La cohérence, le confort, le service de qualité auraient pu être parfaits si il y avait une piscine. Contrôle et vérification est rapide et fluide. La nourriture est vraiment bonne. Le lieu est plus précieux que ce que vous payez. La location est très confortable car il y a des restaurants, cafés, atms à proximité. La distance de marche de Mcdonalds.La chambre est propre et gardée confortable avec des toilettes complètes. J'aime les couchers et tout comme tout hôtel Seda leur service est excellent! Et si quelque chose que je voudrais recommander à la direction est de vérifier le plus petit problème avec la pression de l'eau.

The ground floor houses a large supermarket, and the second floor features a coffee shop and multiple fast food establishments. While the hotel is located in the city center, there are limited activities available nearby. The condition of the appliances, furniture, and general maintenance throughout the hotel is subpar, with the exception of the restaurant. Rooms are in need of significant improvements, including gum. The hotel's cleaning standards could be enhanced. Additionally, it is necessary to wear gloves after changing bed linens and towels to throw the trashbin. I have not observed any hotel that adheres to strict cleaning protocols.

The breakfast buffet in particular was excellent, offering both local and international dishes that were fresh and flavorful. It was conveniently situated near popular tourist spots, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a quiet and comfortable retreat at the end of the day. ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5) I recently stayed at Figtree Hotel, and overall, it was an average experience with both positives and areas that need improvement. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated that they changed my room upon request. My first room had no window, so being moved to a room with natural light made my stay much more comfortable. The hotel’s location is also convenient and made it easy to get around the city. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that affected my experience. The Wi-Fi was unreliable throughout my stay, which was frustrating. Breakfast was also disappointing, as there was very little variety and it mainly consisted of Filipino dishes. It would be great to have more options for international guests. Another inconvenience was the room service process. The phone in my room wasn’t working, so I had to go to the 5th floor every time I wanted to place a food order. Since there was also a room service delivery fee, I ended up carrying my own food back to my room, which defeated the purpose of ordering room service. Overall, the staff were accommodating, the location was good, and I appreciated that my room was changed when I raised my concern. However, improvements to the Wi-Fi, breakfast variety, and room service system would make a significant difference to the guest experience.

The location is very convenient, just across SM City, making it easy for guests to access restaurants, shops, and transportation. The room is nice, comfortable, and well-kept. The CR is also clean and pleasant to use. The personnel are prompt and attentive, which makes the stay smooth and convenient. Their service is one of the reasons why I keep coming back. Another good point is the food at Aviary, their restaurant. The food is affordable and convenient, especially for guests who prefer to dine within the hotel. I have checked in here countless times already, and J7 has remained one of my reliable choices. For its price, location, room quality, and service, it is truly worth it. Best location in the city, with walkable attractions, and situated in the city center. The room and facilities are well-maintained, with exceptional service from food servers, waiters, and receptionists who are very accommodating and speak good English.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and provided everything I needed for a relaxing experience. The staff were exceptionally hospitable, friendly, and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The buffet food was delicious and offered a good variety of choices. Every meal was satisfying, and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the excellent service and warm hospitality. I would gladly recommend this hotel to others and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

The room is great. Location is near SM City Iloilo, walking distance. Near the diversion road, didn’t expect that our room has a refrigerator, microwave, sink and even a dining table. Just like a pad. We stayed at Bangkok room, just so know the free wifi can’t reach the room though.

The staff was friendly.. i've booked here before and the service was good.. only towel was provided and no others.. the place was good... The room was located in the 3rd floor and you need to use stairs only but it is ok.. i should say that i will still choose to stay in Reddoorz ledesco..
