Muwa is a stylish and professional young hotel with an edgy yet luxurious design. Hito’s food is amazing from breakfast to dinner. It was one of the most delicious meals we’ve ever had in Japan. The flavours are perfectly balanced and the pork is tender and not oily at all. What really stood out was the attentive service. The lady and manager who served us dinner were incredibly thoughtful and genuinely cared about our experience. We especially wanted to thank Ran and Dylan for their warm hospitality. They made us feel right at home and prepared a birthday fruit platter and wine for my special day. The room was very new and spotlessly clean. We had a great night’s sleep and thoroughly enjoyed the onsen. The body wash and shampoo were from Aesop, which added to the luxurious feel. We’ll definitely be returning to this high-quality and customer-centric hotel in the future.

L'hôtel est superbement conçu. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Un petit coin salon est agréable pour se détendre et discuter. Des lave-linge et sèche-linge gratuits sont disponibles dans chaque bâtiment, ce qui était très pratique pour nous, voyageurs en déplacement. Le petit-déjeuner était également délicieux et copieux. L'hôtel est également très proche de la gare d'Hirafu, à environ cinq minutes en voiture. J'y retournerais avec plaisir lors de mon prochain séjour !

Meilleur en classe pour design et matériel. Exceptionnel contact personnel par les gestionnaires et l'équipe supérieure. Terribles options de repas sur place. Amour des restaurants italiens, chinois et japonais. Ski en ski. Beau piscine intérieure et jacuzzis. Salle de sport équipée. Les trucs privés sont disponibles dans certains types de chambre. Un peu de problème d'infestation de bogues intérieurs et le personnel général a besoin de plus de formation, compte tenu de la classe de prix de l'hôtel. Sinon, le séjour le plus proche à la perfection dans n'importe quel ski resort partout dans le monde!

This was my third stay at The Maples, and I couldn't have enjoyed it more. This time I came with just my boyfriend instead of with family, so handled most of the logistics myself. I really relied on help from the staff and The Maples, before, during and after my trip! Even a month before my trip, I got a lot of help with transportations, ski passes etc through emailing with the staff, who were always so prompt to reply and very friendly. During my stay, they also helped me a lot with dinner reservations etc. Every request or question I had was met with a friendly smile. Of course, I enjoyed the location again immensely. It was great to be able to walk to many of the stores and restaurants, and to also ski in and out. This time I also rented a car and parking at the Maples was always available and easy. The hotel was always bright and clean. My onlyyyy complaint if I had to mention was that my room did not have black out curtains... so I was woken up pretty early every morning by the natural sunlight!! But, this actually helped me to get up there on the slopes bright and early, so a perk after all!

La vue de la chambre est vraiment très belle! La soupe privée est également très confortable, vous pouvez garder la belle vue de la montagne chaude dans la chambre! Le prix de la chambre inclut le petit déjeuner et le dîner, le dîner est toujours très bon, mais le petit déjeuner est trop monoton, le japonais est un peu différent chaque jour, mais le repas chinois est le même chaque jour et les aliments sont trop simples. Vous pouvez également manger dans le restaurant et faire la montagne, et dans le hall! En résumé, le paysage est si beau! La réception a des serveurs chinois, des messages de consultation et des voitures de sortie. En résumé, très excellent hôtel! Très recommandé!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at INTUITION NISEKO during my trip to Niseko, and I can’t recommend it enough! The hotel is absolutely stunning, with beautiful architecture and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Whether it was help with my luggage or in-room facilities , they made me feel truly valued as a guest. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Especially the sofa, I even asked for the brand name that I would like to buy a same one for my home. Super thanks to Dorothy for the info she provided! Moreover, I loved waking up to the serene snowy landscape outside my window! If you're looking for a fantastic place to stay in Niseko, INTUITION is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to return!

Trip.com has always been my go to for travel bookings. Similarly this time to Niseko, decided to extend for an additional week and MyEcolodge came up in the search. I have to mention the checkin was seamless, but what I thought i booked, vastly differ from what was allocated for me. I thought what i booked was a room to myself however it turns out as a shared room. Its not a big deal but the feeling of misinterpretation leaves an awful taste. (Trip.com CS stepped in and helped to clarify things but theres nothing that could be done. peak season, and everywhere else is fully booked or without paying a premium) That said, the stay was good. MyEcolodge sits in a very convenient location just couple stops from Hirafu. Theres various buses including free shutters so thats really an ease off the mind) 7eleven, a small cafe, hotpot/shabushabu restaurant just sits across from you. The hostel also has their own cafeteria though ive never eaten there (food looks good though). They have a huge storage room for your gears, pretty safe so no worries. pantry, laundry room, washroom are pretty spacious and kept tidy. The room itself is fine, nothing to wow about. nothing to complain either. Towels are free and clean. Everything else you need to pay. Overall good stay. Pray hard you get nice room mates if youre sharing!

L'hôtel est très nouveau avec lits et lits confortables. Le personnel de la réception est expats avec fluide anglais et très aimable et utile. Le petit déjeuner était bien, il était froid et un peu salin, donc il faut améliorer. Nous sommes venus en basse saison, nous étions le seul invité ici et nous avons un bon séjour avec un prix très raisonnable et un bon service.

Cet hôtel est vraiment super dans la neige. Il y a un petit-déjeuner avec chaque jour. L'accent est sur le service de la table de la maison de retraite chinoise ⋯ Nous avons rencontré beaucoup de problèmes pour nous aider à résoudre en conséquence. Après avoir quitté la chambre, nous envoyons un autre hôtel pour nous envoyer un très bon ⋯ Nous avons vraiment bien passé Les billets ne sont pas réservés sur le réseau et ils ont traité 😭 Dans la deuxième vallée, ils ne seront plus là que dans leur famille. Heureusement que ce voyage ait été aidé par une rupture.
