I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was delicious with many options available. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again.

A blend of majestic ethnical interior and cozy warm feeling, makes this hotel easily feels like home. Location wise, notwithstanding near Pasar Legi, but actually so easy to access from anywhere. That's including only 3 minutes to EV charging stations. Convenient basement parking, too. Easy for daily car clean up.

Perfectly located with old-world charm! The Royal Surakarta Heritage wins big on location—right in the heart of Solo, steps from shopping, dining, and cultural spots. The breakfast spread is fantastic: authentic Javanese dishes alongside international favorites, all fresh and flavorful. But the real star is the staff—incredibly helpful, always smiling, and quick to assist with anything; from coffee at breakfast to extra towels and water for the room. Rooms are clean and comfortable, though a bit classic in style (which fits the heritage vibe). Grab around town to almost anywhere is around INR20K. If you want convenience, great food, and warm service without the fuss, this is your spot.

Our experience was great. There's adequate facilities here. But, wifi connection wasn't that great and there's no free mineral refill.

We had a wonderful stay at Mercure Hotel Solo. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices, so there was something for everyone. We especially loved the kids’ food corner, which offered fun options like donuts, sandwiches, and pizza. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Their hospitality really made us feel at home. The swimming pool is another highlight, as it’s open until 8:00 PM, giving families plenty of time to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall, Mercure Hotel Solo is an excellent choice for families. Great food, clean rooms, outstanding service, and family-friendly facilities made our stay very enjoyable. We would happily stay here again!

Sangat puas menginap di sini selama 2 malam. Pelayanan staf 10/10, sangat responsif. Kamar punya pemandangan kota yang cantik, koneksi Wi-Fi stabil (penting buat yang sambil kerja), dan tekanan air di shower-nya mantap. Untuk harga segini, fasilitas yang didapat sangat premium. Sangat direkomendasikan!

La chambre est sur le côté plus petit, mais nous n'avons pas eu de gros bagages, c'était bon pour nous. Le service de concierge et de réception au lobby était très bon. Le centre d'accueil est vraiment bon - très spacieux et très bien équipé. La chambre est très confortable et très confortable. Globalement bon prix pour l'argent. Cela serait presque parfait si la propreté était encore améliorée. 😬

L'hôtel est bien, propre et l'eau est courante. Par contre, si vous demandez des sandales à Hong Kong, il faut d'abord préciser si vous comptez y séjourner à nouveau.
