La chambre était propre et bien rangée, avec tout le confort nécessaire, et j'y ai passé un séjour très agréable. L'hôtel est situé en plein centre-ville, à proximité des principaux sites touristiques, ce qui facilite grandement les visites. Les propriétaires sont une famille du coin, et cela se voit qu'ils prennent grand soin de l'entretien et de la gestion de l'établissement.

Ce séjour a été fantastique ! J'ai fait une erreur lors de ma réservation, mais l'hôtel a résolu le problème avec patience et efficacité. Le personnel était incroyablement aimable et serviable, notamment pour mes bagages. Le service était exceptionnel. L'hôtel était très propre et confortable. Nous nous sommes réveillés tard et craignions de rater le petit-déjeuner, mais l'hôtel proposait un petit-déjeuner à la carte de style occidental et du café fraîchement moulu, délicieux. Le service était très attentionné. L'emplacement est également très pratique, tout près de la gare, ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements. Nous avons choisi cet hôtel car nous ne souhaitions pas loger près du cimetière. Il se situe à environ 5 kilomètres du site, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement en taxi. Tout au long de notre séjour, nous avons été touchés par la chaleur et la gentillesse du peuple ouzbek. Un séjour parfait, que je recommande vivement. Je choisirai sans hésiter cet hôtel lors de mon prochain voyage !

Les installations étaient parfaites pour le prix, j'ai donc passé un excellent séjour sans aucun reproche. Le propriétaire était très sympathique. J'y ai rencontré de bons amis et ce fut un moment merveilleux.

I’m sorry I really wanted to give you guys a good rating. The hosts are very friendly and nice, location is good BUT. 1. You advertise yourself as Free WiFi zone in your signage but your WiFi doesn’t work. You said you will fix it but you didn’t. 2. Because of this I used up all my data and at 4am in the morning I had to go to the lobby to get an emergency eSIM. 3. The shower is ridiculously tiny and the angle is so high only a person who is 1.8m or higher can shower properly. The hot water is so sensitive it is either cold or scalding hot. 4. In the morning there was a dripping sound on top of my room that woke me up. It sounded like someone knocking from 4am for 3 hours straight. 5. My room did not have toilet tissues and I had to request for it. It’s a great location and the lobby looks nice. But it’s the whole experience people need for a good stay. It will take a lot of work and investment but this hotel can be a great hotel if the owners are willing to properly fix it up. Not just cosmetically. Good luck

Очень хороший сервис парни на ресепшен молодцы локации отличный еще если на электромашины кто останется в этот отель здесь можно зарядит мошину. Ну класс чистота на и выше . И завтрак стоит того вкусно и седобна.

La position géographique est très bonne, à 10 minutes à pied de la place Registristan. Trois chambres, une salle de bains (qui a été réparée plus tard), une chambre climatisée n'est pas très froide (la température intérieure de 25/26 est de 1 heure après l'ouverture du vent le plus grand de 17°). Remplacer tous les jours les toilettes et les équipements sanitaires, envoyer un petit-déjeuner avant le petit-déjeuner et en emballer un petit-déjeuner, pour être loué. En général, il est encore recommandé. La position géographique est très bonne. Il est très pratique de passer 2 nuits consécutives pour voir le show de la place (aucun show de rayonnement ne pluie le premier jour, le lendemain). Si vous habitez ailleurs, beaucoup de gens se sentent pas très pratique de se déplacer à la place après avoir vu le show.

This place feels more like a small guesthouse than a regular hotel. There is no hotel sign yet, and the building itself is still partially unfinished, so arriving for the first time can be a little confusing. But the location is already properly listed on both Yandex Maps and Google Maps, making it still quite easy to find. It is also only around 1.2 km from Registan Square, so walking there is very manageable. The staff were extremely kind and responsive throughout the stay. They spoke English well and were easy to contact, which was especially helpful since I arrived around midnight. Despite the late arrival, the check-in process was smooth and stress-free. I booked a double room, which did not have a private bathroom and instead used a shared one. The room itself was spacious and clean, although the bed was a bit firm. The hotel also has a shared kitchen, which was very useful during the stay. Overall, a comfortable stay with very kind staff, especially for travelers looking for a more budget-friendly option.

L'hôtel est situé entre les sites de visites. Pour les voyageurs qui choisissent le tram et le bus, vous choisissez la bonne position car à l'opposé de l'hôtel juste sur la route, il y a une arrêt de tram et d'autobus. Le bus 22 est à la fois pratique et abordable, et je recommande très bien.
