IInvitéLe magasin de la maison, le patron est le Tibétain de Xiao Rong, très chaleureux. Certains chiens sont très proches dans le magasin. Il y a un chaud chaud, le chaud se sent bien.

SSyamiUsually don’t leave reviews, but this hotel truly deserves one. The ambience was above average, very peaceful and relaxing. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and a heater was provided, which is important especially during winter.
In terms of location, the hotel is very close to Bipenggou (less than 1 km). However, walking there after a full day of activities is not recommended if you have luggage, as it can be quite tiring.
What really stood out was the kindness and hospitality of the owner. We requested a pick-up from Bipenggou, and the owner personally came to fetch us free of charge, and even sent us back again later. The owner was using his personal car, which is suitable for 2 people with 1 luggage, but may not be ideal for bigger groups or families with many bags.
The owner was also very thoughtful and even asked whether we wanted breakfast the next day. Although we were unsure if the food was halal and therefore did not eat it as we brought our own food, the gesture itself was truly appreciated.
The room was exactly the same as shown in the pictures, with a clear and beautiful mountain view from the window. Since it was winter season in Bipenggou, the room was quite cold as well, but a heater was provided to improve comfort. Overall, the room felt nice, cozy, and pleasant to stay in.
Overall, 10/10 satisfaction for the room, service, and facilities. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay near Bipenggou.

AASinhAWe had a very enjoyable stay overall. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help, which really made a difference to our experience. While the English language barrier was sometimes challenging, using translation apps like WeChat and Google Translate helped us communicate and work things out smoothly.
The outdoor facilities have great potential, and it would have been even better if the fireplace areas were lit and there were more drink options available in the evenings. Similarly, a slightly wider selection of food at the restaurant and during breakfast would really help cater to Western travellers.
That said, the hotel offered a comfortable and pleasant stay, with excellent service and a lovely atmosphere. Overall, a great experience and one we would happily recommend.

IInvitéHotel is very beutiful, comfortable, convenient and super clean, Staff were helpful and nice. We got the upgrading room, big and warm with river views, staff also gave us a bath-foam and warm pads. Food all delicious, we ate chicken soup, steamed fish with soy sauce, and sweet and sour pork bones. And this hotel is pet friendly, the reception has a cute dog called ”Jing Jing” He is a very cute and super friendly dog.

there is a small mini-mart at the opposite side of the hotel.

IInvitéI love the whole look of the cabin. The rooms we got were comfortably warm for our arrival. The toilet is clean with good water pressure. The location was perfect to facilitate our early entry to Bipenggou. We can only hope it was blanketed in snow but it's notot cold enough for that. Perhaps we can come back next time!

Pendant notre séjour, il nous a fourni des informations détaillées et professionnelles sur les horaires d'ouverture des différents bassins thermaux et les équipements de la chambre. Chaque demande a été traitée rapidement et avec attention, ce qui a rendu notre séjour sans souci. De plus, son sourire constant et son attitude amicale nous ont fait sentir incroyablement chaleureux et accueillants, même par une froide journée d'hiver.
Nous remercions sincèrement cet excellent majordome pour avoir rendu notre séjour aux sources chaudes si merveilleux, et nous avons hâte d'y retourner !

PPockyBackpackAt first, I booked a camper van, but the staff advised me against it, saying it was too cold during this season. So I changed to a room inside the main hotel building — and I’m really glad I did. The hotel is located right inside the national park, and guests can drive in after registering at the park entrance. This makes sightseeing much easier since you don’t have to take the park’s shuttle bus, which drives rather poorly along the route. From the hotel, you can take their own vehicles directly to the scenic spots, saving more than half the travel distance.
All room rates already include the park entrance fee. Personally, if I come back again, I would definitely stay here because it saves the hassle of taking the park shuttle. Overall, both the location and the rooms are excellent.
