We are from Israel with experience in dozens of hotels around the world, including Uzbekistan. We had an excellent experience. A new hotel of the highest standard, clean, modern and close to everything you need, including the airport. The receptionist Maftuna was humane with a wealth of knowledge and information and gave us personal attention throughout our stay. The breakfast is rich and very tasty. Thank you Maftuna

We stayed at Mövenpick Tashkent Old City and were truly impressed with every aspect of our experience. The hotel is new, beautiful, modern, and exceptionally comfortable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly, assisted with check-in promptly, and made to feel at home. A particularly thoughtful touch was the personalized welcome letter and complimentary treats waiting for us in the room. Small gestures like these reflect the hotel’s genuine care for its guests and create a memorable experience. Le personnel est très hospitalier et le service est excellent , ils vont se déplacer pour satisfaire les clients et aider si vous avez besoin de quelque chose . Elle nous a même offert un café pour prendre un petit déjeuner et même un verre de bienvenue pendant que nous avons pris un petit déjeuner buffet . Le service est comme Ritz Carlton, mais une fraction du prix. Si je reviens dans la taschett, je resterai certainement à cet hôtel.

L'hôtel est parmi les meilleurs. Le service est impeccable. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Le personnel est très professionnel. Ce que je préfère le plus est le bar confortable situé au 1er étage de l'hôtel. Je passerais des heures dans le bar littéralement laissant le souffle. Il reviendra certainement la prochaine fois.

I stayed at Hilton Tashkent City for four day, and the experience was deeply disappointing, mainly due to poor housekeeping, indifferent staff, and an overall lack of respect toward guests. Upon check-in, I discovered that the shampoo bottle was empty and the tissue box was empty. I immediately left a written note for housekeeping requesting to refill amenities and clean the room. However, when I returned later, the room had not been cleaned at all, and none of the requested items were refilled. When I contacted the staff again to request shampoo, tissues, and bottles of water, they were delivered one by one, as if each item required a separate reminder. This created a strong impression that guest comfort is not a priority, and that requests are treated carelessly and easily forgotten. The attitude of the reception staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. At times, it felt as though guests were an inconvenience rather than the purpose of the hotel. When raising complaints, the response was slow and dismissive, making me feel that it was better not to complain at all because no one truly cared. Despite spending over $1,000 on a very short stay, the checkout experience was particularly unpleasant. On the day of departure, my wife and I were repeatedly pressured to check out early. Even after showing confirmation from the booking website stating that checkout was before 13:00, the staff continued to argue that “before” meant leaving immediately. They knocked on the door once and called the room twice demanding checkout. I eventually left the room at 12:50, yet the pressure and tone were completely unacceptable. This hotel seriously fails to meet the service standards expected from the Hilton brand. The lack of care, poor communication, and dismissive attitude toward paying guests made the stay stressful rather than comfortable. I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made in staff training and guest service culture.

Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Comme partout on ne devrait pas attendre une grande variété de produits quotidiens, mais on est compensé par des légumes et des fruits frais. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Chauffage uniquement par air conditionné.

Really nice experience at Swissôtel Tashkent. Clean and stylish rooms, friendly staff, and a peaceful atmosphere. Everything felt comfortable and well organized — would happily stay again.

hotel is getting tired, still ok, but.. the choice on breakfast was wide, so always possible to find what to eat. Brought me a birthday cake, the gift, it was really nice gesture. And cake was tasty, from the 1st floor cafeteria. Coffee there was also good, so very reccoment it.

L'hôtel est très proche de la gare, à environ 10 minutes à pied en ligne droite, ce qui le rend idéal si vous souhaitez être proche de la gare. Les installations de l'hôtel sont neuves et très propres. La chambre est spacieuse et la salle de bain aussi. La salle de bain dispose d'équipements tels qu'une brosse à dents, une crème à raser et un peigne. Tout est très moderne dans la chambre. La hauteur du matelas du lit est un peu élevée ; Dans mon cas, je n'ai pas eu de problème car je suis grand, mais je pense que pour une personne de petite taille, la hauteur du lit serait un peu élevée. Il y a des travaux en cours à côté de l'hôtel, mais heureusement, vous n'entendez aucun bruit avec les fenêtres fermées, alors ne vous inquiétez pas, ce n'est pas un problème. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, un buffet avec une grande variété de pains, fruits, noix, bonbons, fromages, yaourts, chocolats, etc. Vous pouvez également commander des œufs brouillés ou au plat, comme vous le souhaitez. Le personnel du restaurant est très sympathique et toujours attentif à tout.

Останавливался на 3 ночи. Хороший, в целом, бутик отель . На завтрак все основное есть, понравилась мини самса в первый день. Не мешало бы добавить фоновую музыку, а то в полной тишине кушать странно. Вот бассейн и сауна думал что классно - полноценный большой бассейн и тренажерный зал в отдельном фитнес клубе рядом. Но по факту - приходится нести с собой вещи, идти по улице, а было прохладно. Никаких правил портье не рассказал . А там не хотели без тапочек пускать и давать полотенце. По сути, окунулся 1 раз, посидел 5 минут в сауне и больше не ходил. Удобнее все же когда все в отеле находится. С решением проблем на ресепшен помогали, за что спасибо. Уборка номеров не ежедневно, только когда нажал «уберите номер» - вынести мусор и убрались, а так может бы и не приходили ни разу за 3 дня. Не помешало бы иметь ещё бритвенный набор помимо зубного. И поменяйте жидкое мыло для рук - ну это же колхоз, хотя бы нормальный диспенсер поставьте красивый. Рядом ещё рестики, удобно. От аэропорта тоже 10 минут езды. Рекомендовать смело могу
