Hôtels à Batticaloa avec petit déjeuner

Beau situé directement sur la mer. Qui ne goûte pas aux pieds sables, est ici erroné. L'ensemble du parc intérieur avec piscine est un sable blanc fin. Le personnel est très aimable et préventif. Les chambres sont utiles et propres. La salle de bains est très grande et avec une douche, une douche double et une baignoire. Petit-déjeuner et déjeuner buffet très bien, tout ce que le cœur veut. Tout à tout moment!

Отличный отель. Стильный, чистый, хорошо оснащённый номер. Есть всё необходимое: холодильник, чай, кофе, чайник, фен. Ежедневная уборка в номере, регулярная смена полотенец и постельного белья. Отдельное спасибо за отличный сервис парням, которые проводили уборку в нашем номере Jerom и Kajanthiran. У отелях красивая территория с шикарным бассейном. Есть тренажерный зал и игровая зона, бар. Отличный чистый пляж. Пляж каждый день убирают. Всегда доступны хорошие лежаки с мягкими матрасами и пляжными полотенцами. Вежливый персонал на пляже и в пляжном баре. Завтраки обширные, есть блюда на любой вкус. Национальная и европейская кухня. Огромное количество выпечки, вафли готовятся по вашему желанию. Всегда свежие сезонные фрукты. Ужин тоже разнообразный, есть как базовые блюда так и ”блюда дня”. Это могут быть морепродукты на гриле, свинина, кальмары во фритюре. Разные национальные блюда такие как ротти или котту. Отдельно можно поблагодарить официантов Sudesh и Kalum, они были очень внимательны и дружелюбны. На ужине из напитков предлагается вода, остальные напитки по меню (как во всех остальных отелях). Отель старается разнообразить каждый ужин приглашая разных артистов для создания уютной атмосферы. Одназчно рекомендую этот отель для отдыха. При возможности выберем его снова!

Отличная гостиница, выбирали из всех соседних отелей по побережью, но выбор остановили не Calm и не пожалели. Во первых, отличный пляж с тенистыми местами с лежаками, во вторых после всех поездок по ШЛ и остановок в маленьких отелях, хотелось чего-то аля Турция, поэтому параметру отель очень достойный и большой и третий момент, после всех купаний в больших волнах на ШЛ, хотелось уже спокойно покупаться! Все это мы получили, но правда вода не совсем прозрачная, поскольку слишком мелкий песок не успевает оседать даже с маленькими волнами. Все остальное - супер! Большие номера, сервис, обслуживание! Нам бесплатно улучшили номер, с отдельным выходом к океану, в общем поймали в этом отеле полный кайф и релакс. Отдельно конечно надо учитывать, что сама Пассикуда это очень маленькая деревня, питаться лучше только в отеле или в соседних. Что то купить из продуктов или К/Б сложно, кому это важно, то лучше это сделать заранее)

Dès mon arrivée dans la station, j'ai été accueilli par une hospitalité chaleureuse et authentique qui a donné le ton à tout le séjour. L'attention portée aux détails et l'engagement du personnel à garantir une expérience client irréprochable étaient vraiment louables. Leur passion pour le service était évidente dans chaque interaction, me faisant me sentir non seulement comme un invité mais aussi comme un membre précieux d'une famille élargie. Niché le long des rives immaculées de Passikudah, l'Amethyst Resort offre des vues à couper le souffle qui redéfinissent le sens d'une escapade pittoresque. Les eaux cristallines, le sable blanc poudreux et les palmiers ondulants créent une toile de fond digne d'une carte postale, offrant un cadre idéal pour la détente et le rajeunissement. Les hébergements de l'Amethyst Resort témoignent du luxe et de la sophistication. Ma chambre dégageait un mélange parfait de design contemporain et de charme traditionnel, offrant un havre de paix spacieux qui donnait instantanément l'impression d'être chez soi. L'attention portée aux détails dans la décoration, associée aux équipements modernes, a assuré un séjour d'un confort inégalé. L'un des moments forts de ma visite a été le voyage culinaire proposé par les restaurants de la station. Chaque expérience culinaire était un délice gastronomique, mettant en valeur un large éventail de saveurs locales et internationales. Les chefs talentueux de l'Amethyst Resort maîtrisent véritablement l'art de ravir les papilles, me laissant impatient d'explorer le menu chaque jour. Le spa du complexe, sanctuaire de tranquillité, constitue une oasis de détente et de bien-être. Les thérapeutes qualifiés et un menu de soins soigneusement élaboré m'ont permis de me détendre et de me ressourcer, faisant de mon séjour une expérience holistique pour l'esprit, le corps et l'âme. Amethyst Resort excelle également dans l'offre d'une gamme d'activités pour les âmes aventureuses. Qu'il s'agisse de sports nautiques, d'excursions culturelles ou simplement de se prélasser au soleil au bord de la piscine à débordement, le complexe répond à tous les caprices et envies. En conclusion, mon séjour à l’Amethyst Resort Passikudah a été tout simplement magique. La fusion harmonieuse du luxe, de la beauté naturelle et de l'hospitalité chaleureuse crée une expérience qui transcende l'ordinaire. Si vous recherchez un havre de tranquillité, où chaque instant est une célébration de la beauté de la vie, l'Amethyst Resort Passikudah est sans aucun doute la destination de choix. Ce joyau caché sur la côte est du Sri Lanka a gravé une place spéciale dans mon cœur et j'attends avec impatience l'occasion de revenir dans ses bras.

The trouble with rating this resort is that it is 2 distinct sides of the coin. On the one hand, the location and room size is by far the BEST in Passikuddah. U cannot find a more value for money location and room size with views overlooking the gorgeous ocean all day and from each room! Their staff are extremely cordial and super helpful especially Mr. Sujan went out of his way to help us out with any queries or hiccups we may have had at the place. But the two things that really need extreme help are their sad breakfast and their funny rule of cleaning up rooms only once in 3 days which for a beach resort is unheard of!!! We had to ask them to clean up the room which is when we got to know about this rule they follow and to be honest, it was shocking cuz we have never heard that ever in our entire lives - they did it immediately, again with Sujan's help but I don't think one should have to ask for a clean room when you are at a resort - it's a given!! Second, their breakfast is a no-show. They offer toast, a handful of fruits and eggs besides coffee. That's just about it. For a beach resort, with that kind of view, this breakfast is a complete insult to the staff, the town and the vibe! They really need to work on that.

Haute qualité de service !

El personal del hotel muy amable. Nos atendieron cuando necesitabamos (aunque fuesen las 6:30 de la mañana) y siempre muy amablemente. La piscina estaba bien pero el agua muy caliente. En cuanto al resto de instalaciones, la habitación estaba bien y el baño pequeño pero bien. La sala de estar también bien.

The rooms are incredible and the beach is lovely but this is NOT a 4* hotel. The rest of the place seems run down and not looked after, the gardens are a mess, volleyball court isn’t usable and I’ve not seen a children’s play area. Staff are scarce, there is no pool bar and you have to go in search of beach towels or drinks. The restaurant is extremely poor, long wait for service and we were the only ones in the restaurant. Food options weren’t available and beer was only put in the fridge when I asked for it, so I then had to wait for it to cool down before it was served, when food arrived it wasn’t great, felt like a quick microwave meal. Room initially had no hot water, which we had to wait to be fixed, there is nothing in the mini bar as advertised, you just get an empty fridge, hairdryer had to be requested and room was missing towels and robes etc on arrival. Rooms took a long time to be made up each day and again some towels and robes were not replenished and had to be requested again. Parts of the hotel were closed and lots of lights at night flickered. They also advertise that the hotel has a night club and a billiards room, we haven’t seen any sign of a nightclub and the billiards room is two pool tables, one completely out of use with tape over it and the other is extremity rundown, dusty and wonky that you can’t play a game on it properly. No staff ever gave us a briefing on arrival or told us about the hotel, we have had to explore, guess and ask questions. Staff have been somewhat helpful, they speak English but don’t seem to understand it when they’re asked questions. Hotel has a what’s app service but responses are very slow and even then not fully understood. It’s like it used to be a 4* hotel but it’s run by pirates 🏴☠️
