The hospitality was excellent and breakfast was sumptuous . They provided hot meals and it was the best. Different types of idly’s served was just awesome. Front office was caring and helpful and provided a very welcoming environment. Check in past midnight was fast and efficient . Rooms were large and the bed and pillow was of high quality . We were able to sleep within 5 mins. Aircon was clean and fresh.

We loved the breakfast buffet — such a great variety and everything was delicious. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The front desk staff were polite and efficient, and the waiters were consistently attentive and helpful. Overall, a wonderful stay.

L'environnement est bon, le service est chaleureux, les chambres sont confortables et les prix sont raisonnables. Nous avons eu un dîner buffet pour environ 60 RMB et les plats étaient copieux. Il est également à dix minutes à pied de la plage et vaut le détour.

Шикарное расположение отеля, номер брали в главном корпусе. Красивая и ухоженная территория, персонал приветлив, всегда интересовались нашими пожеланиями. Бассейн небольшой, но у номеров с видом на сад и клубных есть свои бассейны, поэтому людей было мало, спокойно можно было разместиться на лежаках. Не понравились навязчивые таксисты у въезда в отель. Вызвали убер, так они не дали водителю нас забрать! Пришлось подняться чуть выше (в сторону отеля Гоколам) и только там мы смогли сесть в машину. Очень неприятно, а для отеля такого класса не понятно почему разрешают стоянку такси, почувствовали себя не в безопасности! Имейте ввиду, если будете пользоваться убером, что на территорию отеля водитель заехать не сможет и даже к воротам, нужно пройти выше по дороге, только там можно будет сесть в машину, минуя эту мафию таксистов.

It is a shared apartment/a rental in the nice residential area of Trivandrum. The host was a very kind and welcoming person. Even though we just stayed a night, we would love to be back. It was reasonably priced and decent, quite close to some good restaurants and usually quiet and safe streets and neighbourhood. It is quite close to both the train station and the airport (about 15 minutes). Recommended for families.

Friendly staff, spacious rooms, decent spread at the breakfast (taste of donuts and cakes can be improved). We checked in late at night, the night staff including the receptionist and bell boy needed some more guest oriented training. Overall a good stay, there's a small pool on the terrace too, nearby to both railway station and KSRTC bus station.

L'hôtel n'est certainement pas une propriété 4-star comme il se dit être. Les chambres sont sûrement propres et confortables, mais les positives arrivent là. Le service est absolument abominable. Ils n'avaient même pas de thé ou de café prêts. Après quelques souvenirs, ils ont finalement apporté du café. Je l'ai baigné avec un toast et je me suis dépêché pour vérifier. Opte pour cet hôtel si vous le trouvez bon marché, mais ne soyez pas déçu que vous obtiendrez une 4-star expérience!

The location was in the main city and easily accessible to temple and zoo. The amenities and services were good. The swimming pool was neat and clear and we had a good time with kids there.

La chambre était décente, mais il y avait des problèmes évidents : le bain de la toilette est monté trop bas, ce qui la rend une lutte terrible pour les plus grands clients. L'endroit où j'ai demandé un check-out plus tard, le chef du bureau de front a refusé de dire que depuis mon réservation, aucune flexibilité n'était autorisée. Je ne resterai plus ici, et je ne recommanderais certainement pas à personne de chercher une expérience décente.
