When booking trip made it quite clear that I have a disabled son, when I say clear, I called them sent emails, in English and Spanish.... Arrived late at night and welcomed by night staff, we then had to walk across the complex, across the road, to our accommodation, (two bed apartment). I explained the lady that I asked for room near activities due to my sons needs. Next morning visited the reception staff (to all you parents who have children with additional needs going on holiday is a nightmare, so when you email them, phone them, do everything you can before hand to ensure an easy time, and maybe you get some rest, you would think, whilst standing at the reception very upset with the where the accommodation is situated, a little understanding would go a long way). Not at this hotel, the manager (who I found rude and had no authority to authorize anything), was looking into it, for 3 days.............. even though I was crying, no offer for a drink, or go and enjoy the day and I will call you..........nothing, the reservations email (that is none the website for the hotel) does not forward the emails to the hotel? the email I send directly to the hotel, was not actioned. We where half board, our apartment across the road from the entertainment, large family pools, did have a bar and sandwiches, they could of quite easy up graded us the all inclusive save crossing the road each time we needed to get food from the apartment. I was shown no empathy. The main pools are very deep, entertainment team, very nice, staff in restaurant nice. We did not spend much time within the complex as not suitable for disabled or anxious children. NOT ONLY WOULD I NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL AGAIN I REFUSE TO USE THE CHAIN OF HOTELS AS CLEARLY STAFF ARE TRAINED TO DEAL WITH POEPLE AVIOD. CHRISTINA APARTMENTS UP THE ROAD WHERE LOVELY.
