty of food to choose and it's very nice. Recommended.

Hotel is very beutiful, comfortable, convenient and super clean, Staff were helpful and nice. We got the upgrading room, big and warm with river views, staff also gave us a bath-foam and warm pads. Food all delicious, we ate chicken soup, steamed fish with soy sauce, and sweet and sour pork bones. Le personnel est très agréable et très agréable. The highlight was definitely the toilet the best I've seen in China, with a warm seat! Will definitely come back and highly recommend this place. 👍

good hotel just less than 10 minutes to Bipenggou scenic area, there is restaurant downstairs, we had hotpot at the hotel for dinner, it is really good. there is a small mini-mart at the opposite side of the hotel.

Notre séjour au Ramada by Wyndham Gulugou Hot Spring Hotel a été une expérience merveilleuse, et nous tenons à féliciter chaleureusement notre majordome, Ham ! Dès notre arrivée, il nous a accueillis chaleureusement et nous a guidés avec attention tout au long du processus d'enregistrement, nous mettant immédiatement à l'aise après un long voyage. Pendant notre séjour, il nous a fourni des informations détaillées et professionnelles sur les horaires d'ouverture des différents bassins thermaux et les équipements de la chambre. Chaque demande a été traitée rapidement et avec attention, ce qui a rendu notre séjour sans souci. De plus, son sourire constant et son attitude amicale nous ont fait sentir incroyablement chaleureux et accueillants, même par une froide journée d'hiver. Nous remercions sincèrement cet excellent majordome pour avoir rendu notre séjour aux sources chaudes si merveilleux, et nous avons hâte d'y retourner !

Le centre de la ville est situé à l'intérieur de la zone de scène, et le personnel a organisé une prise de vue confortable de l'entrée du parc. Le service de navette à la zone principale du parc était bien organisé et a fait l'exploration facile. Le petit déjeuner était abondant et délicieux. Bien que les options de repas sur place soient limitées, le repas en chambre était abordable et facile à commander par WeChat. Dans l'ensemble, une expérience exceptionnelle n'aurait pas pu choisir un meilleur endroit pour rester à Bipenggou!
