RR FirmI stayed at a newly opened hotel that was very clean and well-conceptualized. The air conditioning was cold and effective, and the staff were exceptionally friendly — the welcome drink was amazing. The indoor pool in the building’s center is nice. Breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty dishes. My only downside was noise transfer between rooms and from outside; while full soundproofing may be impossible, the level of sound was fairly high and noticeably clear. Overall, excellent service, cleanliness, and food — they should improve sound insulation for a quieter stay.

RRonnyMy kids and wife really love this hotel. Since arrival up till check out we had really great time. Complete facilities for kids, nice foods, great servives from all staffs also wonderful ambience this hotel has it all.

PPratama88Honest review.. stay with the expectation of a 5-star hotel, but the experience is not comparable to the price.
The lobby and check-in process are quite good, the welcome drink is refreshing, and the concierge helpfully carried the luggage. Basement parking is also relatively easy.
Unfortunately, many important details reduce comfort. The door of the room does not have a stopper so it is often slammed loud and noisy. Soundproofing was not good, the sound from the next room was still heard. The room size is relatively small for the standard 5-star, and there is no minibar at all, even a paid one. For mineral water, use plastic bottles, not the premium ones with glass bottles. The lighting system was confusing and the bathroom lighting was too dim.
There are 4 elevators but it is very slow.. there is often a buildup of guests.
The pool area is also less well-organized such as having no concept and not weather-friendly because there is no shaded area. It's ridiculous, having to pay an extra 200rb for access to the whirlpool and jacuzzi.
Breakfast was a disappointment: the menu options were less varied, the taste was standard, and the service was less warm (officers lacked smiles).
Overall, I wouldn't really mind these things if the room price wasn't this muc, but with a rate above Rp 2 million per night, this experience is less worth it. Compared to 5-star hotels in Jogja and its surroundings, it is still quite far behind.

DDanidansJ'ai récemment séjourné dans une chambre King Supérieure. La chambre est petite et n'est peut-être pas idéale pour les familles, mais elle convient parfaitement à un voyageur solo. Le petit-déjeuner du matin était un point fort, offrant une grande variété de choix qui ont rendu mon séjour plus agréable.
Les installations de la salle de sport et la piscine de 1,4 mètre étaient également excellentes, ajoutant à l'expérience globale positive. Je recommande vivement de réserver une séance de massage au Mustika Spa. Après un long voyage, la thérapeute, Wanda, était une vraie professionnelle et m'a fourni exactement la relaxation dont j'avais besoin.
Cependant, un inconvénient était la porte de la salle de bain de ma chambre, qui était assez vieille et grinçante. La direction devrait vraiment se pencher sur ce problème et le résoudre

AAgus BurniatLe centre de l'hôtel est situé à Mercure Solo et a une expérience confortable. L'hôtel est bien situé et confortable pour explorer la ville. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et bien entretenue. Le personnel était amicale et attentif, ce qui fait le séjour agréable. Globalement, une bonne option lors de la visite de Solo.

PPancariastutiI choosed this hotel because was manage by dafam and that day all the hotel sorrounding that area has been fully booked and need to stay near that area coz my hubby has meeting in this area. A bit shocked while arrived at the hotel. For me its like a boarding house but again I can't except too much regards the room rate it's cheap.. the room it's ok, clean, the AC working good, not too small, but the pillows and especialy the bed sheet actually in my opinion, it is no longer suitable for use. A lot of stains on the bed sheet, maybe the laundry didn't wash it properly as I saw the sent out for washing..
Location of the hotel is near by with the Solo Oaragon Mall. Have coffee shop in the hotel with the nice taste coz we ordered coffee with brown sugar (forgot the name)..
