We booked 2 rooms during our recent trip to snow valley. Both rooms are located just on first floor. All luggages are easy to move to room. Services, room cleanliness, food, activities to play snow are all very well planned in this inn. Fix timings to go 雾凇岭or 羊草山depending on your preference. We went to 雾凇岭excellent choice as it was more suitable for my younger kid of 5years old. When he grew up, wanted to come back to try the 羊草山穿越to 雪乡route. The food was so delicious. All home cooked and prepared from their in house kitchen. 小鸡炖蘑菇 is a must try. I cant find this dish made so delicious in city. Even my nephews and sis in law who are vegetarian for so many years, had given their endorsement on such a fresh meat and cooking skills foe this dish. We ordered once more after we checked out our rooms, as lunch, before we departed to another place. Room itself also comfy. Big bed. Separate toilet and shower area. It has stable hot water supply for showering. The boss and lady boss also very responsive to our msg via wechat once we booked the rooms, to ensure things are correctly ordered, explain the winter activities options to us clearly too. I also approached the lady boss for recommending and arrange a big car to ferry 7pax of us from Harbin city to their inn. Very comfy ride and easy to communicate driver too. Will definitely contact u via wechat days in advance to ensure things are fine and logistic arrangement to snow velley is well planned. Oh not to forget, i didnt arrange for 定制旅游行程。i planned all itinerary myself. So with clear communication from ladyboss, i was able to control the overall itinerary at ease. Traveling with 2 young kids and extended family with young teens, this inn is very suitable as it is so near to main stage at snow valley main street. There are alot of supermart selling cheap drinks and 蓝莓干too. Just next to the inn has a cheap supermart. Bought few 格瓦斯to chill at our room windowside too. Snow play/ activities are available behind the inn too. Just a stone throw away, and entrance tics were waived since our inn has a deal with the owner of the snow / ice park. Daily night activities all are included and it was fun to play. 泼水成冰，仙女棒，自制冰糖葫芦等等。 Thats all. This inn wont disappoint you.

We stayed at Kuolanting Inn for two nights and had a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by three friendly women. Although language was sometimes a barrier, we always felt well taken care of. The hosts patiently used a translator whenever we needed anything, which made communication smooth and reassuring. Mr. Gang was exceptional. Even before our arrival, he provided us with all the information we needed. He managed all our transportation—from Harbin to Snow Village and back to Harbin—and even arranged our transfers between Snow Village and Snow Town seamlessly. During our stay, he joined us in activities and recorded our moments using his 360° camera, which was such a thoughtful and special touch. The lady who cooked for us was lovely, and every meal she prepared was absolutely delicious. We felt full, comfortable, and genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Would I recommend this place? Certainly,yes!

I chanced upon Yilaikezhan by chance after knowing the snow town was closed. So I searched for an alternative and after booking, the boss got in contact with me and helped me arranged transport to pick me up from airport to his place. It was a scenic drive and the driver was great and very helpful. We were hungry and he stopped by for us to grab some food before heading to the guesthouse. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the super friendly and hospitable host. The room is neat and tidy, comfortable bed with a heater that i realised by chance. Although we arrived late in Mar and most of the places, the snow has melted, but magically there are some really nice snow scenery for photo taking. There is a really lovely river just infront of the guesthouse, where the view is really enchanting. The food served by the lady host is super delicious but it came it really huge portion that we felt bad not able to finish. We have small stomach to begin with. The next day, the boss drove us into the mountain to see some really nice snow, at least knee height. Really beautiful and along the way, we saw cows. Stopped again for photo taking. It was an enjoyable and unforgettable experience. The stay, the food the hospitality is top notch! This has been the highlight of our trip and would come here for another stay when we make another trip back to harbin.

After taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village. Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀 They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries. Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear. Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time. Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu. Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam. Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. We love staying at Snow Village so much and decided to stay there for 4D3N. Chosen Xinfu Inn after long consideration. We are family of 6 with young kids so we prioritize a place where kids can enjoy playing snow to the fullest. The view was so nice. There is frozen river in front of the inn and a hill at the back of the inn with the snow slides made by the host with a nice landscaping. The host really helpful and treated us like their family-guest. Communication before the stay and during the stay was using WeChat and Google translate 😅. They helped to book bus from Harbin-Xuegu (Snow Village), pay direct to them (CN¥80 one way) using Alipay. They have 2 inns. The first room we booked was the new inn which around 800metres from the main inn. The new inn has modern kang bed and toilet but no play area and lawn to play snow, we have decided to move to the main inn and the host and hostess are happy to move us to the main inn. But the room in the main inn more traditional. The kang bed using old fashioned heating method - wood-burning-stove with bricks that retain the heat. It was very hot with just a layer of thick quilts. Feels like a hot sauna when laying on it. So we can't really sleep at night when the heat still ”fresh”, especially at the side of the bed where the wood is burned. If you sleep at the end of the bed it is much better. And for us personally with one layer of quilt the bed is so hard and not comfortable but it is good experience to live like the locals. The kids really love the snow slides built by the host at the back of the inn. Since we are Muslim, we informed the hostess to prepare food that we can eat - rice, eggs and tofu. The hostess all really understanding and always friendly and loves to play with the kids. The host helped took a nice picture of us with firework but we missed to have a picture playing hot water turned ice. The host helped to book a bus to Snow Town on the third day. Departed at 1pm and back to the Snow Village at 8pm. All the charted bus from Harbin or to Snow Town will come pickup at the front of the inn. Really convenient. We did not go to Wusonglin, instead we went to the local play area where we can play anytime anyday with only one time entrace fees. It just besides the new inn and there are skis, snowboard, snow mobile, ice skating and many mores. With kids, it is really recommended. We truly enjoyed staying at Xinfu inn and will come back in future maybe in other seasons to enjoy the view of the river.

Could i give 10000/100 .. This hostel is a must if you wanna enjoy snow valley village!!! The village itself has breathtaking scene but host make it more memorable. We have free water splash and fire spinning (that u have to do by self!!! so fun, trust me) and also give us free frozen pear & some fruit that i dont know the name lol but it nice. We all (Thai and Malaysia friends which meet there and become friends so fast) wore the peony coat (free from hostel too) No worry for the temp inside, it warm both bed and room. Fast water heating, good food provide (additional pay, made by menu order). And it super amazing that we can have milk&boba tea there hahahah. I and friends from hotel (all Thai) went to eat Mala hotpot and grill nearby that is soooooooo good. Hotpot with -25 c. How happy~ Dont worry about boring. Behind house, have slider, bike and beautiful view, you could go Wusongling, horse sledge just tell host! let have fun here 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 ( Uncle, Dajie and Dake are so nice and fun) 🤗

Pour la première fois, j'ai trouvé un peuple particulièrement bon, le patron est super bon, les gens qui vivent dans le vallée de la neige sont aussi enthousiastes et gentils, tout le monde chatte des chaussures et des chaussures gratuites comme ses amis. 🌟 Participer à la fête de feu de chasse ensemble, expérience de la transition entre les deux personnes du nord-est 🌟 Chef super bien organisé pour nous faire du sucre ensemble. 🌟 Pour la première fois, il a été expérimenté le sac à poche. Beaucoup de projets de ski sont aussi bons 🌟 Ski est très excitant 🌟 Super cool moto de neige 🌟 Chanchaun-air-boat Il y a des choses qui ne jouent pas parce que le ski est trop drôle. Tante est très jeune et vivant avec nous, et la cuisine faite par Tante est très délicieuse.

Je suis étranger, deux ”sœurs” vietnamiennes aiment cette chambre spéciale. Tante est très enthousiaste, nous prenons soin de nous très bien, très attentive, préparer le petit déjeuner tous les jours, très attentive, je n'ai pas ma propre expérience, je veux vivre plus de jours, Donc, il est particulièrement recommandé. Prix ​​faible, l'hygiène est bonne, je suis particulièrement satisfaite. En particulier, mes bagages sont cassés sur la route, puis il est temps de m'aider à réparer, très dommageable, merci particulièrement pour leur attention 🥺. L'atmosphère se sent comme chez elle. The soul of this hotel is the owner himself. He really had make the stay memorable and also exciting! The first day of our arrival, we were treated to making tang hulu (for free) that is sold everywhere in this cold city and after that he even demonstrated the making of the fireworks himself! The next day when we book a 雾松岭 (Wu song lin) package, we arrived at 9am there. O our amazement, he’s at the top greeting us, and learnt that that he was there since 7 am accompanying the morning group at sub zero temperature. He actually accompanied all the activities that we did, and also acted as a photographer, taking us to take the best shot! What was the most heart warming moment is that he actually accompanied my daughter who wanted to skid and ran after her afraid that she will fall! Truly impressed by his dedication. Also, we can do the 泼水成冰 （splashing water which turns into ice) activity for free, and was allowed to do multiple time till perfect. This is quite nice, since to our knowledge, some other places charge a price for this activity. At night, we decided to take dinner and he actually is the one that cooks the dinner. While initially we were skeptical about the place, we have decided to write this review to recommend people to patronize this place. While undoubtedly it was cold, our hearts were warmed by the kind hospitality. Very impressive and happy that we had chosen this hotel. For those considering if you should stay in Snow Valley 雪谷, we recommend this place — tip: they can even arrange a bus/ scenic transport to snow town. Very comprehensive service 👍
