The room was a little bit tired but comfortable enough. The location is very good. Easy to reach sights and a lot of places to eat around.

Higiene impecable, cerca de varios lugares turísticos, habitación espaciosa y cama muy cómoda. La atención de la chica de recepción no fue muy buena.

Современный безопасный чистый отель в центре города. Рекомендую.

地理位置很方便，離方尖碑和五月廣場都很近，2個街區外有個shopping mall，品牌很多，B1還有小吃廣場，一路上都是叫喊讓人兑換美金的，這些不用理，路邊有換錢的店，還有電話卡公司可以買預付費電話卡

Hôtel idéalement situé dans le centre, dans un quartier sûr et animé, avec de multiples commerces et restaurants à proximité. Accueil et services au top. Messagerie instantanée pour échanger en cas de besoin. Rue Florida où vous pourrez échanger votre argent. Cambio 👌 plusieurs taux ! Les chambres sont propres et fonctionnelles, salle de bain un peu petite et l’insonorisation n’est pas extraordinaire, comme souvent dans les hôtels en ville ! le wifi de bonne qualité. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et varié. Le personnel à la réception est dynamique et très disponible.

Only stayed for one night before my flight back home. Main reasons for choosing it were proximity to the Aeroparque and the fair price. The bed was really comfortable and the breakfast was excellent (but the breakfast room was small, therefore you had to reserve a time slot to have breakfast). My room (505) was small, it was located in the back, there was no view and outside it were all the external air-condition units, making noise all the time. Bathroom's size was generally ok, but the sink was tiny. The door of my room was malfunctioning, you had to struggle with it to let it open (both from the outside and from the inside). A part of the floor was caved in, almost making a hole in the floor. They sent a ton of whatsapp messages before, during and after my stay.

The hotel has a great location in-between Avenida 9 de Julio and Puerto Madero, so it is possible to walk there. The room was very spacious and the colours well chosen. I also appreciated the yerba maté products in the bathroom, which smelled really good. The room is equipped with a smart TV with access to numerous channels. A final mention for the helpful and professional staff.

Stayed two nights, three weeks apart. Centrally located within walking distance of many restaurants, shops and attractions. My rooms were facing the back and were fairly quiet. Small, clean rooms. Amenities include minifridge, electric kettle and safe. Well lit desk area. Plenty of conveniently located power sockets. Comfortable beds and pillows. AC worked well.Bathroom with everything in working order, and good water pressure in the shower. Overall excellent for price.

Nice clean rooms, convinient location. Be careful of the fineprint. When you book without breakfast, not only the breakfast is extra ($12) but also the room cleaning ($20), which you find only in the fineprint of your booking. I feel kind of tricked, because of that expensive and unexpected detail. Otherwise, I would give 4 points.

This hotel is well positioned. The street is a little noisy as it is a bus route. The staff are very helpful and attentive The rooms are a little run down - we had a larger room with king bed. The beds a little saggy and squeaky. In both rooms there were windows where double glazing had failed (or in one case window had a hole in it). Between the layers appeared to be mould and / or algae between the 2 layers of glass. The bathroom is very tight and it is difficult to access the shower (in the bath tub). Breakfast was good and staff in dining room very kind and accommodating. This hotel needs some attention to maintenance.

Basic hotel. The quality is less than what you see in the photos. Hotel has very friendly staffs (Special thanks to Wanalope) and very close to lot's of cafes and restaurants nearby. Wifi was discounted during a night. Aircondition was very noisy during night.

We booked the HTL Urbano hotel on *********** for staying four times(two nights each time) during our vacation in Argentina.The very first time on November 2 through November 4, instead of the deluxe room for two they gave us a single room with a small bathtub with the slippery slanted side wall and rotating bathtub door.There is no safety handles in that bathtub.I stepped on the corner,felled with my face against the bathtub,got stitches at the hospital…We didn’t have time to talk to them,because we were busy looking for the hospital and a doctor and had the busy itineraries.After the second night we went to the Iguazu falls and left our luggage in their storage.We returned to the hotel two more times(after the trip to the Patagonia and Uruguay).We had the reservations made from home long time ago.On our last leg of the two nights stay( on November 16-18 after returning from the Colonia on the ferry,hotel informed us that our reservation was canceled, because they couldn’t approve our credit card.We had paid with the same credit card at that hotel twice for our first and third stay!We found ourselves at 10:00 pm at night without accommodation, and our luggage in the storage at HTL Urbano. Receptionists called his manager,and utter that conversation was very rude to us,refused to help,refused to let me to talk to his manager directly,refused to call a taxi for us!He said that he is nobody and the hotel doesn’t have a manager! I would recommend people to stay away from that terrible and unsafe hotel who’s employees have no integrity, not willing to help.Also hotel is located in the business area,which is deserted and unsafe at night

Pros: great position to visit the city, welcoming and helpful staff at the reception and super clean room. Good continental breakfast with a great variety of food (sweet and savoury) and very quick Wi-Fi. Cons: room quite little, poorly lit bathroom. Overall, a good hotel.
