Privilégier une chambre avec vue mer, pour profiter pleinement de cette situation. La dame du petit déjeuner fait d'excellentes omelettes. La clientèle allemande est en écrasante majorité et a tendance à imposer non seulement sa langue, mais aussi ses habitudes. Ils ont décidé que le sauna et le spa devaient être naturistes et ne pas se conformer à leurs usages entraine des remarques acerbes dans leur langue. Une clientèle peu agréable donc. A part l'omelette le petit déjeuner est dans la moyenne, sans plus.

Arrived late, great reception staff who even offered us late sandwiches as we had missed diner. 3 lovely rooms, 2 doubles and a hot tub room booked. All had sea views, clean and comfortable. Air con worked a treat. Samual, Fran, Cassandra, front reception and the lady at meals with the biggest ever smile amazing. Food was good, drinks were brilliant. Great vodka tonics! Pool quiet, no need to rush for a sun-bed ever. I read all the reviews before arriving, and can honestly not find a single fault with our stay. Would highly recommend and we will return. Thank you all at Hotel Triton, a real treat.

I want to mention that it is not my habit to make this type of “criticism”. I usually choose not to consider the less good things and praise the positive things (the few reviews I've made prove it). However, this time the negligence of the hotel was abusive. Due to my profession, I am well aware that problems, in any business, can happen at any time. What counts is the solution we present, or the commitment and professionalism we dedicate to trying to solve these problems. In this case there was minimal commitment and zero professionalism. I'm sure the hotel will certainly have excellent rooms (judging by the reviews I've read), with amazing conditions, but the room I'm talking about is not one of those. What I report is my personal experience, based on facts (I have photos), it is not a mere opinion of a purely subjective nature. Room 01 that we were assigned does not correspond to the one offered in the reservation. The room they gave cannot be considered a standard quality room for a 4* hotel in this part of the world. I have a lot of experience in different types of accommodation throughout Europe, Africa and the Middle East. I know what I’m saying. I could talk about the fact that the room is not in the hotel itself, but by a external access. Un désastre, il fallait presque tout, la nuit du matin, la clé ne fonctionnait pas et ils ne savaient pas la changer, donc j'ai dû dormir dans une autre avec tous les désavantages qu'elle entraîne, le matin je demande d'entrer dans la mienne et sans aucune excuse et mauvais visage me donnent la Nouvelle clé, je monte et il n'y a pas d'eau chaude, comme il était tard parce que je travaillais sans douche, je me suis vu et je suis descendu pour remettre la clé et me plaindre, aucune excuse et un nous sentons très froid (comme si c'était ma faute) et au revoir.
