IInvitéPool was saline and clean and warm enough to actually use. Breakfast was nice. Parking was $50 in the self park next door. Entrance houses 3 hotels which is confusing. Hotel had clean products and no terrible chemical or mold smells.

LLaurieLoved my stay overall. There was a champagne offering upon arrival which was wonderful. After a long drive from Michigan, it was well received and completely set the tone for the type of stay we would be experiencing. View from Room 2754 breathtaking. A welcome fruit basket was provided for our 35th anniversary stay.
Ample Trump water provided. Location - Best in the City. Housekeeping was Outstanding. Reception staff were perfection. The view in Room 2754 blew away my expectations and I will stay here again in the future. Job well done Trump Hotel staff!
A few things that would improve the experience are: Provide 2 Barstools for the rooms with a kitchenette island. We had to eat on the low coffee table.
Replace barn door with normal door on bathroom. Privacy factor low due to the crack opening. Provide Non-Stick cooking spray for guests who use the cookware. It was awful cleaning eggs from the skillet. Invest in a few Real Dishcloths for the kitchenette. A normal Keurig coffee maker would be better than just espresso. The location was Best in the City. I highly recommend staying here!

IInvité酒店位置很好，千禧公園邊上，朝向公園的房間視野挺開闊的。樓下有超市也有餐廳，還算方便。房間中規中矩，面積挺大，但設施比較舊。
但酒店沒有泳池衹有健身房，也沒有早餐餐廳，這兩點要扣分，也讓我有點出乎意料，以為豪華酒店這兩項應該是標配。
訂的是帶早飯的房間，因為沒有餐廳，衹能通過送餐到房間的方式用餐。但酒店早餐規則很不合理，雖然有每天31刀/人的早餐限額（對應菜單上30-31刀的早餐套餐）。但這個限額不包含送餐費，服務費，税費。等於還要自掏腰包30刀才能吃頓正常早飯。
退房的時候和酒店反應了政策不合理後，酒店方答應會在賬單裏免除這部分費用，但到機場後收到的賬單顯示被收了全額的早餐費（連套餐本身的價格都收了）每天將近100刀。最後通過攜程和代理的持續溝通才將這部分費用退回。結果是好的，但過程很曲折。

喝喝咖啡的HanThe hotel is obviously more aged and rundown compared to the rest of the holiday inn that I have stayed. However it is at least reasonably clean and comfortable to stay in if you are in the chicago area and are looking for a cheaper accommodation. There is a metro station within 10 min walk that can take you to downtown chicago in half an hour time

DDimel HarderLa location est bonne avec une belle vue. Juste une tête en haut apporte votre propre pantalon et kit dentaire et de l'eau potable parce qu'ils ne sont pas complimentaires de ce genre.

IInvitéThe hotel is in a good location; in city centre. Clean, friendly and the Australian restaurant attatched to this hotel offers nice food as well. Just that as a avid swimmer there were no pool running at this right moment. Havent used services such as laundry so cannot rly comment on service dept.

ZZhouZhouThe hotel is in a convenient location and the price is relatively affordable. Upon check-in, they offered cookies, which was a nice and thoughtful touch. However, the room facilities were quite outdated, and the air conditioning was very noisy, making it difficult to sleep at night. Additionally, the bathroom floor lacks an extra drain, so when showering, water tends to spill out of the bathtub, and cleaning it up is a hassle.

IInvitéWe booked a room that unfortunately was for the wrong dates through a third party. We were told by the third party that they would refund us but that the hotel had to release our reservation. We called them immediately after realizing the dates were wrong which was within an hour. The reservation was for two days from then. The hotel said they would not cancel it. They charged us almost $600 for a room we did not stay in and called in advance to explain our situation. They also did not allow for us to change the days to the days we were actually looking for. While the hotel is lovely and the staff was pleasant even delivering the bad news I won’t be looking to book with them again.

IInvitéL'hôtel est très bien situé ! Proche des principales attractions et de nombreux restaurants! Le personnel principal n'était pas très sympathique. L'hôtel est magnifique quand vous entrez. Les chambres sont très vieilles et ont besoin d'être rénovées. Les toilettes de ma salle de bain avaient un réservoir corrodé et un levier cassé. C'était un peu frustrant. Le lit était très dur !! La chambre était très froide ! Un seul thermostat pour tout l'hôtel. Il n'y a pas de thermostat individuel dans chaque pièce. J'ai dû demander des couvertures supplémentaires. Ils m'ont fourni ça. La salle de fitness est très agréable ! Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un très bon entraînement ! Ils ont indiqué qu'ils étaient en train de rénover les chambres. Ils n'ont tout simplement pas encore terminé ce projet. J'y retournerais si le prix était correct. J'espère que la prochaine fois j'aurai une chambre mise à jour!
