So we’ve spent the loveliest time at this beautiful hotel we are the only English people staying here it’s 99.9 per cent German it’s a shame more English people don’t come here as they are missing a real treat. It was my birthday yesterday a surprise birthday cake with candle music by the most amazing violinist and a Buck’s Fizz I felt truly spoilt. From reception to the beautiful buffet breakfast special mention to the front of house lady in the breakfast restaurant who always has a lovely smile to the lovely team serving. The rooms are beautiful make sure you book a sea view room you won’t be disappointed the view is amazing. The lobby bar by the infinity pool is just lovely with a beautiful view over the beach. Going back to my room yesterday balloons were on the bed what a lovely touch thank you for making my day and holiday so special we will be back!

Beautiful view (get the ocean front balcony), great service, friendly staff, clean room and facilities. So easy to walk along the coast and find food/drinks/bars/etc. There is free parking all over the city but the hotel offers parking out front for 12 euro a day. The only con I found is that they do not offer water bottles at the hotel and we had to go buy some at the supermarket (not a far walk). Not a huge deal.

Romantic - Beach - luxury stay overall - you will love the taste of this hotel - the lovely breakfast in the morning with a lady cook "Justin" knows to prepare your favorite in one day - the reception - always gentle and ready to serve you - Ramona the director like Karajan make this good orchestra great sound - Romina the General knows before you what you need - the pool with see view - the bar let you chill - the aroma in the flours .. a bit like sea a bit like clean - a bit like ... - sauna on the 9 flour great view and help relax - rooms like beach himself .. oh my good I love this hotel ..

So here is the thing… we could not even get to the hotel ! However very bad experience with the management. My partner and I booked 2 nights from tomorrow at the hotel via Agoda, yesterday our Credit card was fully charged for the entire amount and we were both excited towards our weekend’s getaway. Today’s morning my partner broke his leg severely and we were informed that he will need to wear Gypsum bandage for 6 to 8 weeks. While Agoda refused for any refund or credit, saying they are also a 3rd party, I have called the hotel and explaining them our situation, that we have been already charged, all what we were asking was their extra mile (although they are not obliged to do so) and at least use these 2 nights which we paid for when my partner will get better and will be able to travel. obviously I offered to send all hospital documents from today, however the answer from the hotel manager was no, we can’t do it since you didn’t book it directly from us. So no, you don’t have to do it, however keeping the money showing 0% costumer friendly approach is very disappointing because when there is a will there is a way ! You could just have more human approach, make an effort and then you would have us as your future appreciative loyal guests, only for that.

Der Empfang im Hotel war einfach nur wow ! Der Hotel Direktor hat sich persönlich vorgestellt und war auch immer präsent, man merkt einfach das das Hotel sehr gut geführt wird. Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind schön sauber und der Ausblick aufs Meer ist einfach atemberaubend. Das Restaurant Atik ist zu empfehlen auch wenn die Portionen doch sehr klein sind. Klein aber sehr sehr fein. Wir haben den Urlaub im Mai 2023 sehr genossen. Zwei Kritik Punkte habe ich jedoch, 1.Die liegen am Pool sind sehr eng gestellt. 2. Die Premium liegen direkt am Meer für 25 Euro am Tag sind wirklich traumhaft schön aber einfach zu teuer. Wir haben uns diesen Luxus auch nur einmal gegönnt. In unserer Woche lagen insgesamt 3 Pärchen auf den premium liegen. Schade das der schöne Platz so wenig genutzt wird, liegt natürlich am Preis. 25 Euro pro Liege ist wirklich zu viel.

Perfekte Lage. Man kann am Pool Liegestühle beziehen und zum Meer laufen. Frühstück war super. Personal war top und zwar alle. Zimmer sehr hell und sauber. Hotel ist etwas hellhörig. Es war aber trotzdem ruhig und erholsam. Kann ich empfehlen.

Alles hammer! Super Hotel! Mega Personal! Super Lage! Komme sehr gerne wieder!! Ich war das erste mal hier. Alle geben sich so sehr mühe! Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen! Das Essen auch sehr gut wir hatten Halbpension.

Der Empfang war überaus aufmerksam und freundlich, Willkommenssekt,nett! Unser Zimmer lag im 5. Stock, Blick auf die Bucht! Hübsch eingerichtet, sehr großes Bett mit ausgezeichneter Matratze und Kissen! Leider auch hier zu wenig Ablagefläche, viel zu kleiner Kleiderschrank, im Bad ebenfalls keinerlei Abstellfläche, schade, hier könnte man noch nachbessern! Das Bad hat zwei Waschbecken, die Dusche ist ausreichend groß, schöne große Handtücher die zweimal täglich gewechselt werden! Unser Zimmer wurde perfekt gereinigt! Das Personal ist immer freundlich, Romina ist bezaubernd! Frühstück läuft ruhig ab, keine ungeduldigen Gäste, es wird immer zügig nachbestückt! Leider ist die Terrasse sehr eng mit Sonnenliegen gestellt…..und die Unsitte des Liegenreservierens mit Handtüchern ist auch hier wohl nicht auszumerzen! Da sollte die Hotelleitung doch etwas aufmerksamer sein! Das Hotel liegt gleich an der hübschen Badebucht….da ist es oft tagsüber auch mal etwas lauter….aber die Fenster schließen gut, die Klimaanlage läuft leise! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, hier stimmte einfach (fast)alles!
