Just returned from this hotel with my family of 4 - our first time in Majorca and loved it. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment and thought it was lovely, modern and spotless. We didn’t use the main pool/ facilities as we were happy with our little, quiet pool which very rarely had more than 1-2 families around it. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a quick walk to aldi and a 5/10 minute walk to the beach. The staff were always cheerful and would make conversation with our young children at breakfast and if we ever visited the bar. I did see alot of mixed reviews of this hotel and was slightly worried, but it’s what you make of it and considering the price and that it’s 3* it was a lovely, clean apartment and we would stay again! Also wanted to mention we were bed and breakfast and the breakfast buffet had a great variety! Only negative we could think of was there wasn’t a lift in our building so meant we had to carry the pram up stairs, but we didn’t mind. A brilliant base for your holiday and would really recommend :)

When booking trip made it quite clear that I have a disabled son, when I say clear, I called them sent emails, in English and Spanish.... Arrived late at night and welcomed by night staff, we then had to walk across the complex, across the road, to our accommodation, (two bed apartment). I explained the lady that I asked for room near activities due to my sons needs. Next morning visited the reception staff (to all you parents who have children with additional needs going on holiday is a nightmare, so when you email them, phone them, do everything you can before hand to ensure an easy time, and maybe you get some rest, you would think, whilst standing at the reception very upset with the where the accommodation is situated, a little understanding would go a long way). Not at this hotel, the manager (who I found rude and had no authority to authorize anything), was looking into it, for 3 days.............. even though I was crying, no offer for a drink, or go and enjoy the day and I will call you..........nothing, the reservations email (that is none the website for the hotel) does not forward the emails to the hotel? the email I send directly to the hotel, was not actioned. We where half board, our apartment across the road from the entertainment, large family pools, did have a bar and sandwiches, they could of quite easy up graded us the all inclusive save crossing the road each time we needed to get food from the apartment. I was shown no empathy. The main pools are very deep, entertainment team, very nice, staff in restaurant nice. We did not spend much time within the complex as not suitable for disabled or anxious children. NOT ONLY WOULD I NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL AGAIN I REFUSE TO USE THE CHAIN OF HOTELS AS CLEARLY STAFF ARE TRAINED TO DEAL WITH POEPLE AVIOD. CHRISTINA APARTMENTS UP THE ROAD WHERE LOVELY.

Stayed here for a week's rest and relaxation. Had a lovely stress-free stay. Very clean room, restaurant, and public areas, good range of food, something for everyone, enjoyable. All inclusive drinks are from a restricted list, but even so a good range still available. Evening entertainment was not great/limited, but hotel was quite quiet. Snacks range not great, but with full board I was not interested in them anyway. Coffee and tea not provided in bedrooms, but inclusive at the only hotel bar next to the pool. However, wine, lager and soft drinks 'on tap' in the dining room due ng meal times. Overall a lovely, clean hotel with good food and drink on all-inclusive deal, plus two lovely outdoor pools. I didn't use the gym, but it looked well equipped. 5 tennis courts and a squash court added to the good facilities. Friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed here for our anniversary & from the start we were very impressed by the hotel. The lovely security guard met us at the front door to greet us & get us checked in bearing in mind it was almost 4am he even offered to get us something to eat 😊 The hotel was absolutely spotless & food was delicious…something for everyone. First time in Majorca & definitely won’t be the last 🍹🌞

Except for the very cold pool and the poor evening entertainment, I can recommend the hotel. The indoor pool should be open due to the cold outdoor pool. But, everything else is fine ... Very nice and friendly staff, food was good and plentiful. Location of the hotel also good.

Mi opinión es q precio - calidad es muy buena , no queramos esperar de un 3 estrellas lo q da un 5 estrellas , por favor !!!! Por lo q lo recomiendo totalmente, hay limpieza , muy buen servicio , personal súper amable , comida buena , instalaciones muy cuidadas , cerca de la playa . Ya digo si el presupuesto de tus vacaciones es un poco ajustado y te apetece ir a MALLORCA , este apartahotel es PERFECTO 👍👍👍
