Hôtels 3 étoiles à Comte d'Orange

Nous sommes ici une ou deux fois par an pendant au moins cinq ans. Il est toujours amiable, propre avec le meilleur petit déjeuner! Juste quelques choses cassées cette fois, mais ils vont le réparer rapidement. Bon endroit.

La position est très bonne. Les installations, le service et la clairance sont très bonnes. Le petit déjeuner est très varié, beaucoup de gens sont très populaires. Je veux vivre une fois de plus.

I was generally satisfied with the location, facilities, breakfast, and overall service. However, I was not satisfied with the housekeeping and cleaning service. Housekeeping was provided daily except on weekends, but the quality varied from day to day. On some days, it seemed like only the towels were replaced. On other days, the trash bins were emptied, but tissues were left scattered on the floor. There were also days when the housekeeping was done perfectly. I’m not sure why there is such a difference in service quality. I hope more consistent service can be provided. Additionally, even after the cleaning service, I noticed small pieces of trash on the floor. However, the trash was not mine, and I couldn't understand why it was on the floor of my bedroom. Overall, it was a good place to stay and I was satisfied in general. If the housekeeping and cleaning services are improved, it could become an even better accommodation.

Impossible de battre vraiment l'emplacement - il est à seulement 5 minutes à pied à Toy Story parking lot et il est plus facile d'entrer dans la Disneyland depuis que la sécurité est dégagée au parking lot (il y a plus de foule aux portes de sécurité au parc)

Location est près de la sortie de la route, cependant, la construction se déroule particulièrement à la nuit

Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

The water pressure in the shower was terrible! The water was just trickling out of the shower head! Then the water got cold while I was still showering! What should have only taken 7 minutes to shower ended up taking 20 minutes! Just terrible! The sofa couch had no sheets, no pillows. The food was good except that there was only one waffle maker for everyone to use so I didn’t get a waffle. Then now the icing on top of the cake was a bus with a trailer behind it was parked in the red zone on the back of the hotel where I was parked. I have a big truck and I could not back up and get out! There were cars on both sides of me! I went back to the desk and Destiny, who was so nice tried to help me. She went to the bus trying to locate the bus driver, to no avail. Then she spoke with someone that was on the bus and he did not know where the bus driver was either! Finally the people who were parked to my left came out and were leaving, thank goodness! I finally was then able to back out and leave! I just had a very bad experience. Plus the hotel’s location was very far from Disneyland and in a semi bad area. I don’t know that I would recommend this hotel. Basically this hotel caused me some incredible stressed experience. Not good!

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est bon, près de Disneyland, en face du grand supermarché et du parking, généralement moins cher du lundi au jeudi, le prix est relativement cher du vendredi au dimanche, surtout le samedi est cher

Très propre ! Pas trop loin de Disneyland et nous avons trouvé un parking les deux jours qui est un besoin pour moi. Mes seuls problèmes étaient lors de l'entrée, l'homme qui m'a aidé était extrêmement gentil, mais la femme sur le compteur à côté de lui était très rude et a pris mon ID de lui et regardait à elle et puis à moi très accusant. Je ne sais pas si elle pensait que c'était faux ou quoi, mais c'était terrible et très rude. Ma deuxième question était que quand nous sommes descendus pour le petit déjeuner à 8 h 30 (le petit déjeuner se termine à 9 h 30), ils étaient presque complètement hors de la nourriture (tous ce qui restait étaient des pommes de terre, des céréales et des farines d'orange) et quand nous avons demandé au personnel de la cuisine s'ils allaient. Pas une expérience terrible, mais si je paie beaucoup, j'attendrais un meilleur service.

El hotel está bien situado para ir a Disney, con paradas de autobús, buenos servicios alrededor y el hotel recién reformado muy limpio,,, solo tiene un problema, el tema de insonorización está muy mal, si te toca una habitación de la planta baja vas a oír todas las pisadas y la TV de los vecinos de al lado, pero si solo vas a dormir como yo cuando hemos venido de Disney, no vas a tener problemas ya que llegas reventado. El desayuno ligero y la cafetera deberían de poner alguna más profesional y no la de cápsulas,, pero el precio del hotel es insuperable,,, calidad precio no vas a encontrar nada mejor por la zona.
