Wonderful time in Cartagena. Travelled with my husband for my birthday. Stayed 5 nights. The staff is lovely; very friendly and welcoming and attentive. The city is absolutely magical. We loved everything about our stay. The food was excellent; had amazing breakfast and drinks at the hotel restaurant and it really surpassed our expectations. We just left and can't wait to be back! Special thanks to Christian at the front desk who went above and beyond helping us plan things to do in Cartagena which made our trip extra special.

Passons sur l'excellent emplacement en centre historique, sur la magnifique bâtisse, sur le patio-piscine très agréable mais cet hôtel ne nous a ni plu, ni convenu. Chambre sans fenêtre dans la ville du soleil, bienvenue dans la pénombre, téléchargement d'un logiciel pour ouvrir la porte avec le téléphone, scan de la carte pour le petit déjeuner avec un crédit limité et non reportable de 60000 cop alors qu'il est soi disant inclus, musique et bruits jusqu'à 2h30 du matin. Comme nous partions avant le petit déjeuner le dernier matin, soit 120000 cop, nous avons demandé une faveur pour compenser : nous avons du réclamer 2 fois pour avoir droit à une collation, quant à la prise anti moustiques, on attend encore, donc petit service. Bref une déception compte tenu du prix et du plaisir qu'on prévoyait.

This place is a truly hidden gem in the heart of the walled city, all the good spots are within a short walking distance, linen and amenities in the room are of high quality, the little garden around the pool and the pool itself are beautiful, don’t hesitate and make this hotel your home when visiting Cartagena.

This was our first time visiting Cartagena and honestly thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was gorgeous, and well maintained. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful when it came to answering my questions. Appreciated the air conditioned room, appreciated the closeness to the pool. Definitely recommend eating at Epoca Cafe, which is connected to the hotel. Friendly staff, great service, excellent food.

I stayed here for about 5 nights while visiting Cartagena for a friend's wedding. I highly recommend staying here. Casa del Arzobispado is beautiful from the pool to the small details. The breakfast included was soooo good every morning, and staff were incredibly kind and helpful to me as a solo traveler. I also appreciated the security of having staff monitoring the entry door to the property and lobby late at night. You can walk anywhere from the location and will be happy to return to the peace of the courtyard and the beautiful room afterwards.

A wonderful gem and oasis in the middle of a busy, energetic city. Beautiful amenities fabulous meals, incredibly great service. Pool was great, as was rooftop lounge. Room was clean, large and super comfortable. Don't hesitate - this place is wonderful!

Casa del Arzobispado is a wonderful place with excellent location and personal attention by Sra. Lucía, its manager, who goes out of her way to make your stay pleasant. The staff is always ready to help in every detail, specially Daniel Ortega. He was most helpful in acquiring tickets for the Music Festival de la Naturaleza. I highly recommend this boutique hotel that also has excellent cuisine and spa.

I really recommend this beautiful hotel located in the middle of the historical center of Cartagena. I loved the decoration, the beautiful courtyard with a lot of greenery, and how the old architecture and style is so well preserved. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I also liked the solution with food vouchers that could be used at the restaurant anytime during the day, rather than just for breakfast. This hotel was the perfect place to relax when we needed a break from the busy streets of Cartagena.

During my stay at the Hotel “El Arzobispado” the experience was very pleasant and welcoming. The customer service was first class, there were a few inconveniences during the stay, but nothing that Ismael the receptionist couldn't solve. His interaction was always key to turning every situation into a positive one. I want to mention all the staff who served me in the restaurant and the hotel grounds, since they made me feel at home. Many thanks to Eduardo Vergara, Yoleibis, John Martinez and Alexandra for their great service, kindness and passion for their work. I definitely recommend this hotel!
