Hôtels à Tachkent avec petit déjeuner

Останавливались в DoubleTree by Hilton Tashkent на два дня и остались в полном восторге ! Самого порога чувствуешь фирменный уют сети ! При заселении дают теплое печенье -такая милая деталь , которая сразу поднимает настроение . Мы брали улучшенный номер , он был очень стильным , современный дизайн с нотками местного колорита , удобная кровать с отличным матрасом спали как младенцы ))) . Понравилась шумоизоляция , в ванной все нужные принадлежности , мягкие халаты , тапочки , отличная косметика . Уборка каждый день , без навязчивости .  Отдельно хочется поблагодарить Каноле и Рухмона за отзывчивость и понимание , готовые помочь буквально с любыми вопросами .  В общем DoubleTree by Hilton Tashkent - отличный вариант для семейного отдыха . Обязательно вернемся  сюда снова ❤️

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. On m'a attribué une chambre triple alors que je voyageais seul, et je les en remercie. Les lits étaient spacieux, les équipements fonctionnaient parfaitement et le petit-déjeuner était copieux et délicieux. Le personnel jeune et charmant de la réception était accueillant et très agréable. Le quartier est calme, à proximité des parcs, de la salle omnisports et du centre commercial Tashkent City Mall. Un grand merci à Said, à la réceptionniste et à tout le personnel. Un très bon hôtel, un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

I stayed at Hilton Tashkent City for four day, and the experience was deeply disappointing, mainly due to poor housekeeping, indifferent staff, and an overall lack of respect toward guests. Upon check-in, I discovered that the shampoo bottle was empty and the tissue box was empty. I immediately left a written note for housekeeping requesting to refill amenities and clean the room. However, when I returned later, the room had not been cleaned at all, and none of the requested items were refilled. When I contacted the staff again to request shampoo, tissues, and bottles of water, they were delivered one by one, as if each item required a separate reminder. This created a strong impression that guest comfort is not a priority, and that requests are treated carelessly and easily forgotten. The attitude of the reception staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. At times, it felt as though guests were an inconvenience rather than the purpose of the hotel. When raising complaints, the response was slow and dismissive, making me feel that it was better not to complain at all because no one truly cared. Despite spending over $1,000 on a very short stay, the checkout experience was particularly unpleasant. On the day of departure, my wife and I were repeatedly pressured to check out early. Even after showing confirmation from the booking website stating that checkout was before 13:00, the staff continued to argue that “before” meant leaving immediately. They knocked on the door once and called the room twice demanding checkout. I eventually left the room at 12:50, yet the pressure and tone were completely unacceptable. This hotel seriously fails to meet the service standards expected from the Hilton brand. The lack of care, poor communication, and dismissive attitude toward paying guests made the stay stressful rather than comfortable. I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made in staff training and guest service culture.

The housekeeping schedule is inconsistent—sometimes in the morning, sometimes at noon, and occasionally late in the afternoon—which isn't very convenient if you're working inside the room. Also, I've noticed that staff often forget to leave bottled water. Fortunately, there's a Korzinka nearby, so I usually just go buy some myself.

L'ambiance est excellente, le personnel est très agréable et l'hôtel est idéalement situé, à quelques centaines de mètres de nombreux restaurants. Il est également proche de l'aéroport et du parc d'attractions Magic Park. Un membre du personnel, Nosir, est particulièrement serviable ; il parle un anglais impeccable, est très facile d'approche et m'a même aidé à passer des appels téléphoniques.

J'ai réservé ce séjour à l'hôtel pour mes parents âgés. À leur arrivée, ils n'ont pas été accueillis par le réceptionniste. Lors de la réservation, j'avais constaté que l'arrivée se faisait après 10h et le départ après 14h. Surpris, j'ai appelé l'hôtel pour confirmer ces informations et les informer que mes parents arriveraient avant 10h (j'étais prêt à payer un supplément si nécessaire). Le représentant de l'hôtel m'a alors indiqué que l'arrivée se faisait après 14h et le départ avant 10h le lendemain matin, ajoutant qu'il « trouverait une solution » et que je ne devais pas m'inquiéter. J'ai immédiatement contacté le service client de trip.com et j'ai pu confirmer que grâce à mon programme de fidélité, je bénéficiais d'horaires d'arrivée et de départ privilégiés. Par conséquent, cher réceptionniste Bekhzod, si vous n'êtes pas au courant, merci de ne pas donner l'impression de faire une exception ou une faveur : cela ne vous concernait en rien ! Points négatifs : — J'avais réservé une chambre spécifique avec des meubles marron, mais mes parents ont séjourné dans une chambre de même taille avec des meubles gris (attention, la chambre ne correspond pas à la photo). — Il y avait trois pommes de douche dans la salle de bain, et la principale (pomme de douche effet pluie) ne fonctionnait pas ! Points positifs : — Trip.com indique que cet hôtel n'a pas d'ascenseur, or il y en a un, et un grand, magnifique et équipé de miroirs ! — Le personnel de ménage et d'entretien était aimable et attentionné. — Bekhzod, le réceptionniste, a fait preuve d'une grande patience avec mon père, qui souffre de troubles mentaux. C'est lui qui a aidé mes parents à commander des taxis via Yandex (un grand merci !). — Le petit-déjeuner était bon, mais les viennoiseries étaient meilleures. — Un supermarché Korzinka se trouve à proximité, accessible à pied. Dans l'ensemble, tout était correct, mais je ne choisirais pas cet hôtel pour un prochain séjour à Tachkent.

La chambre était petite. Nous avions réservé un lit king-size, mais nous nous sommes retrouvés avec deux lits simples collés l'un à l'autre. Un enfoncement de dix centimètres au milieu a perturbé notre sommeil. Les draps étaient simplement posés à plat, mal entretenus. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux, avec de délicieux gâteaux et un excellent melon miel, moelleux, sucré et délicieux. Je le recommande vivement.

Ramada Encore Tashkent offers comfortable rooms with modern design and good facilities. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful, and the location is convenient for getting around the city. Breakfast was decent with enough variety. Overall, it is a reliable and comfortable choice in Tashkent.

Finding the hotel was challenging. Took me circumvate the entire train station twice when I finally called them for direction. Imagine the station is huge & with my luggages & crossing the security twice, even the security were clueless. The front desk lady was sweet & nice to walk out & directed me. That was a huge help. I think they should place clear signages. Check-In process was a nightmare. They couldn’t confirmed my booking even though I have shown the confirmed voucher online. After much deliberation they accepted my booking. Next come the payment. None of my cards was accepted even though i have been using them throughout my 2 weeks travel in Uzbekistan. They would not allow me to check in until full payment was made. Since I only have USD, they insist that I change at the nearest bank. A nice consolation was that a young front desk staff willingly to walk me to the hotel. All these took me around 2 stressful hours walking in & out & around. The hostel is very new. Super huge room, again brand new. Super clean. But I don’t understand why not a single basic amenities was provided; body soap or shampoo. The front desk however promptly provided upon request the following day. I believe most who stayed usually 1-night. The location was almost perfect, if only the hotel guests don’t need to keep going through the security scanning every each time both going in & out. Imagine I’m staying 3 nights. My advice please ensure you have local SOM for payment in case your card is not accepted. The hotel is on the left end of the station (if you exit from the train looking towards the building station) it’s better that you call them once you feel lost as the assist you the direction. Just be mindful that you need to go through the security scan every each time you enter & exit. However, if someone planning a train connection to other cities, this is 100% spot on recommended. I would like to commend on the front staff lady, Dildora for her professionalism & calm demeanour. Thank you.

Mon séjour au Retro Palace a été une expérience globalement agréable et mémorable. L'hôtel offre un charmant mélange de design classique et de confort moderne, ce qui en fait un excellent choix pour les voyageurs appréciant une atmosphère unique. Dès mon arrivée, le personnel s'est montré accueillant, professionnel et toujours prêt à répondre à mes demandes, ce qui a immédiatement créé une première impression positive. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et décorée avec goût dans un style rétro qui lui conférait un caractère distinctif. Le lit était confortable et toutes les commodités essentielles étaient présentes, notamment une connexion Wi-Fi fiable, la climatisation et une salle de bain impeccable. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le souci du détail dans la décoration intérieure, qui a ajouté une touche chaleureuse et élégante à mon séjour. L'emplacement du Retro Palace est un autre atout majeur. Idéalement situé à proximité des principales attractions, des restaurants et des transports en commun, il permet d'explorer facilement les environs. Que ce soit pour un voyage d'affaires ou de loisirs, l'accessibilité de l'hôtel est un avantage indéniable. Côté équipements, l'hôtel offre tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. Bien qu'il ne s'agisse pas d'un établissement de luxe, son rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Les espaces communs sont impeccables et l'ambiance générale est détendue et accueillante. J'ai également trouvé les formalités d'arrivée et de départ simples et efficaces. Un petit bémol : le choix au petit-déjeuner gagnerait à être plus varié. Cependant, cela n'a pas gâché mon séjour, car il y a de nombreux restaurants à proximité. En résumé, je recommande vivement le Retro Palace aux voyageurs en quête d'un hébergement confortable, élégant et à prix raisonnable. Son service chaleureux, son emplacement idéal et son design unique en font un excellent choix pour quiconque visite la région. J'y retournerais avec plaisir.
