This hotel looks nothing like the photos on their website. It was covered in grime, cobwebs, and spiders, and there was a lot of mold in the bathroom. I took videos and brought this to the owner's attention, but never received a response. They also charged my card prior to my arrival and this is a violation of their own booking policy, which the owner admitted to me shouldn't have happened. I asked for a refund as I felt this was not at all what I was promised when I booked, but after no response, I went through my bank for a refund, which I was granted. This hotel then charged my card AGAIN weeks later, and I was forced to cancel that card and get a new one. They've never responded to any of my emails, and I find this outright unprofessional.
