Hôtels 3 étoiles à Comte d'Orange

Nous sommes ici une ou deux fois par an pendant au moins cinq ans. Il est toujours amiable, propre avec le meilleur petit déjeuner! Juste quelques choses cassées cette fois, mais ils vont le réparer rapidement. Bon endroit.

Location confortable, spacieux et propre. Le personnel est amical et utile.

La position est très bonne. Les installations, le service et la clairance sont très bonnes. Le petit déjeuner est très varié, beaucoup de gens sont très populaires. Je veux vivre une fois de plus.

Impossible de battre vraiment l'emplacement - il est à seulement 5 minutes à pied à Toy Story parking lot et il est plus facile d'entrer dans la Disneyland depuis que la sécurité est dégagée au parking lot (il y a plus de foule aux portes de sécurité au parc)

Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

La chambre est grande et propre. La force de Wi-Fi est également bonne. Mais si les ondes radios externes sont faibles et le Wi-Fi est faible, c'est un niveau difficile. La chambre est propre chaque jour. Le petit déjeuner est optionnel. Chaque étage a des micro-ondes très utiles. Le réfrigérateur est grand et facile à utiliser. Le torpedo est normal. L'autoroute est à côté, mais le bruit n'est pas important. Si j'ai une chance, je veux rester ici une fois de plus. La seule plainte est que le cuisinier à laver est faible, à moins que le cuisinier ne soit deux fois, il ne secera pas complètement, donc il faudra du temps. Facile pour les affaires et les visites!

The water pressure in the shower was terrible! The water was just trickling out of the shower head! Then the water got cold while I was still showering! What should have only taken 7 minutes to shower ended up taking 20 minutes! Just terrible! The sofa couch had no sheets, no pillows. The food was good except that there was only one waffle maker for everyone to use so I didn’t get a waffle. Then now the icing on top of the cake was a bus with a trailer behind it was parked in the red zone on the back of the hotel where I was parked. I have a big truck and I could not back up and get out! There were cars on both sides of me! I went back to the desk and Destiny, who was so nice tried to help me. She went to the bus trying to locate the bus driver, to no avail. Then she spoke with someone that was on the bus and he did not know where the bus driver was either! Finally the people who were parked to my left came out and were leaving, thank goodness! I finally was then able to back out and leave! I just had a very bad experience. Plus the hotel’s location was very far from Disneyland and in a semi bad area. I don’t know that I would recommend this hotel. Basically this hotel caused me some incredible stressed experience. Not good!

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est bon, près de Disneyland, en face du grand supermarché et du parking, généralement moins cher du lundi au jeudi, le prix est relativement cher du vendredi au dimanche, surtout le samedi est cher

地理位置方便，早餐湊合吧，典型美式早餐，衹能説將就。主要是周邊吃飯的地方比較多，但又離disney那樣的鬧市有一定距離，比較安靜。靠近路邊的房間有點吵，後來換了一個靠裡麪的房間，終於睡了個好覺

L'hôtel est bien situé pour aller à Disney, avec des arrêts d'autobus, de bons services autour et l'hôtel récentment réformé très propre,,, a seulement un problème, le thème de l'insonorisation est très mauvais, Si vous touchez une chambre de bas, vous entendrez toutes les traces et la télévision des voisins de l'autre côté, mais si vous dormirez comme moi quand on vient de Disney, vous n'aurez pas de problèmes, puisque vous êtes en panne. Le petit déjeuner léger et le café devraient mettre un peu plus professionnel et non pas celui des capsules, mais le prix de l'hôtel est insurmontable,,, qualité prix vous ne trouverez rien de meilleur dans la zone.
