I can't believe that after so many bad reviews this place was as bad as it is described. I should have looked up here so I can be prepared. Firstly, you are asked to pay for the parking lot.... Secondly - they don't give you second key- you should live it at the reception, which not that bad, but it is absurd not to have 2 keys for a room. There is no place to put your towel or swimsuit if you decide to visit the SPA or the pool. So, if you stay there for more then one night you should wear more swimsuits.... At least they change the towels... There is no balcony at ANY of the rooms. The place is far, far, far away from the sea. I don't recommend it even for one night. The people in Burgas all know that this place is awful... And I can't understand why the management is not taking any measurements... Just don't go there....

We were a family of 8 who had unfortunately been delayed and were placed in this hotel. As we opened the door to 1 of our rooms we were greeted with the view of what you can see in the picture posted. Dirty sheets, unmade beds,rubbish on floor,carpets were sticky and a very musty smell. The room we exchanged for was slightly, very slightly better. I managed 1 hours sleep sitting in a chair. This hotel is the worse 1 I have ever encountered in person and even ever seen on the TV. I feel sorry for anyone that has ever paid money to stay there. DO NOT ever book to stay there even if they offer the room for free. The best thing for this place is to get a wrecking ball and smash it down.

Me and my wife was sent here after our plan was cancelled by tui with a group of people from our flight and can I say it was the worst experience of my life from a hotel we were homophobicly abused by one of the receptionist, our room was disgusting stains all over the floor, we have been bitten all over from the sheets, our bathroom flooded and it smelt so bad. The people who were on the flight with us had a trashed room as they walked in, people in beds as they walked in their room,stains of urine on sheets and not enough beds in rooms for family's. As one of the people went down from our flight in the morning they seen all our passports just left out on the desk for anyone to take. Never ever will I ever stop there and I hope noone pays to stop here for the sake of them.

50 of us were sent here after a Tui flight delay. We wondered how they had managed to accommodate so many people given it is high peak season. As soon as we got there, we found out! Floods in bathrooms, rooms which hadn't been cleaned, keys given to rooms which were already occupied, families been given rooms with not enough beds, grubby carpets and nets which hadn't been cleaned in years, hotch potch, grubby bedding and furniture and furnishings, undesirable area.....list is ENDLESS! If you find yourself in a situation like us, refuse this accommodation!

Местоположение : от центра явно далековато , номер был чист , уборка проводилась регулярно и в целом хорошо . Завтраки совсем не богатые , но отель трёшка - что ожидать . Бассейн работал , замечаний нет . Персонал доброжелателен и вежлив . Хотя ... осадок остался : при отъезде попросил всего 2(!) доп часа и тут же попросили 50% стоимости ! И это почти при пустом отеле и явной незаполненности . Уверен , что пару часов можно было подарить , я не пол-дня просил WIFI явно слаб ... Можно и нужно улучшаться!

Были в отеле в июле. Отличный отель. Брали номер люкс - площадь большая, номер аккуратный, чистенький, с выходом на балкон, убирают каждый день, все средства гигиены подкладывают, мусор выносят. Приветливый персонал на ресепшене. Отдельное спасибо охраннику, который ночью помог вызвать такси до больницы, когда ребёнку было плохо ❤️Завтраки - шведский стол- много всяких вкусностей (горячие , холодные блюда, хлопья, нарезки, сладкое и фрукты) большой выбор напитков. В оплату гостиницы так же входит: -бассейн- не сильно большой, на три дорожки- самое то после жаркого дня -тренажёрный зал- имеются все тренажеры, кроме беговой дорожки -джакузи. При отеле есть ещё массаж и сауна за отдельную плату. До пляжа 1,5 км если пешим ходом через дворы можно дойти До центра 2 км так же пешим ходом. Удобное месторасположение, и красивый ухоженный отель
