Avis : Amverton Cove Golf & Island Resort

We had great time as a family. It was truly a refreshing experience, offering a perfect escape from hustle city life. The nature view from the balcony was stunning. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. The hotel restaurant even offered vegetarian meals.

Overall this room space is big but unfortunately when I checked in the room, there was no bath towel, and also the shower room floor towel didn't provide too. Then we called the service counter and they only provided towels. The hotel should take note of the service gym room, air-conditioning spoil and machines cannot us ,they did not service as it looked like an abandoned place. Overall the swimming pool it's fine , and they got kids entertainment room too. They provide buggy service too. Hopefully next time check in won't missing towel.

We took 1 hour journey from KL to Amberton resort.The buggy service staff are very helpful and welcome you when you reached the resort.The cons are they don’t provide complimentary service to guest- you will have to pay everything include water park,mini zoo, and other parks. For the gym,you will have to take buggy service to another building (Golf building),but nobody maintenance the gym place (we cant use the equipment and no aircond).The management should check and maintenance the basic facilities for guests like gym, children’s park.Otherwise, you will feel boring if you stayed in the hotel and enjoy air cond and tv only. The breakfast is normal - nothing surprise to our family-the management should check and improve food quality- drinks selection and nasi lemak ( no santan at all). We have to use at least 30 minutes to depart from resort to Banting city and it is very difficult to look a chinese or fast food restaurants.

Environment and service is good. The breakfast has many choice. Just only the games all close early and open late due to Hari Raya holiday.

Its a good place for family trip. A lot of activities available. The only thing that perhaps require improvement is the variety of F&B within the vicinity

Good resort for people to retreat Best environment Best animal zoo , thanks to the mini zoo owner to take care and maintain their animal very well which look healthy and the most important is the mini zoo environment is clean and no smelly as well. This is the best mini zoo I visit before. The environment is full with the bird wheeping which is suitable for relax and also the best golf view. Recommend for families outing and for travel
