We stayed at Kuolanting Inn for two nights and had a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by three friendly women. Although language was sometimes a barrier, we always felt well taken care of. The hosts patiently used a translator whenever we needed anything, which made communication smooth and reassuring. Mr. Gang was exceptional. Even before our arrival, he provided us with all the information we needed. He managed all our transportation—from Harbin to Snow Village and back to Harbin—and even arranged our transfers between Snow Village and Snow Town seamlessly. During our stay, he joined us in activities and recorded our moments using his 360° camera, which was such a thoughtful and special touch. The lady who cooked for us was lovely, and every meal she prepared was absolutely delicious. We felt full, comfortable, and genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Would I recommend this place? Certainly,yes!

I chanced upon Yilaikezhan by chance after knowing the snow town was closed. So I searched for an alternative and after booking, the boss got in contact with me and helped me arranged transport to pick me up from airport to his place. It was a scenic drive and the driver was great and very helpful. We were hungry and he stopped by for us to grab some food before heading to the guesthouse. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the super friendly and hospitable host. The room is neat and tidy, comfortable bed with a heater that i realised by chance. Although we arrived late in Mar and most of the places, the snow has melted, but magically there are some really nice snow scenery for photo taking. There is a really lovely river just infront of the guesthouse, where the view is really enchanting. The food served by the lady host is super delicious but it came it really huge portion that we felt bad not able to finish. We have small stomach to begin with. The next day, the boss drove us into the mountain to see some really nice snow, at least knee height. Really beautiful and along the way, we saw cows. Stopped again for photo taking. It was an enjoyable and unforgettable experience. The stay, the food the hospitality is top notch! This has been the highlight of our trip and would come here for another stay when we make another trip back to harbin.

Je recommande vivement cette maison d'hôtes à ceux qui veulent vivre dans la neige. L'hôte est très gentil et a fait de leur mieux pour nous aider à réserver transport et attraction, et ils nous prennent soin et sont très patientes malgré la barrière linguistique, car nous ne pouvons pas comprendre le chinois .

This Farmstyle Accomodation was a wise choice when we planned to booked in advanced a place to stay in Snow Village. Snow Village was not so crowded, not commercial style tourism or much lighting woodhouse to take picture as Snow Town, not to pay a overpriced hotel.. as Snow Town. Here was a place of more quiet and peaceful than Snow Town and truly where the northern people of China live. The couple of Host was so Great: they were helpful and friendly! Both of the Husband and the young Wife contacted and instructed or supported everything we needed. If you are going to plan a trio to Snow Village, this host will arrange all for you. We were arranged a lot of outdoor activities in so beautiful mountains and at Farm as well. The location of this hotel was great, the Shuttle bus will pick up and drop you at the front of Hotel for 2 way of from and return to Harbin. Room was spacious,cleanly, kang beds was mordern style, comfortable and heating promptly.Everything was renovated and newly. Meals and restaurant was medium rate and we was happy with it. Endly, I will choose when return or introduce for my friends if they travel to here.

La famille du patron est aussi enthousiaste que la famille, avec des questions à répondre, la décoration de la chambre est très douce et confortable, le sol est très chaud et les gens du Sud ne doivent pas s'inquiéter du froid. La position du peuple est calme, mais très proche de la zone de scène centrale, et vous pouvez revenir à tout moment si vous êtes fatigué. Sacs gratuits, bagages intimes, cuisine familiale magnifique, chaque détail est chaud, il est recommandé à un ami de aller à la campagne de neige!

We love staying at Snow Village so much and decided to stay there for 4D3N. Chosen Xinfu Inn after long consideration. We are family of 6 with young kids so we prioritize a place where kids can enjoy playing snow to the fullest. The view was so nice. There is frozen river in front of the inn and a hill at the back of the inn with the snow slides made by the host with a nice landscaping. The host really helpful and treated us like their family-guest. Communication before the stay and during the stay was using WeChat and Google translate 😅. They helped to book bus from Harbin-Xuegu (Snow Village), pay direct to them (CN¥80 one way) using Alipay. They have 2 inns. The first room we booked was the new inn which around 800metres from the main inn. The new inn has modern kang bed and toilet but no play area and lawn to play snow, we have decided to move to the main inn and the host and hostess are happy to move us to the main inn. But the room in the main inn more traditional. The kang bed using old fashioned heating method - wood-burning-stove with bricks that retain the heat. It was very hot with just a layer of thick quilts. Feels like a hot sauna when laying on it. So we can't really sleep at night when the heat still ”fresh”, especially at the side of the bed where the wood is burned. If you sleep at the end of the bed it is much better. And for us personally with one layer of quilt the bed is so hard and not comfortable but it is good experience to live like the locals. The kids really love the snow slides built by the host at the back of the inn. Since we are Muslim, we informed the hostess to prepare food that we can eat - rice, eggs and tofu. The hostess all really understanding and always friendly and loves to play with the kids. The host helped took a nice picture of us with firework but we missed to have a picture playing hot water turned ice. The host helped to book a bus to Snow Town on the third day. Departed at 1pm and back to the Snow Village at 8pm. All the charted bus from Harbin or to Snow Town will come pickup at the front of the inn. Really convenient. We did not go to Wusonglin, instead we went to the local play area where we can play anytime anyday with only one time entrace fees. It just besides the new inn and there are skis, snowboard, snow mobile, ice skating and many mores. With kids, it is really recommended. We truly enjoyed staying at Xinfu inn and will come back in future maybe in other seasons to enjoy the view of the river.

Could i give 10000/100 .. This hostel is a must if you wanna enjoy snow valley village!!! The village itself has breathtaking scene but host make it more memorable. We have free water splash and fire spinning (that u have to do by self!!! so fun, trust me) and also give us free frozen pear & some fruit that i dont know the name lol but it nice. We all (Thai and Malaysia friends which meet there and become friends so fast) wore the peony coat (free from hostel too) No worry for the temp inside, it warm both bed and room. Fast water heating, good food provide (additional pay, made by menu order). And it super amazing that we can have milk&boba tea there hahahah. I and friends from hotel (all Thai) went to eat Mala hotpot and grill nearby that is soooooooo good. Hotpot with -25 c. How happy~ Dont worry about boring. Behind house, have slider, bike and beautiful view, you could go Wusongling, horse sledge just tell host! let have fun here 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 ( Uncle, Dajie and Dake are so nice and fun) 🤗

Très inattendue d'une maison, très bien, le patron est plus enthousiaste, il y a des saluers enthousiastes chaque fois qu'il entre. Le sourire du patron est très infectieux. Allez nous accueillir, manger et jouer nous enseigner comment éviter les étourdissements, super louange! Le design de la chambre est très raisonnable, très large, surtout propre, sans odeur, aussi chaleureux que chez vous.

The soul of this hotel is the owner himself. He really had make the stay memorable and also exciting! The first day of our arrival, we were treated to making tang hulu (for free) that is sold everywhere in this cold city and after that he even demonstrated the making of the fireworks himself! The next day when we book a 雾松岭 (Wu song lin) package, we arrived at 9am there. O our amazement, he’s at the top greeting us, and learnt that that he was there since 7 am accompanying the morning group at sub zero temperature. He actually accompanied all the activities that we did, and also acted as a photographer, taking us to take the best shot! What was the most heart warming moment is that he actually accompanied my daughter who wanted to skid and ran after her afraid that she will fall! Truly impressed by his dedication. Also, we can do the 泼水成冰 （splashing water which turns into ice) activity for free, and was allowed to do multiple time till perfect. This is quite nice, since to our knowledge, some other places charge a price for this activity. At night, we decided to take dinner and he actually is the one that cooks the dinner. While initially we were skeptical about the place, we have decided to write this review to recommend people to patronize this place. While undoubtedly it was cold, our hearts were warmed by the kind hospitality. Very impressive and happy that we had chosen this hotel. For those considering if you should stay in Snow Valley 雪谷, we recommend this place — tip: they can even arrange a bus/ scenic transport to snow town. Very comprehensive service 👍

Cleanliness & Basics: The room was clean and we had hot water for showers. Authentic Experience: We enjoyed feeling immersed in the local neighborhood, with lots of small, inexpensive restaurants nearby. Points for Foreign Families to Note: Language Barrier: The staff were very kind and helpful, but did not speak English. They managed communication using translation apps, which was fine but required patience. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was entirely Chinese-style (congee, egg, steamed buns, pickles). Amenities: Don't expect extra facilities like a gym or pool. It's a place to sleep and clean up, not a resort. Local Focus: The inn is clearly geared toward domestic travelers, so room decor is simple and functional. Overall: This inn is an excellent, economical choice if you prioritize a clean room and good value. We were comfortable and would use it again for a budget trip
