Excellent séjour avec excellent soutien du personnel Nous avons séjourné une nuit à Del Rio à Iloilo et il s'est avéré une expérience mémorable, principalement grâce à l'incroyable attention et professionnalisme du personnel du Front Office. Lors de notre séjour, j'ai subitement eu une douleur abdominale massive . L'équipe FO était étonnante Ils m'ont immédiatement aidée, fourni des douleurs, préparé un comprimé chaud, et même appelé un médecin pour que je soigne. Leur véritable préoccupation et leur action rapide nous ont vraiment fait sentir bien pris en charge. Je ne peux pas les remercier assez pour aller au-dessus et au-delà. Le petit déjeuner le matin suivant était incroyable, avec une grande variété de choix allant de délicieuses plats Iloilo à des options continentales. Nous aimerions aussi avoir accès direct à l'Esplanade, qui a fait pour une bonne matinée avec belles vues. En général, malgré le court séjour, Del Rio a laissé une impression très positive en raison de son personnel utile et de son grand petit déjeuner. Très recommandé !

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The lobby was elegant, spacious, and impeccably clean, creating a luxurious first impression. Our room was even more impressive — modern, spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, the linens smelled fresh, and the room offered a stunning view that made every morning feel special. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, always ensuring the room remained tidy and fully stocked. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member we encountered was polite, attentive, and always willing to help. Whether it was assisting with our luggage, giving recommendations for nearby attractions, or responding quickly to requests, the service consistently went above and beyond. It’s rare to find a hotel where every employee genuinely seems to care about the guests’ experience. The amenities were also outstanding. The swimming pool area was relaxing and beautifully maintained, perfect for both families and couples. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious food with a wide variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The breakfast buffet in particular was excellent, offering both local and international dishes that were fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere throughout the property was peaceful, relaxing, and ideal for a much-needed getaway. The location of the hotel was another major advantage. It was conveniently situated near popular tourist spots, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a quiet and comfortable retreat at the end of the day. Overall, our stay was truly memorable, and I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Everything — from the cleanliness and facilities to the outstanding hospitality — was top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and exceptional service. We will definitely be returning in the future and are already looking forward to our next stay.

The room was clean. Hotel is Near SM city. But I felt no privacy, Ive noticed there is a small hole on the wall partially covered by a sticker. It’s creepy so I removed the no smoking sign on the table and stick it on top of the sticker covering the hole to make sure no one’s watching me.

Exceptional stay - My new go-to hotel in Iloilo! I recently stayed at Figtree Hotel Iloilo and I absolutely fell in love with it. I can confidently say I will be booking this hotel for all my future travels to Iloilo! The location is fantastic and incredibly convenient, being within walking distance to SM City Iloilo. It is also surrounded by famous local restaurants— Alicia's and Netong's are in the nearby Atria Mall, and Tatoy's is located just right outside the hotel. Overall, the hotel and the rooms are remarkably clean. As a solo traveler, the room I had was perfectly sized for my needs. Another major highlight was the 5th-floor restaurant, which serves a great breakfast buffet with a good selection of food—the perfect way to kickstart your day before heading out on your itinerary. Beyond the amenities, the staff are highly polite and courteous. I also worth mentioning that the hotel layout caters well to everyone, featuring highly accessible amenities like a reliable elevator and wide, comfortable stairs. Thank you for an amazing stay. Nous sommes des locaux d'Iloilo et nous avons toujours séjourné dans plusieurs hôtels de la ville.  Nous avons réservé 2 chambres pour un séjour de fin de semaine. La chambre est belle, confortable. La situation est grande. Les personnes sont chaudes et amicales.  Le petit déjeuner est bouillon ! Boom panis ! Oui , le riz paddy est détruit non seulement de la débris normale mais il est liquide webbed. Aligner avec 4 étoiles similaires dans la ville en termes de nourriture, cet hôtel est en retard.  La famille n'a pas eu le petit déjeuner, nous avons mangé mais avec le doute de nourriture insécurisée.

The whole place was nice and the I like the small size like there's a mid size pool sorrounded by rooms. So basically the pool or even just the view is very accessible and visible from your room. There is also a small gazebo where they serve breakfast. So this again is very near to the rooms. So the small size feels homey. I can come back again but I just want to make sure that the hotel will not be fully occupied because if that's so then it will lose its charm due to overcrowding especially if there's an event. Which brings me to this topic - I booked and was confirmed for 2 nights but upon check in I was told Trip.com made a mistake with the hotel so they can't accommodate me on the 2nd night. In fairness to the hotel manager, she made arrangements for me to be booked in another nearby bigger hotel (with a good buffet breakfast) the following morning. Aside from this anxious moment, my stay was pleasant - attentive service staff, nice ambiance, passable breakfast since it's just plated with 3in1 coffee. Overall it's good value for money.

The room is great. Location is near SM City Iloilo, walking distance. Near the diversion road, didn’t expect that our room has a refrigerator, microwave, sink and even a dining table. Just like a pad. We stayed at Bangkok room, just so know the free wifi can’t reach the room though.

The staff was friendly.. i've booked here before and the service was good.. only towel was provided and no others.. the place was good... The room was located in the 3rd floor and you need to use stairs only but it is ok.. i should say that i will still choose to stay in Reddoorz ledesco..
