Hôtels à Hat Yai avec petit déjeuner

Tout est OK, juste chambre n'a pas B405 aéroport, très bruit! toute la nuit ne peut pas dormir. juste rester une nuit pour que nous déciderons de ne pas plaindre/ demander de changer de chambre, juste attendre le lendemain pour vérifier. l'hôtel a imposé un dépôt en espèces.  Le petit déjeuner est bon, varié et confortable.  Location qui est très loin de la ville (30min).

Love this hotel so much. the design are modern with great facilities. love the design of the pool and very suitable for family holiday as they have kids lounge too. Great service from the front desk staff as well. staff are very helpful to made a last minute booking for my visit to Koh Lipe Island via Pak Bara Pier. For the room, love the hotel bathtub and all all the amenities. Will definitely will choose this hotel again for my next visit in Hatyai. Breakfast are standard but hope they are egg station available and open to public.

I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

This hotel located in Songkhla is very new and fairly clean. Not much complain to be honest. However, it is very hard to book Grab or get a taxi here as it's rural area and quite a distance away from Hatyai. Lucky for us to meet a friendly Grab driver since Day 1 and has been always asking him to fetch us personally. If not, it will be so much of a trouble concerning how to travel out from this hotel to Hatyai or back to Airport.

Le complexe est très proche de l'aéroport et constitue le premier choix pour le transit vers Koh Lipe. Le transport est très pratique. Il se trouve à seulement 5 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport. La chambre est propre et simple. Abordable.

La chambre est parfaite, nous avons réussi à nous enregistrer tôt pour une chambre afin de pouvoir poser nos bagages. C'est loin du centre de Hatyai mais dans le quartier lui-même se trouve le plus grand centre commercial, le Central Mall. Il y a aussi l'hypermarché Makro où vous pouvez acheter de nombreuses collations pour les souvenirs. Le marché nocturne de l'ASEAN est accessible à pied, à environ 1 km. Leur petit-déjeuner est très bon. Il est cuisiné individuellement selon votre choix.

I stayed at Subanan Resident in Hatyai and had a really good experience overall. The cleanliness is the first thing that stood out — the place is spotless, probably one of the cleanest I’ve stayed at in this price range. The service was also impressive. When I had an issue with the WiFi, I just gave them a call and the staff personally came over to hand me the code face-to-face. Check-in and check-out were both quick and smooth. Even on my first visit, the parking service was clear and well-organised, which made things easier. Location-wise, it’s not in the busy tourist area, which I actually liked. It’s surrounded by local houses, so the vibe is calmer and more relaxing. Within walking distance (about 4 minutes) there’s a Big C Mini, and a 7-Eleven about 7 minutes away. It’s a nice balance — not too far from convenience, but away from the tourist crowds and heat. As for amenities, they’re average. One of the rooms came with a Netflix account, while another didn’t, which was a bit inconsistent. Also, setting it up wasn’t the most straightforward — you need to switch between the TV remote and the Xiaomi box remote, which takes a little figuring out. Overall, if you value cleanliness, friendly service, and a calm local atmosphere over being in the middle of the tourist spots, Subanan Resident is a solid choice. Btw the coffee n tea pastries is just a cupcake and milo powder

L'emplacement est calme, propice à la détente. L'école dispose d'une caution de 1000 bahts en espèces. Il y a une piscine, un restaurant et un service de chambre. Les chambres sont bien, la climatisation fonctionne bien, le lit est moelleux, dormez. confortablement. Le WiFi est facile à connecter, bon rapport qualité-prix, recommande les porteurs. Accueillir la réception Le personnel du restaurant offre un bon service selon les normes des étoiles. Les hôtels de Hat Yai recommandent de séjourner ici.

L'ensemble de l'hôtel est très impeccable, le personnel est gentil et m'a également donné une recommandation, la chambre a une bonne odeur, il n'y a pas beaucoup d'équipements à l'intérieur d'une chambre mais c'est convenable comme un hôtel 3 étoiles. Il y a une épicerie (7-11) à proximité et aussi un shabu au rez-de-chaussée (car les clients de l'hôtel bénéficieront de réductions, mais je ne sais pas combien %) que j'aime en face de l'hôtel. C'est très beau et convient aux personnes qui aiment prendre des photos. Ils ont aussi un café en face, endroit sympa !! 💕 La façade de l'hôtel est magnifique. Elle convient aux personnes qui aiment prendre des photos. Il y a un café où l'on peut s'asseoir et se détendre et boire un café au rez-de-chaussée. Je l'ai vu brièvement. Il y a aussi du shabu (halal). Les clients de l'hôtel bénéficient d'une réduction, mais nous ne savons pas exactement à quel montant. La chambre est correcte, rien de vraiment remarquable. Mais ce n'est pas mal. Il y a également un sèche-cheveux fixé au mur, facile à trouver. Mais la salle de bain est un peu petite. Les équipements comprennent des bonnets de douche, du savon, du shampoing, des serviettes et un petit réfrigérateur. C'est à peu près ça mais ça vaut le prix. Quand on y arrive, le service est excellent. J'ai appelé la réception à 2-3 heures du matin et quelqu'un a répondu (je leur ai demandé de venir vérifier les clients des autres chambres qui se tenaient debout et se disputaient au milieu du couloir, en faisant beaucoup de bruit). J'adore le personnel. 🥹💕
