Hôtels à Samarcande avec petit déjeuner

Ce bel hôtel possède une cave à vin au rez-de-chaussée et se situe à proximité de la gare, à 12 minutes à pied – très pratique ! Le centre-ville est à 20 minutes en taxi. Points négatifs : Il faisait froid, il n'y avait pas de chauffage dans la chambre, nous avons donc passé une nuit glaciale ! (Il faisait 10 degrés dehors, la chambre était donc froide aussi.) Les fenêtres donnaient sur la rue, l'insonorisation était donc catastrophique ! On entendait tout dehors et dans le couloir ! La chambre sentait la cigarette ! On aurait dit que quelqu'un avait fumé dedans. Nous avons essayé d'aérer, mais l'odeur persistait ! Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, mais ils ont refusé, prétextant qu'il n'y avait plus de chambres disponibles ! Déçu ! Ils ont prolongé notre séjour de 6 heures pour la moitié du prix ! Points positifs : La chambre était bien équipée, avec notamment un peignoir, mais bizarrement, il n'y en avait qu'un seul, alors que j'avais réservé pour deux. La douche était cassée, et les deux douches (y compris la douche de tête) avaient apparemment des trous bouchés, ce qui provoquait des fuites d'eau sur le côté. Cela s'est produit dans les deux douches, rendant la douche très désagréable. Seulement deux oreillers ; j'en aurais préféré quatre. Points positifs : Petits déjeuners corrects, café à disposition. Chambres belles, propres et confortables. Une table et un fer à repasser sont disponibles dans le couloir. Lits confortables.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pour la deuxième fois, car nous allions à Boukhara. Cette fois-ci, on nous a attribué une chambre différente, au troisième étage. J'avais déjà décrit tous les points positifs et négatifs dans mon précédent commentaire, mais malheureusement, il y avait un inconvénient majeur : la ventilation de notre chambre était extrêmement bruyante. Impossible de l'éteindre. Lorsque nous avons appelé le personnel, on nous a expliqué qu'il s'agissait de la ventilation du restaurant et qu'elle serait coupée vers 22h30. Résultat : la ventilation a fait du bruit toute la nuit, et personne ne l'a éteinte. De plus, toute la chambre était imprégnée d'une forte odeur de friture. C'était tout simplement insupportable. Nous n'avons ni changé de chambre ni porté plainte, car il était tard, nous voulions dormir et notre vol était tôt le lendemain matin, mais ce désagrément a considérablement gâché notre séjour.

The place is amazing! It's located in the center, but a little hidden, so it's always quiet there. It is very comfortable and the atmosphere there is nice. It’s like being in a village with your grandparents. If I come to Samarkand again, I will definitely stay at this place.

We arrived at 12:30 and Asadbek from the front desk offered us an early check in. The hotel look new and has great amenities. However, when we went down for breakfast / food at 10:15am, we learned that there was no food served between 10-11 am in their restaurant, even though the restaurant claimed to be 24/7 🤷♀️ The room also jumped fuse twice (once a day) , but the engineers came immediately to fix it. Overall, a solid 4 star hotel.

We are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.) What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.” This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service. By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!

C'était la basse saison, l'hôtel était donc vide, mais il y avait toujours quelqu'un à la réception qui parlait anglais et qui se faisait un plaisir de fournir des explications et des indications utiles concernant les services de l'hôtel, le petit-déjeuner, les visites touristiques et le change de devises. L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine intérieure et d'un sauna, que l'on peut réserver à l'heure. Ces installations étaient très agréables. Je recommanderais cet hôtel à toute personne recherchant une ambiance locale différente des hôtels occidentaux et qui privilégie un établissement doté de prestations de qualité. Bien qu'il soit un peu éloigné de la mosquée Bibi-Khanym, la place du Registan est facilement accessible en cinq minutes à pied environ ; son emplacement était donc idéal.

I’m sorry I really wanted to give you guys a good rating. The hosts are very friendly and nice, location is good BUT. 1. You advertise yourself as Free WiFi zone in your signage but your WiFi doesn’t work. You said you will fix it but you didn’t. 2. Because of this I used up all my data and at 4am in the morning I had to go to the lobby to get an emergency eSIM. 3. The shower is ridiculously tiny and the angle is so high only a person who is 1.8m or higher can shower properly. The hot water is so sensitive it is either cold or scalding hot. 4. In the morning there was a dripping sound on top of my room that woke me up. It sounded like someone knocking from 4am for 3 hours straight. 5. My room did not have toilet tissues and I had to request for it. It’s a great location and the lobby looks nice. But it’s the whole experience people need for a good stay. It will take a lot of work and investment but this hotel can be a great hotel if the owners are willing to properly fix it up. Not just cosmetically. Good luck

The hotel is in a very strategic location, close to Registan Square, historical sites, and Siyob Bazaar, all within walking distance. We stayed for 4 nights. The first night, we had a spacious room with good amenities, but the air conditioner was old and hot. We requested to move to a room downstairs; the room was smaller and lacked amenities like a kettle, and drinking water was not provided, but the air conditioner worked well. Breakfast had limited options and was minimal. The staff, made up of family members, were very helpful. This hotel can be considered as one of the options. It is recommended that the management upgrade the breakfast and provide some essential facilities for tourists.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Samarkand. The staff are friendly, the hotel is clean, and the breakfast is quite decent. Above all, however, the location is excellent. Samarkand has several international chain hotels, but many of them are located farther from the city center, which can make it less convenient for travelers to get around in the early morning or at night. For me, one of the great pleasures of traveling is being able to take an unplanned evening walk, come across a busy local restaurant or pub, and stop in for a simple meal or a drink. I think many travelers feel the same way, and this hotel is very well located for that kind of experience. If you are a runner, the location is even better. From the hotel, you can run along the boulevard with the Amir Timur statue and continue to Registan Square. The round trip is roughly 5 km. If you extend the route to Bibi-Khanym Mosque, it becomes about 7 km. One of the best things about running while traveling is the scenery you get to enjoy along the way. On a simple 5–7 km jog from this hotel, you can pass many of Samarkand’s major sights, including Gur-e-Amir, the Amir Timur statue, Registan Square, Siyob Bazaar, and Bibi-Khanym Mosque. Being able to see so much of the city during a short morning run is a real advantage. Overall, I would especially recommend this hotel to independent travelers who do not enjoy simply following a fixed itinerary—leaving with a guide in the morning, returning with the guide in the evening, sleeping, and repeating the same routine the next day. If you like exploring a city on your own, walking around the neighborhood, eating where locals eat, or going out for a morning run, this is a very good base in Samarkand. I have stayed at several other hotels in this area, and considering the location, cleanliness, service, and overall convenience, this was the best one for me.
