Hotel amenities are very good & comfy. Delivery robot is effective & fun to see operating. Room is clean, no strange odor inside the room, the receptionist area smells good. The location is good, close to a lot of famous places of visit. I didnot use metro/bus as I mostly traveled by taxi with family, but I also notice multiple bus routes in front of hotel and metro station just around the corner. Service is great, from receptionist to cleaning ladies, they are all very attentive & helpful. Laundry is free with fast/efficient self-cleaning washing machines/dryer. On the day of check-out, the receptionist girl gave me nice souvenirs. However, some guests smoked in the elevator and even dropped ash there, leaving a very unpleasant smell in it. The restaurant also has guests smoking. I am not sure if the hotel policy allow guests to smoke in public areas, but this makes me a bit uncomfortable.

離龍門高鐵站很近，地鐵口也很近，去景區超方便，周邊買東西也很方便，樓下就是好想來。全屋智能，房屋設施很便捷很新，語音助手很好用，電視上可以看到智能洗衣狀態，空調製冷還並且很安靜，這一點真的對於夏天一夜空調入睡真的太重要啦！新酒店床品也很舒服。前台服務熱情，入住有花茶，整體體驗很棒！！再來還住他家！！

Les lits, les couettes et les oreillers sont très confortables, et l'espace est grand. C'est la seule auberge de jeunesse où j'ai pu me tenir debout sans me courber dans le lit ! L'emplacement est parfait, les bus et le métro sont très pratiques pour aller à la gare, au parc Wangcheng et au jardin des pivoines. Un petit bémol : pourquoi le distributeur d'eau est-il si haut ? Mon gobelet n'est pas transparent, je dois me fier au son pour savoir quand arrêter de le remplir...

This hotel delivered top-level courtesy service during my recent 2-night stay. I had injured my leg badly while seeing a local exhibit and the hotel provided me with a change of clothes, a walking cane and dry cleaned my damaged pants to be like new overnight. They checked in on me and made sure I was comfortable. They provided some bandages and medicines without me asking. Upon check-out they helped with my luggage and provided me with a gift bag of fruits, drinks and treats. I can honestly say it was one of the most impressive services I have ever received from a hotel and I am very grateful. Also, great central location and clean and modern rooms. Delicious food at the top floor restaurant. Highly recommend.

We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town. Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide. The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast. Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service. Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.

Firstly the reason why my wife and I decided on this boutique hotel was to sample the overall standard of the new crop of small locally operated boutique hotels springing out over China. Generally happy with our choice and decision. We were greeted upon checking in and daily when we went out and coming back by the young man who was managing the establishment. A great personal touch was that he actually came out of his office and greeted us at the courtyard with a ready smile. Location was good as it was relatively near to Longmen Grotto and also the famous lamb soup for breakfast (we were given complimentary vouchers for our first day breakfast by the hotel. Although the place was across the road from the hotel, we had to walk about 1.1km each way as the crossing could only be made at the traffic light zebra crossing. One ”romantic” feeling my wife and I had was hearing the low rumbling of the freight train transversing across the hotel. It reminded us of staying in the English countryside and hearing the train in the distance. Light sleepers might find this distracting but we are h eavy sleepers. Another selling point of this hotel was the well manicured courtyard planted with lots of different varieties of flowering plants and trees. It was an excellent place for us to relax in the late afternoon after some heavy sightseeing. The only downside and hopefully the hotel operator can improve is that the floor of the room seems to be a bit dusty because the floor towel in the washroom started to show stains of dust. However, everything else is clean especially the important items like bedding and towels. Strawberries were bought after visiting Erlitou Archaeological Museum and Site

Le restaurant de petit déjeuner, qui a toujours eu ma sauce picante préférée et qui a fourni un service exceptionnel, nous a fait sentir notre intérêt pour leur pensée et leur attention aux détails. Merci à l'ensemble de l'équipe pour faire de notre séjour un accueil inoubliable. Le service, l'hospitalité et l'expérience globale ont dépassé nos attentes. En fait, notre fille 8-year-old a déjà dit qu'elle voulait revenir à Luoyanget rester à Marriott.

Cet hôtel est fantastique et le propriétaire est incroyablement patient. L'hôtel est d'une propreté irréprochable, avec un ménage quotidien. Son emplacement est idéal, à proximité de nombreux sites touristiques ! L'insonorisation est excellente et j'y ai très bien dormi. Après mon départ dans l'après-midi, une consigne à bagages gratuite était disponible, ce qui était vraiment très pratique. Je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain séjour à Luoyang ! ^O^

C'était la première fois que je voyageais au Henan. Je suis descendu du train à une heure du matin et j'ai quitté la gare. Il y avait un hôtel de l'autre côté de la rue. J'ai oublié le chargeur à l'hôtel. . J'ai contacté la dame de la réception pour m'aider à le renvoyer. Je resterai à l'hôtel la prochaine fois.
