Great location set back from the main road and the rooms have great views of the local area. The staff were very quick to respond to all of my messages. The room is modern and well-designed. I just can't understand why the towels they provide are so poor quality. One reason why people choose this kind of hotel instead of the cheaper hotels in the area is for the quality of the facilities, especially towels. But the ones they have here are single-use, very thin towels that do not really dry you at all. Apart from that, it is an excellent place to stay. The nearby Nobu cafe is also a highlight of this area.

We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help, which really made a difference to our experience. While the English language barrier was sometimes challenging, using translation apps like WeChat and Google Translate helped us communicate and work things out smoothly. The outdoor facilities have great potential, and it would have been even better if the fireplace areas were lit and there were more drink options available in the evenings. Similarly, a slightly wider selection of food at the restaurant and during breakfast would really help cater to Western travellers. That said, the hotel offered a comfortable and pleasant stay, with excellent service and a lovely atmosphere. Overall, a great experience and one we would happily recommend.

L'adresse est très bonne à la recherche, le stationnement est très pratique à la porte de l'hôtel, parce que le bâtiment est décoré dans la salle de marque, le magasin a également mis à jour la suite pour nous éviter de ne pas nous reposer bien, la chambre a un compartiment chaud séparé, la chambre a également un petit souper à manger, très calme et confortable, soulagement de la roue de voyager en voiture, L'expérience globale est super 👍👍👍

Nice and comfortable hotel. Hot spring is very nice with 4 pools available. Breakfast has variaty of food to choose and it's very nice. Recommended.

The hotel is close to the Bipenggol park. And you can ask the hotel to send and pick you up from the park (free). The staffs are very nice and helpful. They will help you to book the car back to Chengdu (if you request). And they have the women staff, her name is Wendy. She speaks English very well and always help us about the language issues and everything while we were staying at the hotel.

C'était merveilleux. Se baigner dans les sources chaudes tout en profitant du magnifique paysage était vraiment relaxant. Le personnel était également très sympathique. Tingting, l'agent de la réception, a été très patient tout au long du processus et nous a aidés pour notre réservation. Merci beaucoup ! Je reviendrai dans quelques jours, c'est sûr ! Installations : Structure en bois, un peu vieillotte. Propreté : Acceptable. Environnement : La vue et les jardins se complètent à merveille ! Service : Excellent !

Absolutely fantastic stay! The resort is located inside the scenic area, and the staff arranged convenient pick-up from the park entrance. Our room was luxurious, complete with a private hot spring pool and stunning mountain views right from the window. Shuttle service to the main park area was well organized and made exploring easy. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. While dining options on-site are limited, in-room dining was affordable and easy to order through WeChat. Overall, an exceptional experience — couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay in Bipenggou!

Le service du petit frère de la réception est très bon, il recommandera le bon entourage, l'hôtel a un chargeur, la fenêtre de la chambre est vide, la chambre est propre et sans odeur, l'hôtel est très proche de la zone de la scène, il est arrivé quelques minutes, c'est un roi du rapport coût-efficacité!!!
