Un environnement de vie propre et lumineux, avec un entretien méticuleux de la propreté. Le linge de lit est changé et désinfecté après chaque client, il est doux, propre et sans odeur. La salle de bain est fraîche et sèche, entièrement équipée, et les articles de toilette sont sûrs et efficaces. L'ambiance est calme et élégante, avec une lumière naturelle abondante et agréable. Les espaces communs sont propres et ordonnés, agrémentés de plantes vertes qui ajoutent une touche d'élégance et de chaleur. L'insonorisation est excellente, la ventilation est confortable, et toutes les installations sont pensées pour le confort. Propre et sûr, on s'y sent bien, on peut se détendre et profiter pleinement d'un séjour agréable.

This hotel delivered top-level courtesy service during my recent 2-night stay. I had injured my leg badly while seeing a local exhibit and the hotel provided me with a change of clothes, a walking cane and dry cleaned my damaged pants to be like new overnight. They checked in on me and made sure I was comfortable. They provided some bandages and medicines without me asking. Upon check-out they helped with my luggage and provided me with a gift bag of fruits, drinks and treats. I can honestly say it was one of the most impressive services I have ever received from a hotel and I am very grateful. Also, great central location and clean and modern rooms. Delicious food at the top floor restaurant. Highly recommend.

L'hôtel bénéficie d'un cadre verdoyant magnifique et j'y ai passé deux excellentes nuits. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et varié. Xiao Jing, à la réception, était très attentionnée et serviable ; elle m'a aidée à réserver une navette pour la gare et m'a rappelé l'horaire. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Firstly the reason why my wife and I decided on this boutique hotel was to sample the overall standard of the new crop of small locally operated boutique hotels springing out over China. Generally happy with our choice and decision. We were greeted upon checking in and daily when we went out and coming back by the young man who was managing the establishment. A great personal touch was that he actually came out of his office and greeted us at the courtyard with a ready smile. Location was good as it was relatively near to Longmen Grotto and also the famous lamb soup for breakfast (we were given complimentary vouchers for our first day breakfast by the hotel. Although the place was across the road from the hotel, we had to walk about 1.1km each way as the crossing could only be made at the traffic light zebra crossing. One ”romantic” feeling my wife and I had was hearing the low rumbling of the freight train transversing across the hotel. It reminded us of staying in the English countryside and hearing the train in the distance. Light sleepers might find this distracting but we are h eavy sleepers. Another selling point of this hotel was the well manicured courtyard planted with lots of different varieties of flowering plants and trees. It was an excellent place for us to relax in the late afternoon after some heavy sightseeing. The only downside and hopefully the hotel operator can improve is that the floor of the room seems to be a bit dusty because the floor towel in the washroom started to show stains of dust. However, everything else is clean especially the important items like bedding and towels. Strawberries were bought after visiting Erlitou Archaeological Museum and Site

Les équipements de la chambre étaient bons, le petit-déjeuner délicieux, et je reviendrai le mois prochain pour le Nouvel An afin d'essayer le Hanfu (vêtement traditionnel Han).

Installations : Les installations de l'hôtel sont excellentes. La décoration générale et celle des chambres sont élégantes, alliant design moderne et inspiration culturelle des dynasties Sui et Tang. Les services tels que le restaurant, la laverie et la salle de sport sont complets et portent des noms typiquement chinois. Service : Le service est excellent. J'ai bénéficié d'un surclassement dès mon arrivée et on m'a offert chaque jour des fruits, des desserts et du porridge. Le personnel a répondu rapidement à mes demandes et a même fourni des protections pour la baignoire. Les repas ont été livrés en chambre par un robot. Transferts aéroport et gare TGV : Ce service était excellent. Une navette m'a conduit à la gare TGV et le personnel m'a aidé avec mes bagages à l'arrivée et au départ. Une expérience formidable ! Je choisirai à nouveau cet hôtel lors de mon prochain séjour à Luoyang.

Problème 1. J'ai été à l'hôtel peu après 4h00 le jour de l'arrivée mais j'ai appris que la chambre n'était pas disponible. Le service de l'hôtel est très bien situé. Bien que le personnel soit ami et excusant pour me fournir un autre type de chambre, la taille du lit (doubles) et la vue de la fenêtre (pas de vue) étaient toutes différentes et pas mieux. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, mais il est très bon, et il est très bon, et il est très bon, et il est très bon. Problème 2. La nuit, quand j'ai pris une douche, j'ai réalisé que l'eau était stockée dans le sol de la douche comme un petit bassin. Il n'a pas pu et ne pouvait pas se faire complètement sec même le matin prochain. Voir photo. Les moules ont déjà formé un cycle pendant une période de temps, mais l'hôtel n'a pas réparé et l'a toujours louer. Problème 3. Un autre jour, je ne pouvais pas arrêter le chauffeur. Je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel à d'autres voyageurs.

Je suis venue cet après-midi, une personne de cinq personnes, cinq personnes ne sont pas bonnes à faire des courses. Il est trop approprié de vivre dans cet hôtel comme première station. L'hôtel est gratuit pour prendre des voitures à grande vitesse, puis l'hôtel est dans la cave de Longmen Stein, avec un élévateur, c'est vraiment la première option pour prendre des enfants et des personnes âgées. Je suis allé à la zone de scène demain, je suis allé à la bagage et je suis allé à l'extérieur, je ne veux pas marcher, un téléphone est venu pour l'élévateur de l'hôtel. Et l'hôtel est très propre, la réception Madandan, l'élévateur est très enthousiasmé et très invité, super.

We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town. Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide. The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast. Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service. Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.

Where should I begin. The hotel is fantastic. When you arrive you are greeted by friendly staff and a cup of tea while finishing check-in. The room was amazing overlooking the lake. The room was huge and had a great shower and bath with great views. The stay included breakfast that had a huge variety of food and drinks. With your stay you can use the next door fitness and 50 meters swimming pool and the sauna, hot bath and showers. I would recommend staying at this hotel when staying in Luoyang!
