Nous avons essayé 2 types de chambre différents pendant notre séjour et étaient à la fois confortables et bien conçus. La chambre est très confortable et très confortable. Chaque personne peut choisir 2 plats principaux, et la présentation était très esthétique et délicieuse 🍳✨ Certainement plus que suffisamment de nourriture. L'hôtel est très confortable, mais il n'est pas situé près de la zone de Lee Garden. Perfect pour les couples, les voyages familiaux et même une porte relaxante. Need to change room. 2nd room need to change room too due to basin taps loose can't be use properly. Exhaust bathroom also not working.. I think the hotel maintenance is poor. Overall, reception service staff is good and housekeeper too. Location near to Central Hatyai shopping, Greenway and Aseania.. Hope that hotel maintenance improves. The bedroom deco not what it's in the photo..

IInvitéEverything is very good. The room is clean and in good condition. I like it's Lobby which smells good with coffee flavour. It is very near to Central Hatyai which is about 150m within walking distance. Though the road towards the main road is a bit quiet and dark at night. There are plenty of Free car parks surrounding the hotel. I strongly recommend the breakfast offered by the hotel. It costs only THB119/set with free flow of coffees, Milo, and fruit teas. The main course offered is delicious and its value is definitely more than the money we paid. The only upset is the room is not sound proof from the corridor. And if the hotel could provide more pillows that will be a plus to it. Overall I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Will definitely come back and recommend it.

LLeonardzzI stayed at Subanan Resident in Hatyai and had a really good experience overall. The cleanliness is the first thing that stood out — the place is spotless, probably one of the cleanest I’ve stayed at in this price range. The service was also impressive. When I had an issue with the WiFi, I just gave them a call and the staff personally came over to hand me the code face-to-face. Check-in and check-out were both quick and smooth. Even on my first visit, the parking service was clear and well-organised, which made things easier. Location-wise, it’s not in the busy tourist area, which I actually liked. It’s surrounded by local houses, so the vibe is calmer and more relaxing. Within walking distance (about 4 minutes) there’s a Big C Mini, and a 7-Eleven about 7 minutes away. It’s a nice balance — not too far from convenience, but away from the tourist crowds and heat. As for amenities, they’re average. One of the rooms came with a Netflix account, while another didn’t, which was a bit inconsistent. Also, setting it up wasn’t the most straightforward — you need to switch between the TV remote and the Xiaomi box remote, which takes a little figuring out. Overall, if you value cleanliness, friendly service, and a calm local atmosphere over being in the middle of the tourist spots, Subanan Resident is a solid choice. Btw the coffee n tea pastries is just a cupcake and milo powder

AAfifa AimiThis hotel was a pleasant stay for me. It is very clean and the location is super convenient as it is just opposite Central Festival Hatyai and next to Makro. Other popular tourist spots are also nearby within around 3KM and easy to get around by renting a bike or using Grab/Maxim. Service was great, we arrived early around 7:30AM just to drop our luggage and the staff were happy to keep it. They even allowed us to check in an hour earlier since our room was ready. Amenities were good and looked very nice although I did not have time to enjoy them as I was mostly busy food hunting. The staff were friendly, helpful, spoke decent English and some Malay and breakfast did not have many choices but was acceptable and suited my taste as a Malaysian. Sorry I do not have much pictures taken inside the hotel

But most importantly, we were incredibly blessed to be staying here during one of the worst floods in Hatyai’s history. Throughout the 5-day ordeal, the staff went above and beyond to take care of us. They helped secure food supplies, provided power for our devices, and, most importantly, kept us safe and comfortable at all times. A special shoutout to the Personnel (HR), the Accountant, and the owner, Ms. Tong, who stayed with us throughout the entire ordeal. She personally arranged for all guests to be transported to safe zones or the airport once conditions allowed. Their dedication was truly remarkable. The team worked tirelessly to protect everyone, ensured our safety, and never charged any additional fees despite our extended stay. They even provided food throughout the crisis. The atmosphere became a heartfelt community effort, with guests volunteering to cook, clean, and assist wherever they could. This hotel demonstrated extraordinary compassion and professionalism during a natural disaster. We are deeply, deeply grateful. I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN!!
