Avis : Busan Maron Hotel Nampo

Je ne laisse généralement pas de commentaires parce qu'ils sont trop paresseux, mais je voulais vraiment les écrire ici. L'emplacement est bon et je n'ai rien à redire sur l'état et les équipements de la chambre puisque je l'ai réservé à bas prix, mais le service et le manque d'amabilité étaient pires que ceux des motels. Si vous avez besoin de plus d'articles comme du dentifrice ou des serviettes, c'est en libre-service, vous devez donc les apporter vous-même. Et lorsque vous lui demandez, il a même le talent de couper ce que dit le client au lieu de simplement tout écouter. Je ne reviendrai plus jamais et je voudrais dire que je ne recommanderais pas cet hébergement à tous mes amis, connaissances ou parents étrangers qui voyagent à Busan, mais que j'éviterais seulement cet hébergement. L'emplacement est bon cependant, les services sont nuls et très hostiles. Si vous voulez avoir une mauvaise impression de la Corée, je vous recommande de visiter ici. Je suis un Coréen né et élevé à Busan, mais ils sont tellement impolis que c'en est embarrassant.

Facilities of the room are not user friendly. There is some problem for the room design. The toilet and bathing area are separate. There is no where you can hang your clothes and towel inside the bathing area. After bathing, you just can wear your clothes outside the bath area which you may easily get a cold as the room is cold. There are bed bugs. Besides, we lived there for 3 nights. No toilet paper has been added during tidying up the room at first 2 days.

The bathroom is huge, and the bed is comfortable. They allow luggage storage before check in and after check out.

Fantastic location. Hotel is located right behind the main shopping street is a quiet area. Basic amenities like auto refilling drinking water machine and coffee machine. There is also a small 'hole in the wall' shop just outside the hotel selling fabulous French crepes. Only complaint is the lousy attitude shown by the manager. I booked for 3 nights with another extension for 4 nights (7 nights in total). I stated that I use a mobility device because of my disability in the booking. During check in, upon seeing me, he made feel very unwelcome. He told me to find other hotels and asked me to cancel my booking, claiming that my mobility device will spoil the room. Such a ludicrous remark to make. We had a heated argument eventually as I was very upset a him for being discriminatory. i insisted in staying as it was fully paid. It was my first time in Busan, thus I don't wish to spend my holiday looking for hotels. Btw, the room was perfectly fine. Never felt so unwelcome in my life. Location is its only saving grace. However there are numerous hotels around the area after we got to know the place better.

Excellent value for money here. Right in the central area of Busan, walking distance to all the delicious food from the market and offering quiet rooms with good amenities at a very good price. Definitely recommended!

Location perfect for down town and shopping . But the room have smell of carbon . Worse , room did not like the AD images , and might not be picked if i knew the actual .

The location is good as it is very close walking distance to shopping streets and the price is affordable. Room is equipped with a smart TV. I did not need to use my travel adaptor as well. Basic toiletries available. However, the bath towel is in face towel size. Clothes hanging area is on top/in front of the dresser. Things to note if staying here. Hotel is located upslope from the streets. (relatively steep) Most of the times (like a 9 out of 10), I was unable to book a taxi from my hotel due to the kakao taxi app prompting that cars cannot enter my area (they will outline the roads on the app to show the roads that cars cannot enter).I had to walk some distance out to another place to book a taxi. However, there was no restrictions to drop off at this address but many times, the driver will also drop me somewhere further away to walk in. Both the guy & lady (seems like lady boss) receptionists seems enthusiastic for a normal conversation but can become rude when we enquire or request for help. I had difficulty switching on the aircon when I first checked in and called for help. They refused to come and help and the instructions was vague as all I can understand was "the switch is below the TV". I later found out that it is common for aircon switch to be on the TV remote controller in Korea after I checked in to another hotel. It was after the third call when we flared up that someone came to help. But the help was of course also a rude one. Another thing to note is that they only give one access card and this access card is also the only card that manages the power in the room. If you insert another card in the slot for power, they will switch off your electricity after a while. This means you will not be able to probably sleep/shower in the room if your partner goes out since you will have to be the one to open the door, unless you can stay in the room without any power. You will also not be able to charge your phones/power banks etc while you are out and the refrigeration will also be off. The receptionist have called us via room phone and scolded us for putting a foreign card in. I think this is upsetting as we usually have more than one card in other hotels. The other hotel that I booked in Seoul even had a ready card slotted in for power and we still had 2 cards for access. Another downside: There was some form of leak from toilet bowl area and I cannot make out where its from. There will be a typical pee stench after awhile. Both the automatic bidets and manual bidets did not work in my toilet. I am not sure if this only happens in my room thus this is just for reference. Otherwise my toilet was huge and the water jet was strong. Do note that they allow early check in but it is chargeable. When I reached 2 hours earlier, I was told that their hotel does not have early check in. After asking further, they told me to pay 20,000 won if I want to check in early and I got my room immediately. I would have preferred if they told me from the start that early check in is possible for a fee.

Consider big space, and the place is clean.

Location best. Overall is good. But the towel is too small.

Coincidentally it is located right at the foot of Diamond tower aka Busan tower and it’s right in the pedestrian street with all the stores and restaurants. Locations is great. Easy access to everything: subway, Lotte mall, countless restaurants and shops are all with 300-800 meters of this hotel. Check in was less than a minute and I was greeted by name. Hotel was very clean and even smelled amazing. There are a couple of cons. First, my room was not made up even though I stayed for 2 nights. There are not towel hooks near the sink or bathtub. This was odd and a tad inconvenient. Otherwise everything was great. Beware that the bathroom is open concept meaning that the toilet and shower are in the same room, so once you’ve showers the room is going to be all wet.

Really nice room, great location. Toilet & Shower really spacious, would definitely come back again.

The room design is nice but not suitable for friend. There is bath tub outside of rest room.
