Hôtel spa à Tachkent

烏茲別克斯坦這邊政府有要求入境遊客都需要酒店代為登記每晚的住宿情況。如果沒有登記的話出境時可能會被盤問和罰款。感謝美居酒店的Fazliddin和Diyora主動告知我前一晚的住宿沒有登記並聯系我之前入住的酒店。

Останавливались в DoubleTree by Hilton Tashkent на два дня и остались в полном восторге ! Самого порога чувствуешь фирменный уют сети ! При заселении дают теплое печенье -такая милая деталь , которая сразу поднимает настроение . Мы брали улучшенный номер , он был очень стильным , современный дизайн с нотками местного колорита , удобная кровать с отличным матрасом спали как младенцы ))) . Понравилась шумоизоляция , в ванной все нужные принадлежности , мягкие халаты , тапочки , отличная косметика . Уборка каждый день , без навязчивости .  Отдельно хочется поблагодарить Каноле и Рухмона за отзывчивость и понимание , готовые помочь буквально с любыми вопросами .  В общем DoubleTree by Hilton Tashkent - отличный вариант для семейного отдыха . Обязательно вернемся  сюда снова ❤️

We stayed at Mövenpick Tashkent Old City and were truly impressed with every aspect of our experience. The hotel is new, beautiful, modern, and exceptionally comfortable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly, assisted with check-in promptly, and made to feel at home. A particularly thoughtful touch was the personalized welcome letter and complimentary treats waiting for us in the room. Small gestures like these reflect the hotel’s genuine care for its guests and create a memorable experience. We would like to extend our special thanks to Ilhomjon, who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. He was always ready to assist with any questions, recommended wonderful places to visit in Tashkent, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We would also like to highlight the excellent service, outstanding hospitality, and delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. Thank you to the entire Mövenpick Tashkent Old City team for your warm hospitality and dedication to guest satisfaction. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tashkent.

Excellent staff, new clean hotel with amazing breakfast. Best shakshuka I have ever eaten ! Decent gym equipment, pool. Highly recommended!

I stayed at Hilton Tashkent City for four day, and the experience was deeply disappointing, mainly due to poor housekeeping, indifferent staff, and an overall lack of respect toward guests. Upon check-in, I discovered that the shampoo bottle was empty and the tissue box was empty. I immediately left a written note for housekeeping requesting to refill amenities and clean the room. However, when I returned later, the room had not been cleaned at all, and none of the requested items were refilled. When I contacted the staff again to request shampoo, tissues, and bottles of water, they were delivered one by one, as if each item required a separate reminder. This created a strong impression that guest comfort is not a priority, and that requests are treated carelessly and easily forgotten. The attitude of the reception staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. At times, it felt as though guests were an inconvenience rather than the purpose of the hotel. When raising complaints, the response was slow and dismissive, making me feel that it was better not to complain at all because no one truly cared. Despite spending over $1,000 on a very short stay, the checkout experience was particularly unpleasant. On the day of departure, my wife and I were repeatedly pressured to check out early. Even after showing confirmation from the booking website stating that checkout was before 13:00, the staff continued to argue that “before” meant leaving immediately. They knocked on the door once and called the room twice demanding checkout. I eventually left the room at 12:50, yet the pressure and tone were completely unacceptable. This hotel seriously fails to meet the service standards expected from the Hilton brand. The lack of care, poor communication, and dismissive attitude toward paying guests made the stay stressful rather than comfortable. I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made in staff training and guest service culture.

We stayed I the delux king room which is spacious and clean. Short walk to the main road, the hotel is quiet. Easy to go all places by ayandex Go. Variety of breakfast. Reasonable price.

The housekeeping schedule is inconsistent—sometimes in the morning, sometimes at noon, and occasionally late in the afternoon—which isn't very convenient if you're working inside the room. Also, I've noticed that staff often forget to leave bottled water. Fortunately, there's a Korzinka nearby, so I usually just go buy some myself.

The hotel is in a perfect location, close to everything and incredibly convenient. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, but the highlight was definitely the staff—everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everything about our stay was great. Highly recommended!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Manor Hotel, idéalement situé près de la gare centrale. De nombreux cafés et restaurants se trouvent à proximité. L'hôtel proposait un petit-déjeuner copieux et varié, avec des spécialités locales. L'installation d'une machine à café en libre-service au restaurant serait un atout appréciable, permettant de réduire le temps d'attente et de soulager le personnel le matin. Notre chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable. Malgré la présence d'un chantier à côté, nous n'avons subi aucune nuisance durant la journée. Seul petit bémol : les lits sont assez hauts, ce qui peut rendre l'accès difficile pour les enfants ou les personnes de petite taille. La mise à disposition d'un petit marchepied serait donc bienvenue. Nous sommes arrivés tôt, vers 6 h, et avons apprécié la possibilité d'un enregistrement anticipé à moitié prix, ce qui a grandement facilité notre arrivée. Dans l'ensemble, notre expérience a été très positive et nous reviendrons avec plaisir au Manor Hotel !

I stayed here for a night and I had a midnight flight the following day. So I topped up about half a days cost to extend my stay till 9pm and head to the airport. It was near airport, about less than 15 mins to get there. Overall, room is quite new and spacious. I had a quiet corner room, breakfast is decent and I have nothing to complain about. Staffs are also friendly. Remember to give more time for staff to print out the paperwork when check out before heading to the airport. As mine too longer than expected as there’s connection and printing error, eventually managed to print out after 20mins wait. They have a small indoor pool.
