Hôtels à Comte de Broward avec petit déjeuner

Our first stay at hotel 66 and this hotel complex was fantastic from arrival to leaving firstly on arrival the team at the door helped with luggage with kindness and respect a great start then George at the reception desk  another assist to the business kind helpful respectful always with a smile 😃 thank you 🙏 room was excellent not the best view but it was a basic room and far better than expected and it was immaculate again housekeeping great 👍 and wanted to help ,  breakfast again excellent on the first day exceptional and the young chef that likes football making omelettes again exceptional ( wearing a black chefs outfit ) kind respectful and thinking about customers needs again a great 👍 asset to any team thank you . On our second visit breakfast was a little more upside down 🙃 as it was so busy but still you could see the team in most was trying again great . The communal areas again immaculate- I’ve stayed now at the  Ritz , Conrad , Western , and Pier 66 is miles ahead . Thank you all for making our short stay so enjoyable and without doubt 10 out of 10  thank you Angelo Ianniello and Family stayed 26/12/2025 for two nights .

Nous avons séjourné une nuit avant un voyage, mais nous avons été très heureux avec la salle d'étude, la propreté de la chambre et les installations et le bon personnel du bureau. Le petit déjeuner était frais, abondant et facile à accès. Nous nous réservons certainement ici.

The room was quite nice - sparkling clean! This is definitely the most important element for me, but this place didn't disappoint regarding cleanliness. One thing I found disappointing was that, while this is a solid place to have a family vacation, there isn't really a more quiet place to get some work done besides the desk in the guest room. The business center is right in the middle of the front lobby, which can sometimes get super loud. A quieter workspace area that is tucked away would be nice. One frustrating thing was the amount of gratuity tacked on to everything. We went to the Bar & Grill for some snacks and a beer one day, and despite only getting our order taken at the bar and one other person bringing out our food and drinks once, maybe twice, the resort has the audacity to add on an 18% service fee on top of the price automatically. I understand that inflation and cost of living are a problem, but it shouldn't give hotel chains like Hilton to pass on the responsibility of paying their employees to their customers. They should actually pay their people a fair wage. $40/day+tax for mandatory valet parking was also completely unnecessary. That being said, experience-wise, it's still a good place and seemed to be one of the lower-priced resorts in the area, but I hate how hotel chains tend to find ways to gouge just a little bit more money out of people around every corner.

I specifically chose to stay at this hotel for the King size bed. When I checked in at exactly 3pm check-in time, the front desk clerk told me they no longer had anymore King size beds. They offered no solutions and kept telling me this is what happens when you book with ”Trip.com”, now you have to deal with them, and we can't help you!!! I reached out to Trip.com and a service agent by the name of MARIE KRIS S said she would take care of it. I checked my email today and saw that an inconvenience offers of $15, I refused this offer for all the embarrassment and disappointment that is not even acceptable. Honestly the entire stay should be reimbursed or at least offer a night at my next booking at no charge.

I enjoyed my stay at Tru by Hilton in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The location was great. Downtown, easy access to everywhere, without feeling like you’re in the middle of a busy city. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Over all, the vibe of the place is very much like college dorm or summer camp for grown adults. I’d definitely stay here again. The free breakfast every morning was also a very nice addition.

Rocky start as there was no airport shuttle available for nearly an hour, I arrived delayed @ 2am so not ideal, had to grab an uber. Staff didn't seem to understand why this was an issue, I'm a woman travelling alone in a foreign country and the shuttle pick up isn't in a high traffic area. The breakfast options are limited, no ability to get food made to order, just scrambled eggs, pork sausage, make your own waffles, bagels, oatmeal and drinks. I don't eat pork but thankfully I had cooking facilities but still disappointing as I was super tired n didn't want to cook every morning. Tea was 3 versions of the same -black tea , until I asked for an alternative, which they had in stock just not on display. Not worth paying for breakfast in my opinion, Dunkin Donuts & Wendys are nearby and much better value for money. Cleaning service was sporadic, requested daily attendance, they came twice in 5 nights, 1st time maid service attended after 6pm - not great. The best thing about the hotel was the pool that I didn't use, it was clean and well maintained. Great for plane watching but shame there's no designated smoking area for guests.

Great location. Super super friendly staff. All of them at the desk. Rooms need to be renovated. Smells old. But for the price you get wat you pay for

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel du 19 au 2/2 et j'étais dans 4 chambres différentes en 4 nuits. La première chambre sentait le tabac même si elle était non-fumeur. Nous avons été échangés tout de suite. Les fenêtres de la deuxième chambre étaient recouvertes de symboles phalliques, il n'y avait pas d'étagères ni de porte-serviettes dans la salle de bain et une porte de douche permanente ne couvrait que la moitié de la douche, de sorte que l'eau coulait sur le sol. Nous avons eu des perturbations dans le couloir à environ 1h30 les deux nuits et personne n'est à la réception de 23h à 7h pour gérer la situation, ils s'attendent à ce que vous appeliez la police. La troisième chambre était petite (nous nous en fichions) avec balcon et vue sur l'océan. Pas de sèche-cheveux, ce que nous avons demandé et jamais reçu. Cependant, des portes-fenêtres qui se connectaient à la chambre d'à côté. Ils avaient un verrou mais ne se sont pas fermés complètement et avaient un énorme écart. (photos ci-jointes) C'est un énorme problème pour de nombreuses raisons. Sécurité - car les occupants ont tiré sur les portes à 22h30 et auraient pu tirer fort et les ouvrir. Inquiétant - ils étaient si bruyants et avec l'écart, nous aurions aussi bien pu être dans la même pièce car nous pouvions entendre toute leur conversation. Ils étaient bruyants de 22h30 à 23h30, puis à nouveau de 13h15 à 3h. Cette chambre est clairement une extension de la suite et personne ne devrait être autorisé à y rester sans connaître les personnes séjournant dans la suite, et encore moins les facturer. Enfin, la quatrième chambre - avait une vue sur l'océan et un balcon mais la poignée de la douche s'est détachée lorsque je l'ai allumée, encore une fois pas d'étagères ni de porte-serviettes, la demi-porte de douche et nous avons été réveillés à 12h30 mais ce que nous pensons être un lavage électrique se passait dans la cuisine à l'extérieur parce que le générateur était si bruyant. Les réceptionnistes de la réception ont essayé d'être aussi utiles que possible pour changer de chambre. L'un d'eux nous a remboursé nos frais de villégiature de 60 $ (ce qui s'est avéré qu'ils n'en ont fait que la moitié). Mais il nous a fallu du temps pendant nos vacances chaque jour pour parler avec eux et revenir de la plage pour faire nos bagages, changer de chambre et déballer nos affaires. 2 des 3 couloirs où nous nous trouvions sentaient la marijuana à chaque fois que nous sortions de l'ascenseur. La nourriture et les boissons du Tiki Bar sont bonnes même si elles sont lentes. Le personnel nous a parlé à 3 occasions différentes de leur manque de personnel. J'ai envoyé 3 e-mails au directeur général Mike Lang et laissé plusieurs messages à la réception. Il a finalement appelé pour me dire qu'il avait transmis mon e-mail à une personne nommée Sarah pour qu'elle me contacte (son patron). Il a expliqué qu'il était désolé pour nos problèmes et comprenait d'où nous venions, mais qu'il ne pouvait rien faire d'autre que d'offrir une nuit gratuite. Vu les ennuis que nous avons traversés, le fait que je ne sache pas quand mon ami et moi pourrions revenir et qu'une nuit ne suffit pas, j'ai dit que nous préférerions le remboursement. Il nous a remboursé l'autre moitié des frais de villégiature (30 $). Je lui ai demandé les coordonnées de Sarah et il ne les a pas communiquées et m'a dit qu'elle me contacterait. Je lui ai envoyé 2 e-mails de suivi que je n'ai pas eu de ses nouvelles et que je n'ai rien reçu. Ce n'est pas ainsi que quiconque s'attend à passer ses vacances. Cela prend du temps et c'est pour le moins frustrant. C'est encore plus agaçant qu'ils ne réagissent pas pour essayer de faire les choses correctement. J'ai signalé cet hôtel au BBB et j'attends une réponse.
