Nous avons adoré cet hôtel, en guise de service, ils ont surclassé la chambre avec celle du balcon. La qualité vaut vraiment le coup vu son prix. Très propre, soigné, confortable et l'emplacement est assez bon (près du centre-ville 🏙️). La vue était étonnante sur la mer 🌊😍

Notez qu'en automne, l'hôtel ne vous permettra pas d'allumer la climatisation, ce qui est ridicule car la température de la chambre a atteint 30 degrés à midi. La vue était superbe. Notez qu'il n'y a pas de baignoire et que vous devez descendre dans le hall pour demander le nettoyage de la chambre (les étiquettes sur la porte ne signifient rien, de même pour les interrupteurs). Le personnel parle généralement bien anglais.

The hotel is in a good location. Close to the department store and the view was nice too.

The good - clean room - very comfortable bed and bedding - great sound proofing within the hotel - great if you’re going out all day The bad - I stayed 4 days and there was only 1x housekeeping. I was told this on check in. But this was not on the booking details. You have to inform them before 1pm each day. - a semi wet bathroom - facing the main road, you can hear the vehicles (I was on the 7th floor) - toiletries are not provided and need to be purchased from vending machine (not a problem but should be listed on booking) - other than Nampo, and Jalgachi seafood market. There’s not much around, and it’s quite far from everything else in Busan. - I asked for an extra pillow 1 night, and the front desk said “house keeping has closed for the day”. Ok even if that’s the case, surely they can go into the store room themselves to get me an extra pillow. I wasn’t asking for them to clean or anything. - this weird vending machine looking thing was also on my counter and it didn’t even work. No clue what it’s for.

The location was really good. It’s near Nampo-dong, busan station & BIFF Square. The room is small but clean & cozy :) Good value for money!!

The overall service provided by this hotel is just terrible. First, the front desk staff provided us with the wrong room number during check-in and we had to go back down to ground floor to inform the staff that we couldn't access the room before he proceeded to provide the correct room number. It was quite frustrating as there were only 2 lifts to the hotel which takes ages to arrive especially if you are staying at high floors. We were at the 17th floor and have to wait around 1-2 mins for the lift and another 1-2mins to go up or down to the ground floor. You will need to wait for 2-4mins for a lift during peak hours when every one is leaving or heading back to their hotel room. Second, we managed to check in after they updated us with the correct room number but were unable to connect to their wifi as the password provided seems to be wrong. I called the front desk and was told to head back down to ground floor for them to re-issue a new wifi password. I cannot understand why can't they come up to pass me and I have to be the one going down when they were the ones who provided us with the wrong information. Third, you will need to inform the front desk if you want their housekeeping service otherwise they will not do it even when you switch on the housekeeping sign. Even though we had them do housekeeping, there were still dust on the sides of the floors and they even forgot to pass us towel. We called the reception on this but once again were told to head down to ground floor to collect the towels ourselves instead of them coming over to pass it to us. Fourth, the hotel is quite a distance away from the nearest metro and you will need around 5-7mins to from the metro station to the hotel so if you have elderly or young kids I would suggest to find somewhere nearer to the metro. This is honestly one of the worst hotel I've ever encountered so far and I honestly think the review rating here is just rigged. I strongly recommend you look for another hotel if you are staying more than just 1 night in Busan.

Good for location, everything you need is one step from hotel, but they dont clean up my during during stay

I love this hotel. The location is near the Busan KTX station and just 5 minutes walk to Lotte shopping center. The room has a ocean view.
