Very friendly staff at check in. Room very clean, decor in good order and nicely presented. Bathroom very clean and in good order. Had an evening meal in the pub which we were very happy with - food tasty, nicely cooked and good value for money.
The only negative for us was that the room was very cold when we arrived,just 16.5 degrees. We turned the thermostat up to 20 degrees but this temperature was not reached for several hours.

Great overnight stay at the Swindon Holiday Inn.
Room was fresh and fully stocked for tea and coffee. Shower was great.
Breakfast was well laid out, although mushrooms and a choice of egg styles / pastries could have tipped the balance to match a Premier Inn.
Staff on reception, breakfast and room housekeeping were so friendly and helpful.
The value for money was excellent.

XD CThe hotel is at a very convenient location near the train station and is also accessible by car with car park in the hotel and nearby. Breakfast is included which is nice and good. The stay is comfortable as the bed is clean. Good stay.

The exterior and common ground are clean and well maintained. The 2 rooms we stayed on reminded me of my student dorm during university days. Guess different portion of the house has different standard room. Rooms are definitely outdated, and the carpet needs cleaning, It does smell damp. Overall, it is reasonably good.

InvitéThis hotel has got high standards on cleanliness and service consistently. On a bitterly cold weekend the room was warm throughout. In fact very comfortable bed and no need for extra blanket. 2 small issues. The pillows were a bit lumpy but fine and the restarant did not serve evening meals to our liking but overall outstanding !!! Cannot wait to return.

The location was good with good restaurants near by. The room was neat and clean, but was so compact. The breakfast was nice, but there wasn't much option, but good for the price.

The citizen of the WRLD
Clean, comfortable hotel. Comfortable bed, the shower is working properly. We enjoyed the stay itself.
The only thing is that we booked the hotel for the big amount of people and the prices were growing accordingly. So the stay for the first and the last person who booked the hotel was twice smaller / bigger.
Consider that and you’ll be fine.
