Les installations de l'hôtel sont complètes, l'assainissement est propre, l'environnement est magnifique, l'air d'art est élégant, le service est attentif. Je séjourne dans la chambre avec balcon de la vue du lac de l'hôtel, le paysage en dehors de la fenêtre est très beau, les arbres sont prospères, l'eau du lac est verte, vous pouvez marcher. L'environnement de l'hôtel est magnifique pour voyager et prendre soin de se détend

Le personnel de l'hôtel était très sympathique et serviable, même le personnel de nettoyage ! J'ai adoré l'ambiance ! L'hôtel était spacieux et propre ! On nous a même offert des biscuits frais en guise de bienvenue ! Le seul bémol était l'absence de poubelle dans la chambre et le bruit incessant des locataires de l'étage. Il y a de nombreux restaurants coréens à proximité, mais les prix sont assez élevés.

Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort and it was the perfect choice for our family Disneyland vacation. The location is incredibly convenient — just a pleasant 10-15 minute walk to the entrance of Disneyland and Disney California Adventure. No need for shuttles or expensive parking; we could easily head to the parks in the morning and come back for a quick rest whenever we wanted. The hotel offers 24/7 customer service, which was a real lifesaver after long days at the theme parks. Whether we needed extra towels, help with directions, or late-night recommendations, the staff was always available and responsive. Speaking of service, the overall staff was friendly, helpful, and professional — they truly made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. One small suggestion for improvement: while breakfast is available, I wish there were even more variety and options for breakfast choices. A wider selection of international dishes, healthier alternatives, or more customizable stations would make the morning meal even better, especially for families with different preferences. Overall, the rooms were comfortable, the pool area was relaxing, and the hotel has a nice, modern vibe after recent updates. If you’re looking for a convenient, well-serviced hotel close to Disneyland, I would definitely recommend the Sheraton Park Hotel at Anaheim Resort. Great for making the most of your Disney trip!

Les installations de l'hôtel sont diversifiées et très pratique. Malheureusement, l'attitude de service n'est pas très amicale. Je suis venue à l'hôtel à 15 h avec mes enfants. La réception a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de chambre prête. Je vous prie de nous revenir à 3 h après-midi. Nous reviendrons après le déjeuner. À environ 4 h, la réception nous a organisé une chambre près de l'ascenseur. Nous sommes montés après avoir vu, Nous leur demanderons de changer de chambre, nous leur dirons que nous avons une autre chambre pour vous, mais nous n'avons pas d'autre chambre pour vous. Comme nous avons passé trois nuits à dire que nous ne pouvions pas accepter une chambre si proche de l'ascenseur, le personnel de la réception a été envoyé au directeur et le directeur a dit qu'il pouvait changer de chambre. Mais trois nuits, les lits ne sont pas propres, moi et mes enfants sont tous les jours coupés par des insectes, les mains et les pieds et les dos sont tous les jours coupés, douloureux et douloureux.

Grande location pour Disneyland. Parking sécurisé. Très belle et propre chambre. Contrôle gratuit à l'entrée et à la sortie.

La chambre était très propre et j'ai pu y séjourner confortablement. Il y a également une navette gratuite pour Disneyland, mais elle est également accessible à pied. Vous pourrez également apercevoir le feu d'artifice de Disneyland. Le petit déjeuner était également très délicieux ! J'étais pleine de bonheur dès le matin 😚 J'aimerais certainement rester ici à nouveau si j'en ai l'occasion !

Extremely convenient for Disneyland, with the shuttle bus stop located directly in front of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and kindly allowed us to check in early, which we truly appreciated. The room was very spacious, with a separate bedroom and living area. We were very pleased, and my friend was also very satisfied.

The staff were very friendly. I took the Amtrak train and arrived at the hotel in the morning. I was able to check in around 10 a.m. and felt so happy. The hotel is located close to Disneyland. The room was clean and spacious, with a soft bed and great amenities. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay.

The water pressure in the shower was terrible! The water was just trickling out of the shower head! Then the water got cold while I was still showering! What should have only taken 7 minutes to shower ended up taking 20 minutes! Just terrible! The sofa couch had no sheets, no pillows. The food was good except that there was only one waffle maker for everyone to use so I didn’t get a waffle. Then now the icing on top of the cake was a bus with a trailer behind it was parked in the red zone on the back of the hotel where I was parked. I have a big truck and I could not back up and get out! There were cars on both sides of me! I went back to the desk and Destiny, who was so nice tried to help me. She went to the bus trying to locate the bus driver, to no avail. Then she spoke with someone that was on the bus and he did not know where the bus driver was either! Finally the people who were parked to my left came out and were leaving, thank goodness! I finally was then able to back out and leave! I just had a very bad experience. Plus the hotel’s location was very far from Disneyland and in a semi bad area. I don’t know that I would recommend this hotel. Basically this hotel caused me some incredible stressed experience. Not good!
