Avis : Hampton by Hilton Xining Kunlun Road

Après le Grand Tour Qinghai-Gansu, je suis retourné à Xining et j'ai ressenti une telle joie de vivre moderne ! Surtout cette buanderie : on peut l'utiliser seul ou demander au serveur de nous aider à sécher, ranger et rapporter le linge sale dans la chambre. Après quelques jours de mission avec les forces spéciales, nous avons accumulé beaucoup de linge sale et nous sommes impressionnés par la machine à laver ! Mon enfant a un examen, et le centre d'affaires du rez-de-chaussée peut l'imprimer soi-même. L'hôtel dispose également d'une salle de sport gratuite. Yaourt, thé au lait et porridge chaud pour le dîner sont offerts à l'arrivée. Même si je n'ai pas tout mangé, je trouve que c'est très abordable ! Je penserai à Hilton et Hampton pour mes prochains voyages ! C'est très proche de l'aéroport, et il faut plus de 20 minutes pour s'y rendre. Je n'ai jamais vu un avion décoller à 15 heures et repartir à 13 heures. C'est génial !

Great hotel and amazing staff. Thank you Amanda Ju from front desk who added me on wechat and helped me with my queries. The other staff were friendly too. We were provided with extra water and the amenities are of good quality. We enjoyed Qinghai (it rained) and Chaka! There are some markets/ street food places near the Grand Mosque- 20 minutes by taxi. Breakfast could have some healthy choices and more veggies.

The property is conveniently located about 1.5 km from Kunming Railway Station, making it an ideal choice for travelers heading to Lhasa via the Qinghai-Tibet Railway. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, and the breakfast offered a variety of tasty dishes. The reception staff were very helpful and enthusiastic; they assisted us in hailing a taxi and communicating with others. They gifted us some small cute things as thankful for customers. Các phòng sạch sẽ và được trang trí đẹp mắt, bữa sáng cung cấp nhiều món ăn ngon. Nhân viên lễ tân rất giúp đỡ và nhiệt tình; họ hỗ trợ chúng tôi gọi taxi và giao tiếp với những người khác. Họ tặng chúng tôi một số món đồ nhỏ dễ thương như lời cảm ơn đối với khách hàng. Rất khuyến khích mọi người tới để trải nghiệm khách sạn này nhé.

The room is good. But room heater is too hot. Free yogurt given to my friends but not me. Provided free supper to guest

Great hotel and comfortable room.

Top class spic'n'span modern hotel. Staff really friendly (& efficient) and went that little bit further to make you feel special. No pretension but really professional. Breakfast buffet sensational & plenty of western variety. Rooms ultra modern & great views. Position a tad away from centre but taxis frequent, easy & cheap. Luv'd the place.

Good stay clean and friendly staff.

Good locale. Service staff excellent! Breakfast spread worth the value. Hotel changes their menu and not repeat all the same items. However they should look into the coffee bean maker as it was really slow to churn out a good cup of coffee! Could be that the piping needs to be checked or even cleaned out!? Overall, it was a good experience. Hallway to the rooms lighting uses sensor, which perhaps need to be adjusted, as it requires heavy stomping of the feet to light up. Thanks!

I stayed here for night, having left the higher rated Wanda hotel due to a lack of AC and being unable to sleep all night. The room and bathroom exceeded my expectations for 4 stars and were very close to 5 star standard IMO. The staff allowed me to check the room(and most importantly, AC) before booking, which I appreciated. Breakfast was good. I would stay again if returning to Xining.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I was once again happy with my stay. The location is quite good, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It's a very good option for a stay in Xining.
