Excellent stay. Highly recommended I had a very pleasant stay at Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo. The service throughout the hotel was fantastic and the staff genuinely go out of their way to help. The breakfast was a highlight. There is a very big variety and great choice of options, which made mornings enjoyable and convenient. At one point the phone in our room stopped working. I went to reception to inform them and they immediately sent a technician. The issue was fixed in under 10 minutes, which shows how efficient and responsive the team is. Room service was also very accommodating. I was travelling alone with my daughter and the staff made extra effort to make everything easy and comfortable for us. Overall a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Très bel hôtel, ménage des chambres excellent, petits déjeuners très variés, tout le personnel est gentil et souriant ! Merci beaucoup, vous créez vraiment de la bonne humeur pour vos invités ! La salle de fitness et la piscine sont super, la piscine n'est pas aussi petite que dans d'autres hôtels similaires)) il y a beaucoup de chaises longues, de la glace au sol est toujours disponible, tout fonctionne dans la chambre, il y a toujours de l'eau chaude. Location is great, just beside One Galle Face Mall. Plenty of restaurants and cafes around. Beautiful sunset views (from the bar, pool, restaurant, lobby) and Galle Face opposite the road. Rooms are gorgeous and spacious. Checked in Dec 30-Jan 2 peak season. Hotel was fully booked. Waited in the lobby for my room to be ready upon check-in. Front desk said they will find me to let me know. Waited for more than an hour before I asked them again and told me that my room has been ready. Ordered some room service which took more than an hour to be delivered. Granted they told me that it may take about 50 minutes because it was peak hours. Upon delivery they told me it was comped because of the long wait. Pool, restaurant, and bar staff are all great. Very personable and accommodating. Loved the sky pool on the 31st floor. No bar but not as crowded as the main pool. Breakfast was great. A lot of choices. Asian selection is great. Pastries not so much, some didn’t seem fresh. Heard from some staff that it gets super busy from around 9 but didn’t experience any long wait. Plenty of tables to accommodate people. Overall a great experience and will definitely stay here again if I’m in Colombo.

Bon rapport qualité-prix. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec petit-déjeuner et dîner. Le petit-déjeuner et le dîner étaient des buffets de style occidental proposant un choix de plats non épicés. Notre chambre offrait une vue sur la mer et permettait d'admirer le coucher du soleil. Une petite piscine se trouvait sur le toit.

Gajan du Service Bell, qui m'a accompagné avec gentillesse pendant le check-out et m'a attendu patientement pendant un certain temps jusqu'à l'arrivée de mon taxi. Son chaleur, son attentiveté et sa dévouement m'ont fait une impression durable et représentent vraiment un service excellent. La chambre était excellente et de très haute qualité. Une expérience de cinq étoiles.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé au cœur de Colombo, au Sri Lanka. J'ai beaucoup apprécié la vue sur le jardin. La cuisine est excellente et variée. Le personnel est courtois, organisé et présentable. Tous sont toujours prêts à rendre service. Un grand merci au personnel du restaurant : Kamani, Randil et Imesh. Je reviendrai sans hésiter dans cet hôtel lors de mon prochain séjour.
