The swimming pool and spa are excellent facilities with Sauna and Steam facility were very comfortable with Mr. Javed Ahmed ready to help with any request from us. and Front office, Mr Amir and Mr Ishfaq were very hospitable and friendly. A wonderful experience.

Okay hotel. Staff is pleasant but not trained properly - restaurant, reception, etc. When we arrived, we waited for 5 mins outside for the guard or concierge to check us in or scan our bags. Nobody came. A sleepy guard just sat there looking at us. We had to go ask the reception team if our bags needed to be scanned or not. Then while we were having our welcome drink, the concierge kept passing by and giving us looks to go upstairs with him. He wanted to go with us to get a tip. It was very obvious and not at all the standard that we expect from a radisson. Will i stay there again? Most probably not.

We went here for swimming. Evey staff member especially Usama and Javaid were very helpful and kind. Water in swimming pool was very clear. We also took a steam batha nd spent some time in suana and its was a very pleasure experience. It's a must go hotel if you are visiting Srinagar

My requirements are always taken good care of like early checkin , late check out, room upgradation, complimentary amenities. They never say a no for anything. Most hospitable people working there. Tawseef from Bell desk is very helpful. Shakira Muzamil Fouzia Osama are really very helpful

Nice food and services Staff was very polite and took care of our extra needs,Spcl tp mention Shanida Ishfaq Bhat Aaquib were very nice and helped us alot.Radisson is oir first choice but Radisson Srinagr enables u to feel the difference The manager Mr Irshad was also a humble person He had manged staff effectively
