Hôtel spa à Tachkent

Très propre ! Le personnel était incroyablement serviable. À mon arrivée, un mariage avait lieu dans l'immeuble voisin, ce qui m'a empêché de me détendre ou de travailler. J'aurais aimé aller ailleurs, mais le personnel m'a offert un surclassement gratuit pour mon confort ! Cet hôtel est impeccable, même les radiateurs et les petites surfaces souvent négligées lors du nettoyage. Côté emplacement, c'est correct, proche de toutes les attractions principales, mais il manque de charme et d'animation.

Hôtel exceptionnel (10/10) et personnel incroyable qui m'ont sauvé la nuit ! Cet avis est véridique à 100 %, basé sur ce qui m'est arrivé hier. Mon vol a été fortement retardé, je me suis perdue à l'aéroport et je n'avais aucune connexion internet. Je n'avais aucun plan, aucune réservation d'hôtel et aucune idée de ce que je devais faire. Par miracle, j'ai réussi à rejoindre cet hôtel et c'est là que j'ai rencontré Bobur, l'un des directeurs d'hôtel les plus gentils, serviables et attentionnés que j'aie jamais rencontrés. Non seulement il a répondu calmement à mes questions, mais il a aussi : d'abord, il a rapidement organisé un taxi pour venir me chercher à l'aéroport. Ensuite, il m'a immédiatement trouvé une chambre confortable, malgré cette situation stressante et imprévue. L'hôtel est flambant neuf, exceptionnel et absolument magnifique. Tout à l'intérieur est moderne, propre, élégant et très confortable. La chambre était chaleureuse et de grande qualité, un véritable havre de paix après une longue journée chaotique. Sans Bobur et cet hôtel exceptionnel, j'aurais été bloqué et stressé pendant des heures. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel : service impeccable, cadre magnifique et personnel aux petits soins. Parfait en tous points !

I stayed at Hilton Tashkent City for four day, and the experience was deeply disappointing, mainly due to poor housekeeping, indifferent staff, and an overall lack of respect toward guests. Upon check-in, I discovered that the shampoo bottle was empty and the tissue box was empty. I immediately left a written note for housekeeping requesting to refill amenities and clean the room. However, when I returned later, the room had not been cleaned at all, and none of the requested items were refilled. When I contacted the staff again to request shampoo, tissues, and bottles of water, they were delivered one by one, as if each item required a separate reminder. This created a strong impression that guest comfort is not a priority, and that requests are treated carelessly and easily forgotten. The attitude of the reception staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. At times, it felt as though guests were an inconvenience rather than the purpose of the hotel. When raising complaints, the response was slow and dismissive, making me feel that it was better not to complain at all because no one truly cared. Despite spending over $1,000 on a very short stay, the checkout experience was particularly unpleasant. On the day of departure, my wife and I were repeatedly pressured to check out early. Even after showing confirmation from the booking website stating that checkout was before 13:00, the staff continued to argue that “before” meant leaving immediately. They knocked on the door once and called the room twice demanding checkout. I eventually left the room at 12:50, yet the pressure and tone were completely unacceptable. This hotel seriously fails to meet the service standards expected from the Hilton brand. The lack of care, poor communication, and dismissive attitude toward paying guests made the stay stressful rather than comfortable. I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made in staff training and guest service culture.

This is the second time this summer I have stayed at this hotel and everything about it is excellent. From the reception area and the greeting I received to the room, restaurant and many other amenities. The staff around the reception area were always ready to help and very attentive in particular Doniyor who really made me feel that he was genuinely interested in making sure my stay was as pleasant as possible. The room was, just like the last time, spotlessly clean with a very comfortable with an excellent shower. A cheap and efficient laundry service is available. The breakfast buffet was first class with an excellent selection of food. I also ate lunch and dinner in the hotel and the restaurant food was wonderful. I ate all meals at the hotel over my two stays and I highly recommend it. Again the restaurant staff and in particular Elbek were very efficient and food recommendations were spot on. The hotel also offers a very well equipped gym, a sauna, steam room and pool free of charge for guests with a payable spa massage on request. I want to give a special mention to Malika, the young girl who owns small shop in the reception area selling beautiful hand made jewelry, rugs, scarves and other items. Almost everything is hand made and that which is not she clearly points it out. It is all very reasonably priced and I was very happy to buy several items from her.  I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would thoroughly recommend Swissotel Tashkent.  Finally if you are considering using Tashkent only as a stopover I would really recommend at least two nights and one full day as there are plenty of things to do including the metro stations, an outdoor train museum which was excellent, bazaars, a wonderful mosque and go take pictures of the Soviet-built Uzbekistan Hotel built in the Soviet Brutalist style with an Asian influence, absolutely beautiful and very different to the architecture found it Khiva etc. So I would advise, stay in Tashkent either at the start or end of your trip or both as I did and stay at the Swissotel. You will not regret it.

Mercure jouit d'une bonne réputation à Tachkent, notamment pour ses hôtels de qualité. Cependant, soyons honnêtes, les chambres sont à peine au niveau d'un hôtel économique en Chine, et l'emplacement n'est pas idéal : proche de l'aéroport et de la gare, c'est un point de chute appréciable. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux, en particulier les nouilles Shin Ramyun fraîchement préparées, un vrai régal pour les palais chinois. En revanche, le service laissait à désirer ; aucun concierge n'était présent pour aider avec les bagages à l'arrivée. Mais compte tenu du prix, c'est acceptable.

L'hôtel est satisfait de sa proximité avec l'aéroport, du métro et de sa propreté. Ils ont fourni une voiture gratuite depuis l'aéroport et retour. La chambre est grande et confortable. Le restaurant est spacieux, les petits déjeuners sont très bons. Merci au personnel de l'hôtel pour notre séjour dans ce merveilleux endroit.

Хороший отель: чисто, в номере есть туалетные принадлежности (щетка, паста, гель, шампунь), чайный набор, 2 бутылки воды, пополняемые ежедневно. Мини бар платный. Сауна платная, мы не ходили. Персонал говорит на русском, приятный в общении и готовый помочь. В ресторане под заказ готовили на завтрак каши: рисовая, манная, овсяная. Завтраки разнообразные: блины, яйца жареные, омлеты, овощи жареные, пицца, шарлотка…

Friendly and helpful hotel staffs. Such a beautiful hotel. Bedroom and bathroom are clean. Comfortable bed and sofa too. Variety and delicious breakfast. Conversation store infront of the hotel, restaurant walkable nearby hotel.

酒店不在塔什干市中心，不過距離機場和高鐵站都不遠，車程10分鐘左右。周邊是居民區，晚上比較安靜。 房間不大，但整潔乾淨，浴室熱水充足，提供一次性用品。整體性價比還可以。

L'hôtel est très proche de la gare, à environ 10 minutes à pied en ligne droite, ce qui le rend idéal si vous souhaitez être proche de la gare. Les installations de l'hôtel sont neuves et très propres. La chambre est spacieuse et la salle de bain aussi. La salle de bain dispose d'équipements tels qu'une brosse à dents, une crème à raser et un peigne. Tout est très moderne dans la chambre. La hauteur du matelas du lit est un peu élevée ; Dans mon cas, je n'ai pas eu de problème car je suis grand, mais je pense que pour une personne de petite taille, la hauteur du lit serait un peu élevée. Il y a des travaux en cours à côté de l'hôtel, mais heureusement, vous n'entendez aucun bruit avec les fenêtres fermées, alors ne vous inquiétez pas, ce n'est pas un problème. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, un buffet avec une grande variété de pains, fruits, noix, bonbons, fromages, yaourts, chocolats, etc. Vous pouvez également commander des œufs brouillés ou au plat, comme vous le souhaitez. Le personnel du restaurant est très sympathique et toujours attentif à tout.
