Nous avons réservé 2 types de chambres, la chambre standard est plus lumineuse, la chambre de luxe est trop sombre pour nous. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas sous forme de buffet, vous devez choisir les plats principaux du menu, pas beaucoup de choix. Certains ont bon goût, d’autres assez gras et salés. Aucun parking n'est prévu pour les clients de l'hôtel, vous devez vous garer dans des espaces publics et payer pour cela (zone bleue, 8h-17h), soit en utilisant des coupons, soit en utilisant une application. A part ça, jusqu'ici tout va bien. Situé en centre ville, très pratique. Près des vendeurs ambulants malais, du célèbre kopitiam chinois et de 2 centres commerciaux. À courte distance en voiture de la plupart des attractions touristiques.

I and my family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room that we stayed was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any requests. The location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, the service and hospitality exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

The room facilities were okay, but the ac definitely needs improvement. When we checked into the room, the fan was already on. After switching the fan off, we noticed that the air conditioner was not cooling the room properly and it felt quite warm. We ended up sleeping with only the fan running throughout the night, which was disappointing as we did not expect such an experience. 😓 We checked the air conditioner ourselves and confirmed that it was switched on and set to the correct temperature. We also noticed that the lobby air conditioning was extremely cold, so there seemed to be a significant difference compared to our room. We reported the issue to the front desk, but were informed that the room air conditioner was functioning well. Unfortunately, this was not our experience, and it affected our overall comfort during the stay.

L'hôtel est propre et une cuisine à l'intérieur de laquelle les clients peuvent aller chercher des restaurants. La localisation dépend de l'endroit où vous voulez être. Je l'ai choisi parce que je voulais être près de l'université de Curtin. Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé.

Miri Marriott Resort & Spa is a good hotel overall. I think the food selection was sufficient, and I would rate it 6/10. However, the kids’ room still needs improvement to provide a better experience for families with children. Overall, I’m happy with my stay at Marriott Miri and enjoyed the hospitality and environment during my visit.

I had a nice stay here with my family. Booked family suite which is spacious and quiet with amazing view of Miri city. Breakfast was nice and tasted good. To highlight, the staffs were super helpful and kind to assist with our needs. The location is also strategic and convenient with good amenities. Otherwise, cleanliness could be improved as there are stains on the mattress, carpet and couch.

The location is very close to Miri Times Square. It very close to many restaurants, banks, bakeries. Marina Parkcity is 5 min drive away which is close to beach. I cannot comment on food provided, I did not dine in. Shower and toilets are good. The WiFi is need to improve it weak most of time. Air conditioning is good. Standard room there is no refrigerator. The television is not functioning very well.

This is my second time visit Pacific Orient. As expected, the is nice and clean. Check in and check out is fast and easy. I got my room facing the Bintang mall building and it was fantastic. Here, parking space is limited. So whoever wants to park their car, better come early or make early reservation. The morning breakfast was simple. Not much they can offer. After all, don't expected too much since room rates offered was less than 100 ringgit. Definitely will stay here again if had a chance to visit Miri.

Il s'agit d'une voiture de 1h de la ville de Miri à l'hôtel. La condition de la route Miri-Bintulu était très difficile en tant que sous-marine. Nous sommes basiquement sur 50km/hr. Le centre-ville est un bon endroit pour les familles de se réunir, c'est-à-dire lorsque nous avons un accès limité à l'internet et aux appels. Le tour de resort inclus dans le séjour est une exposition majeure pour les enfants à comprendre l'écosystème des forêts tropicales.
