Absolutely wonderful stay! Peaceful and warm accommodations. Easy check-in/out. Delicious breakfasts. Included drinks, and coffee available for all guests. Comfy beds and a perfect city to explore! What more could you ask for?! We loved it and will most definitely return! Thank you to the Sutherland House for a great weekend!

A magical retreat! The room was wonderful and well appointed and smelled like heaven- I don’t know how they did that… The breakfast- next level and so enormous that I didn’t eat the rest of the day. Plus the extras like soda refrigerators and coffee/tea and cookies around the clock as well as snacks in the room! I would 12/10 recommend this Inn and will definitely be back!!

My wife and I stayed in the Parker Suite. It was outstanding… even better than the online pics. The B&B tastefully reflected the Victoria Era. It was Clean, well appointed , with a very comfortable bed. Coffee. Snacks, and entertainment options available 24/7. The 3 course breakfast on both mornings was excellent. The location was in close enough distance to Corning Glass Museum, Niagara Falls and Wine Trails.

Awesome Victorian b&b.. the breakfasts were the best we have had in over 15 others to compare with.. highly recommend.. friendly and acomintating host... will book again next May ... awesome week end ... close to city. ..Mark and Deb F.

Sam & Martha were the greatest host the beds are so comfortable the rooms are very comfortable and commentating everything you need breakfast was great meeting new people and Friends eating at the same table like a family was awesome very easy access parking can't wait to return again I felt like your family and have a huge tree in the courtyard magnificent to take pictures give this Southern house a 10 plus a lot of Southern style antiques comfortable chairs and pictures of the that own the house and built the house rich in history I recommend stop and see them first chance you get you would want to go back again

Bed was super cozy and our room felt like home! The food was absolutely incredible and the company even better! We left feeling like family! We hope to come back another time! This was the perfect spot for our mini-honeymoon before our actual honeymoon. The area is close enough for all kinds of relaxing attractions.

Loved the Victorian house. We were welcomed by Sam and he showed us the security measures that are taken for our door entry. He showed us around the house and checked us into our cozy elegant room, Ivy Solace. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious, I especially loved the huge tub. You will want for nothing as cold drinks and snacks are complementary as well as toiletries. The breakfast was scrumptious and served very elegantly. It consisted of warmed cinnamon pineapple with chutney, a baked egg with toast, & stuffed French toast, along with juice , coffee, & ice water. We got on our way, but alas, I forgot my make-up, toiletries case. I notified Sam through the B&B and he quickly got on it and mailed it to me, no charge. What a wonderful place to stay! Thank you Sam & Maria!

We had a wonderful time at Sutherland house for our anniversary weekend trip. The room was beautiful and so comfortable, and there were so many amenities available to us so that our stay was perfect. The breakfast was the best breakfast I have ever Had. I am gluten free and they were well prepared with special treats for me, and my husband said it was wonderful as well. Highly recommend !!

The place is super cozy and comfortable. Our room was very clean and well decorated. The attention to details was amazing. We really appreciated the complimentary coffee, drinks, and sweets. The breakfast was the absolute highlight. 3 courses, super high quality. Perfect to start the day. Recommended for a nice getaway in the finger lakes area. It’s close to hikes and wineries.
