Hôtels à Puerto Vallarta avec petit déjeuner

We upgraded to the Family Suite of three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Every single service person we encountered on the property greeted us with a smile. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. You are right on the ocean. The beach restaurant is excellent and has nightly entertainment with an exceptional vocalist as well as dancers and gymnasts. The on site sit down restaurant had the best gourmet food I have ever had for three meals daily. There is 24 hour room service available as well. The pools were very clean and heated well. The Kids Club had a variety of well thought out and executed activities for all age groups. The kiddie pool was very safe. There was a live Aladdin show while we were there that was so enjoyable for all, then activities after. The daily housekeeping as well as the unit being stocked daily with snacks and beverages was also exceptional.

We're so excited to come to PV for the very first time and also first time with the Hyatt Hotel Group as well we might be a little bit have a higher expectation but overall the check in process was smooth and very easy we got the room early upon arrival the reception is very attentive but we will not going to return here again one thing I like to give a credited to this hotel is the location very convenient with almost private beaches stunning view but the service is up and down all the time during our 3 night stay especially the one at the main pool the waiter who walking to ask for a drink he only asked the white people obviously I'm an Asian who sat in the Sun Lounger in between the two white ladies he kept coming back and ask those two lady for any more drinks services but never ask me he treat me like I'm a ghost who never existing there I was so disappointed, The food # the Italian restaurant we try out on the first night was the worse the most terrible horrible extremely ridiculous the test was super nasty we never ever want to go back to that restaurant ever again the pineapple juice taste like water with some of the pineapple scent an orange juice is very fake color is like very light yellow almost like water but it was terrifying # The Sushi restaurant is just on average # The Mexican restaurant although Not so bad at all #The the one that we really love the most is the steakhouse the service excellent the food is the most delicious and the other one is the buffet that we recommend it, The house keeping I have to kept bucking the reception to tell them come and clean my room but they never do we ran out of the toilet pepper they never spare anything in our room unless I have to ask for once you missed the morning cleaning room you will missed it for the whole day they will never return to check to your room ever again, Another downside is the hotel is always under construction and outside by the walkway is very loud at night but not the whole night one thing I really hate about this place they claim they're 5 star hotel but I will give them only 4 or even less All the public restroom throughout the property are very dirty smells so stinky everywhere you're trying to use it's very very ridiculous the hotel itself are dated, Well overall I would say we enjoyed this stays because of the stunning beach view beautiful sunshine everyday again if you ask me would I be back here I would say ”NO”

Je suis allé dans cette localité il y a 2 ans quand il était Grand Fiesta Americana. Le menu et la qualité du restaurant de dîner étaient excellents. Comme Hilton, la qualité de la nourriture dans les restaurants a certainement dépassé de 8 à 5. Le divertissement nocturne est très mauvais. Ils ont besoin de faire des activités de piscine plus amusantes et des spectacles de nuit. Il n'y a rien à faire la nuit après le dîner. Je recommande de travailler sur des menus meilleurs, la qualité de la nourriture et le divertissement. Le restaurant mexicain a principalement de la nourriture américaine. Le restaurant italien a des options très limitées et la nourriture n'est pas bonne. Je ne pouvais même pas manger ma nourriture italienne. Mais la position, le service et la vue de l'hôtel sont excellents. Je déteste écrire des commentaires négatifs mais c'est un commentaire honnête. Merci!

Our room was 2 feet from the elevator in the main lobby! We can hear every single person talking and walking by our door as well as kids screaming because the ice cream shop was 15 feet away. The amount of pressure they are putting on every single guest to go and attend the timeshare promotion is unbelievable. If you attend, usually they give you some decent gifts. We get a $200 voucher to spend on the food and drinks. Most of the time they didn't want to take vouchers, or you had to spend the whole $50 at once because the rule was not money back. So if we spend $30 or $40 we have to give them $50. The food was everything but good. The promotional taco dinner was disgusting, with dry fish, beef with no flavor, and dry and overcooked chicken. And they didn't accept vouchers. I went back home with an unused $50 voucher in my pocket because I couldn't use it. Ramon and Martin from the front desk were the nicest, warmest, and friendliest people I ever met. All the servers and workers are very hard-working people.

Pros: - Bonne location - De vastes chambres. - Près de Malecon. Cons : - Trop crowded - Ça fait du bruit. - Seul le réel choix pour le déjeuner est leur place de buffet - La piscine n'est pas propre - Time share - Le personnel pourrait être un peu plus amiable - Le buffet est trop occupé/crowded Le personnel de check-in a dit que le paiement n'était pas effectué et que nous devions payer pour la chambre et le buffet séparément. Après 2 heures de confusion et d'attente avec un an d'âge, il a été finalement résolu.

Excellent endroit, le personnel très attentif, le excellent repas et les réceptions et bars du lobby très gentils, ainsi que la vue et l'accès à la mer

Хороший отель в центре Зона Романтика. Есть бассейн. Из минусов шумно в номерах от транспорта. Ну и некоторая усталость видна.

Nice hotel. The food was generally good quality with various choices. The rooms were small and had to pay high premium for a more quiet part or you got the noisy ones by the lift or street view.  Reception stuff are really unwelcoming, unhelpful except David. Generally rate the service low all around except the restaurant staff. Would not go back, much nicer choices in Nurvo Vallarta.

Nous sommes arrivés pour notre séjour de 10 jours et à l'inspection à l'intérieur nous avons été informés que la piscine familiale était fermée pour des rénovations et que tous les invités utilisaient la piscine Adult Only. Il est difficile de se situer à côté de la piscine, car toutes les chaises ont été prises très tôt le jour et ont été envoyées dans la piscine. Le service de l'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très important de se déplacer à l'intérieur de la ville. Je leur ai montré l'e-mail que vous aviez envoyé. Ils n'étaient pas très confortables et réticents de nous laisser manger.
