Main complaints are they didn't give me the room I reserved. They gave me a lower grade room for a higher price. I have a service dog but I don't know if that was the reason. Normally I leave him in the car until after checking I but this time I couldn't do to the fact they have no parking there. You either pay valet $20.00 or you have to drive across the street and park there for $5.00. I picked valet but told the guy that it had a handicap permit and he said there was an open spot in the lot attached to hotel. I told him I'd need something out of it later and was assured he'd bring my car up anytime I wanted it as that was included. So later when I went to get what I needed I was told valet went home and I'd have to go get it myself. While come to find out they had taken it across the street and parked it on the 3rd level. They didn't know what level it was on so I had to walk each level pressing the remote constantly. On top of that the elevator doesn't work at the parking structure so someone 71 years old with a service dog for mobility has a bit of a problem with that....anyway as you've probably figured I'm not at all impressed with the hotel.
