We stayed at Mövenpick Tashkent Old City and were truly impressed with every aspect of our experience. The hotel is new, beautiful, modern, and exceptionally comfortable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly, assisted with check-in promptly, and made to feel at home. A particularly thoughtful touch was the personalized welcome letter and complimentary treats waiting for us in the room. Small gestures like these reflect the hotel’s genuine care for its guests and create a memorable experience. We would like to extend our special thanks to Ilhomjon, who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. He was always ready to assist with any questions, recommended wonderful places to visit in Tashkent, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We would also like to highlight the excellent service, outstanding hospitality, and delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. Thank you to the entire Mövenpick Tashkent Old City team for your warm hospitality and dedication to guest satisfaction. I stayed at Hilton Tashkent City for four day, and the experience was deeply disappointing, mainly due to poor housekeeping, indifferent staff, and an overall lack of respect toward guests. Upon check-in, I discovered that the shampoo bottle was empty and the tissue box was empty. I immediately left a written note for housekeeping requesting to refill amenities and clean the room. However, when I returned later, the room had not been cleaned at all, and none of the requested items were refilled. When I contacted the staff again to request shampoo, tissues, and bottles of water, they were delivered one by one, as if each item required a separate reminder. This created a strong impression that guest comfort is not a priority, and that requests are treated carelessly and easily forgotten. The attitude of the reception staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. At times, it felt as though guests were an inconvenience rather than the purpose of the hotel. When raising complaints, the response was slow and dismissive, making me feel that it was better not to complain at all because no one truly cared. Despite spending over $1,000 on a very short stay, the checkout experience was particularly unpleasant. On the day of departure, my wife and I were repeatedly pressured to check out early. Even after showing confirmation from the booking website stating that checkout was before 13:00, the staff continued to argue that “before” meant leaving immediately. They knocked on the door once and called the room twice demanding checkout. I eventually left the room at 12:50, yet the pressure and tone were completely unacceptable. This hotel seriously fails to meet the service standards expected from the Hilton brand. The lack of care, poor communication, and dismissive attitude toward paying guests made the stay stressful rather than comfortable. I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made in staff training and guest service culture.

Really nice experience at Swissôtel Tashkent. Clean and stylish rooms, friendly staff, and a peaceful atmosphere. Everything felt comfortable and well organized — would happily stay again.

Excellent staff, new clean hotel with amazing breakfast. Best shakshuka I ever ever eat ! Decent fitness equipment, pool. Highly recommended!

Nous avons séjourné la chambre du roi deluxe qui est spacieux et propre. Promenade courte à la route principale, l'hôtel est calme. Facile à aller partout par ayandex Go. Variété de petit déjeuner. Prix raisonnable.

hotel is getting tired, still ok, but.. the choice on breakfast was wide, so always possible to find what to eat. Brought me a birthday cake, the gift, it was really nice gesture. And cake was tasty, from the 1st floor cafeteria. Coffee there was also good, so very reccoment it.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Manor Hotel, idéalement situé près de la gare centrale. De nombreux cafés et restaurants se trouvent à proximité. L'hôtel proposait un petit-déjeuner copieux et varié, avec des spécialités locales. L'installation d'une machine à café en libre-service au restaurant serait un atout appréciable, permettant de réduire le temps d'attente et de soulager le personnel le matin. Notre chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable. Malgré la présence d'un chantier à côté, nous n'avons subi aucune nuisance durant la journée. Seul petit bémol : les lits sont assez hauts, ce qui peut rendre l'accès difficile pour les enfants ou les personnes de petite taille. La mise à disposition d'un petit marchepied serait donc bienvenue. Nous sommes arrivés tôt, vers 6 h, et avons apprécié la possibilité d'un enregistrement anticipé à moitié prix, ce qui a grandement facilité notre arrivée. Dans l'ensemble, notre expérience a été très positive et nous reviendrons avec plaisir au Manor Hotel !

We arrived at Tashkent South train station at sunrise, but our flight wasn't until the afternoon, so we looked for a decent hotel nearby to wash up and refresh after the overnight train. Rivano Boutique Hotel was a great place to stay! The room was very clean and modern, with great a/c and water pressure. Wifi was fast. Beds were comfortable. The hotel listing has a pool, but it's actually at a fitness center down the block, and the pool is an indoor lap pool, not a place for lounging around the pool to read your book or whatever. You also have to walk outside along the boulevard to get to the fitness center, which might be a little weird if you're walking in your bathing suit or hotel bathrobe. Breakfast buffet was well stocked, good options. We're glad we booked the hotel and enjoyed our stay!

Everything started off well, but unfortunately, we did not receive the late checkout promised by trip.com. We were counting on a late checkout at 6:00 PM to catch our 7:50 PM flight. However, the front desk staff (Headboy) only allowed us to stay until 2:00 PM. After much discussion, we managed to extend it to 3:00 PM, but we still had to wait in the lobby for three more hours before heading to the airport. This experience does not reflect a customer-first hotel, and we were disappointed. On a positive note, the welcome fruit was definitely up to standard!
