La chambre est assez petite. Après avoir installé deux lits, il est difficile de poser une valise par terre. La salle de bain est de taille correcte, mais le matelas n'est pas très confortable. Un couloir commun donne sur la chambre.

L'environnement est très bon, juste à côté de l'autoroute, le service est également très bon ! A 10 minutes de la plage.

遭受到严重歧视！ On March 19th, I booked two rooms for my family—my husband and I, our 6-year-old child, and my parents—while traveling. Unfortunately, we experienced severe racial discrimination at this hotel. This is unacceptable, especially for a 6-year-old child who believes the world is a beautiful place. We had reserved a King Bed room and a Double Room, but the front desk claimed there were no other available rooms and assigned us both to the second-floor atrium area, outside the fire doors—one directly facing the stairs and the other directly facing the elevator. From our rooms, we could hear everything from the front desk and the lobby music playing loudly all night. When I requested that the background music be changed, as it was severely disrupting our rest, the front desk told me that only their manager had the authority to turn it off, and there was nothing they could do. As a result, we were forced to listen to loud music the entire night. Adding to the injustice, after we checked in, we witnessed a steady stream of white guests arriving, all of whom were assigned to regular rooms inside the fire doors. My husband and I personally checked the second and third floors and saw multiple vacant rooms, proving that the claim of "no other available rooms" was simply false. It is deeply disturbing that racial discrimination still exists. Even when we expressed our concerns to the front desk, they remained indifferent. This experience was not just disappointing—it was unacceptable.

Decent motel with everything you need for a short stay. On the floor above there was a party with a lot of alcohol and ****. Front desk asked them to stop so we could finally sleep. Not very quite due to freeway nearby

Hotel is partially under construction. Carpet pulled up. Expensive for such a small room. Service was good just expected a better hotel from what I had read.

房間就在高速路101旁邊.停車方便免費停車.小花園乾淨漂亮大廳也不錯，房間是挺乾淨，就是窗户有點偏小給的一樓的房間，和前台服務員小姐姐協調能不能夠換高樓層的，他説這個房間是最安靜的，結果是最靠高速的，這個有一點坑。定個雙人房兩個1.5米的床挺寬的，床墊偏軟，舒適度還可以

酒店環境還是很不錯，一樓有個綠植環繞的中庭。離海邊也很近。有部分房間臨101公路，低估了過往車輛的噪音，半夜醒來，滿耳朵車快速通過的聲音。建議多加一道玻璃，把陽台封閉吧，否則真心睡不着……一樓的房間可以直接步入中庭。我還是更喜歡樓層高一些的……優點是免費停車

這個酒店是這個品牌酒店連鎖中的優質酒店，裝修上比一般的同品牌酒店要豪華一些，房間裏的設備也要多一些，衞生質量也還好。每個房間都有陽台，衹是陽台都是聯通的，相當於一條室外走廊，所以陽台門還是要隨時鎖上的，安全一些。酒店距離聖塔巴巴拉老城區開車大約半個小時，距離聖塔巴巴拉大學大約40分鐘。我們去的時候因為在修路，所以路上比較堵。

酒店非常好，位置離高速公路不遠，我們從舊金山開到洛杉磯在一號公路上的最後一站住在這裏，體驗感非常好，酒店乾淨整潔，服務態度好，有很多停車位，酒店非常美，坐落在一個非常安靜的小鎮，附近有大超市，買東西也很方便，開車大概5分鐘就到，感覺住在這裏比聖芭芭拉好。推薦！

景緻的酒店，泳池、健身房齊全！庭院也非常漂亮。到達時正好日落，餘暉下整個酒店籠罩在金燦燦的光暈中。衹是預訂的院景房，酒店給了一個在拐角處的非方正的房間，就一個小窗户，暗暗的，真不如前幾日在聖芭芭拉的貝斯特韋斯特呢！
