Great location set back from the main road and the rooms have great views of the local area. The staff were very quick to respond to all of my messages. The room is modern and well-designed. I just can't understand why the towels they provide are so poor quality. One reason why people choose this kind of hotel instead of the cheaper hotels in the area is for the quality of the facilities, especially towels. But the ones they have here are single-use, very thin towels that do not really dry you at all. Apart from that, it is an excellent place to stay. The nearby Nobu cafe is also a highlight of this area.

The hotel is very nice with a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay. The room was clean and the view was just as good as shown in the pictures. The service was excellent. The hotel even arranged a pick-up service, and the staff took very good care of us throughout our stay, which made everything very convenient and comfortable. This place is highly recommended for anyone who doesn’t want to do just a one-day trip and rush back. Staying here allows you to fully enjoy the area and relax. We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help, which really made a difference to our experience. While the English language barrier was sometimes challenging, using translation apps like WeChat and Google Translate helped us communicate and work things out smoothly. The outdoor facilities have great potential, and it would have been even better if the fireplace areas were lit and there were more drink options available in the evenings. Similarly, a slightly wider selection of food at the restaurant and during breakfast would really help cater to Western travellers. That said, the hotel offered a comfortable and pleasant stay, with excellent service and a lovely atmosphere. Overall, a great experience and one we would happily recommend.

Nice and comfortable hotel. Hot spring is very nice with 4 pools available. Breakfast has variaty of food to choose and it's very nice. Recommended.
