It a good place for piace, and good location.

Great hotel with nice food and great service. Breakfast buffet had less options but was fulfilling and total value. Receptionist is polite and very helpful, arranged us taxi, activa and tickets to Cruze. Waiter is also very polite, responsive and was able to meet all our asks. Rooms were very spacious and we'll maintained. Location of the hotel is the best. You can have a glimpse of ocean from balcony and both beach and market are just 1 min walk away.

Wonderful place near Candolim beach.Small hotel but self sufficient.Adequate morning breakfast.food was freshly made so it tasted great.3 Sea facing rooms with a additional sofa bed.Room were clean and had a cloth rack for drying clothes which was very considerate.. Would love to visit the place again

We booked Altrude by the Sea, for 6 nights as part of a 2 weeks stay in the North. Positives - The room was an excellent size with a large bed and bathroom and generally well maintained. Good sized balcony. Rooftop terrace with infinity pool and sitting/sunbathing areas. Breakfast was generally good and additional food was cooked when requested (omelettes,eggs, toast etc),however, this was not explained to us and it wasn't until the second day that we saw someone else doing this, that we ordered. Good access to the beach, about 80m away, as well as local shops, restaurants and bars WiFi in the rooms was excellent reception and streaming of YouTube etc was easy. Negatives - almost all staff, most of the time, seemed very grumpy and weren't really friendly at all (until it came time for us to leave - and they were expecting tips). I requested some hand towels and when the receptionist asked another member of staff to get them, he shook his head and said no. He had to be asked a second time. Price wasn't cheap at over £90 a night. We ended up going to another, cheaper but nicer hotel, about 100m away for the second week of the holiday.
