先說優勢，地址位置方便易尋，服務人員熱情友好，但是設施真得太過於陳舊，窗戶無法完全關閉，外面的噪音聽得一清二楚，入住期間沒一天睡得安穩，冷空氣也能直接進入房間，房間溫度不高。衛生間的水龍頭不容易操作。

Beautiful exterior and great customer service. The food was very good too. And this is it I’m afraid. This really is (was) generally beautiful building. Run down and very old fashioned rooms (late 80s early 90s). Bathroom towels of very poor quality. No a/c. 30C in the room during summer!! 27C during the night. Plastic windows! Broken or missing curtains (room 310). There’s a terrace. Dirty with even dirtier Sun loungers ( cheap Coca Cola once). Generally speaking beautiful but run down building. Very old fashioned rooms ( not old or classic just late 80s). No a/c in apartments is beyond believe. Owners clearly don’t care about customers. Thanks to the Polish/Ukrainian staff keeping high level of service.

We stayed in the hotel 2 nights. Hotel is situated in historical building, with amazing stairs. Rooms were nice, comfortable beds, quite big bathroom. There was a fridge, TV, hairdresser. The breakfast was so nice, tasty, big choise, I liked it so much. There was also gym and sauna, but we didnt use it. Hotel is quite in the centre, just short distance to the main square. There is a hotel parking with extra charge. I can recommend it to all.

The building is an absolute dream for style lovers. Th hotel could do with a bit of renovations, fresh carpets, nicer bathrooms and better quality of beds. Breakfast is gigantic! Reception staff was very friendly the waiters at the bar not so much. Location 10 out of 10!

Fantastic hotel !!! In the era of minimalist, modern, Scandinavian interior design, we have a beautiful style from the previous era. A monumental tenement house, a breathtaking staircase and stylishly furnished rooms put the guest in a different reality. The rooms are stylish, decorated with elements that cannot be found in modern interiors, eg. Standard key / no card / fittings with taps / no thermoregulation / curtains and curtains on the windows, and also clean and tidy. Due to the renovation of the restaurant, the kitchen has a very short menu. Breakfasts are okay but too poor for 4 *. In the hotel you can use the sauna. It seems that I found my place to spend the night in Bydgoszcz I recommend

Hotel has perfect location. 5 min walk from Mill Island. If you like old buildings and nice architecture it is a hotel definetely for you. Maybe rooms could be refreshed but I can understand that because of covid-19 it is not so easy now with money for that. Breakfast was delivered to room. You order earlier what you want exactly. It was very good.

Pobyt 30.04-03.05 2022 r. rodzina 2+2, wyjazd z TRAVELIST. Pokój nr 316 na trzecim piętrze. Hotel dość duży znajdujący się w starej okazałej odnowionej z zewnątrz kamienicy. Zlokalizowany w niedalekiej odległości od Starego Rynku – na piechotę to około 15 minut spacerkiem. W pokoju standardowe wyposażenie: telewizor, sejf, lodówka. Łazienka wyglądem jeszcze z tamtej epoki. Sam hotel i jego wygląd w środku oraz wielkość pokoi to takie maksimum trzy gwiazdki, na pewno nie cztery jakie posiada hotel. Jednakże ze względu na zabytkowy budynek i jego wystrój bo hotelu panuje ciekawy klimat z tamtych lat, mogę „przyznać” wyższą ocenę niż tylko trzy gwiazdki. Na uwagę w hotelu zasługuje bardzo miła i uczynna obsługa w szczególności w restauracji gdzie jedliśmy śniadania i czasami kolacje. Naprawdę panie bardzo się starały i reagowały na każdą naszą prośbę. Jedzenie również było dobre, było z czego wybierać. Fajnym rozwiązaniem była też możliwość wzięcia kanapek z restauracji po śniadaniu (były przygotowane, już gotowe dla gości włożone w papierowe torebeczki i ułożone w koszyczku) – nie w każdym hotelu nawet w tych posiadających większą ilość gwiazdek coś takiego istnieje i jest taka możliwość (ogólnie średnio jest postrzegane zabieranie jedzenia w postaci np. kanapek z restauracji – co oczywiście uważam za nietrafione, bo kanapki z reguły robi i bierze się dla dzieci na potem, a nie zabiera się je w ilościach umożliwiających np. sprzedaż). Obsługa w recepcji również była miła. Jedyny mały minus to fakt, że w dwóch pierwszych dobach nasze samochody (byliśmy ze znajomymi) musiały być zaparkowane na parkingu centrum finansowego – tuż obok hotelu, ponieważ na hotelowym parkingu nie było wolnych miejsc (była impreza zamknięta – wesele). Trochę musieliśmy się nagimnastykować z przenoszeniem naszych walizek z parkingu do hotelu – kilka metrów, jazda windą z parkingu podziemnego centrum finansowego. Ogólnie hotel ok, umiejscowiony bardzo dobrze w Bydgoszczy, obsługa tak jak wskazałem zasługuje na pochwały, stąd w mojej ocenie za całokształt cztery gwiazdki.
