Had a wonderful stay here! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. Overall, a very pleasant experience and definitely worth staying here. Highly recommended!

The room is big enough even for 2 people. You have place to pray and even have the kiblat direction. Just look at the ceiling. Got wardrobe as well to put your bag and stuff. Even dds not put the luggage in the wardrobe, there is still space to do anything. For solo travel like me, it is convenient. No shampoo but not sure if the shower cream is 2in1. Got tv. I hear 1 or 2 times people open the door. Maybe not many people at that time. Do not hear the cars outside. Have coway. Cold and hot. Parking outside is based on 1st come 1st serve basis and need to pay but not sure how much. It is public parking. The towel maybe need changes. It is clean but have the 'bulu2' kat tepi. But overall is nice. Got bidet.

I stayed at Amigo Hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. On the third day of my stay, I noticed that my bathroom smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I suspected that the smoke might have been coming from the room next door. As the hotel has a strict no-smoking policy and imposes a RM500 fine for smoking, I contacted the reception to ask if they could check the situation or remind the neighbouring guest about the policy. They sent a staff member to my room to spray air freshener in the bathroom. Unfortunately, a few hours later, the cigarette smell returned. I called the reception again, and I really appreciated that they were kind enough to offer me a room change. I’m grateful for how helpful and accommodating the staff were in resolving the issue. However, I do hope the hotel can take more appropriate action when guests violate the no-smoking policy. Otherwise, the rules and penalties may not be taken seriously by those who choose not to follow them. Overall, I appreciate the staff’s assistance and hope the hotel can improve its enforcement of the no-smoking policy for the comfort of all guests.

I recently stayed at Miri Marriott Resort & Spa and had a pleasant experience. The beachfront setting and roomy accommodation created a calm and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The breakfast was fairly average. There was a decent spread that included basic hot dishes, eggs, pastries, bread, fruit, cereal, and a few local options, along with coffee and tea. While everything was acceptable and enough to start the day, the selection felt a little limited for a resort of this level, and there were no particularly memorable or premium items that stood out. It was perfectly fine overall, but it did not quite match the expectations one might have for a Marriott resort breakfast. Overall, it is a comfortable resort for a peaceful getaway, with lovely ocean views that add to the laid-back charm.

The apartment was amazing with three bedrooms on the 18th floor. There are amenities provided such as kitchen and washing machine which made it convenient for us. The view from our room was great as we could see the tanjung lobang beach from the top. On top of that, there are seafood restaurants, fast food restaurants and convenient store nearby

we stayed at Miri Hotel during our trip to Miri. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and had a peaceful atmosphere. The beautiful sea view and the friendly service from the staff made our stay more enjoyable and memorable throughout the trip.

Absolutely blown away by the quality of service and overall experience. This hotel truly exceeded all my expectations. The front office staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right to choose and ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. I was also pleased with the amenities provided, including fast Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and complimentary toiletries. The hotel's location was ideal, conveniently situated near local attractions and public transportation is easy to call. It made exploring the area so much easier. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience at a great value. I look forward to returning on my next visit!

Great parking spaces for bikes (underground/basement), indoor pool and friendly staff. Perfect location with on site 24 hours mini mart with easy access to the main road and excellent room service (housekeeper gave us a fresh towel) although the bathroom needed to install lock for better privacy (sliding doors with no lock, you could even peek inside because there's a gap even fully closed) unless the room actually for couples only😳

The room is okay, but the bedsheet is a bit dirty. There is a spider web under the bedside table. The amenities are not very satisfying. The toilet floor is wet and slippery. The floor mat should be changed, as it is very dirty. Overall, there is room for improvement.
